Location, staff
The walls should be painted;
there was a mold in the shower cabin;
the was no additional light for the night time;
there was not coffee machine mentioned in description;
There were many defects on the floor, furniture, etc.

Good hotel with easy access to public transportation, including an express bus to the airport IST. There are lots of shops and cafes in a stone's throw. My room had everything you need for a short-term stay. Very friendly staff.
I'd say that the walls are rather thin. It might be a problem if you have noisy neighbours. Another problem — mosquitos. In my room, there was no net on the windows and every night I had a few blood-sucking visitors.

Very small room. Very small bed. I paid for deluxe room for 3 persons, but room was with one bed.

The shower door had some issues and water was leaking all over floor set up not great also the room was quite small bed big but not much room

The hotel is clean and offers decent conditions for the price paid. The staff was very kind and helpful. Since we were in a long layover, they arranged a transfer for us from and to the airport.

Metro and tram stations (Ataköy-Şirinevler) are quite near, yet still distant from the city centre. The room is clean. Good authentic eateries around. Don't forget to leave the key as you exit otherwise they won't make up your room. Grocery Migros is some 600 m away, or a small Migros Jet is even closer. WiFi is quite strong.
Loud motorcycles rattling on the paved road under my window all nights through. The toilet bowl would occasionally start washing down on its own in the middle of the night.

Room was good value for money in a great location for us. The manager and his staff could not have been more helpful.

Cleaning, furniture, and General condition of the hotel.
Absolutely horrible cleaning. The Bed linen and towels weren’t changed during my 4 nights stay. No one cleaned the room for all 4 nights. Very old and dirty furniture. Everything outdated and "tired", there was a missing part of wall paint on the wall, but it was stacked with painting tape. The shelf in the bathroom above the sink is cracked, mould and fungus in the shower stall, I had to go to the reception for toilet paper because there wasn't. The room is very noisy. There is no sound insulation of internal and external walls. I really don't understand who rates this hotel higher then 6.

I guess reasonable quality for the price. Good stable internet.
Not very comfortable. Not very clean. Small, but unexpectedly nosy street.
