The property had a really nice view as presented in the pictures. You simply could seat all day long viewing that scenery from your balcony. Mr Andreas was waiting to pick me up from the port (I already had my own vehicle) and guide me to the property. When we arrived there, he showed me around and handed me over the keys and the Wifi access code. He mentioned that he is always at my disposal whenever and I could simply give him a call. The property was cleaned (internally and externally) every single day and was kept is a great condition.

The road to the property (as most of the secondary roads on Kythnos) was still under developed and you need a car that is high enough or a bike to get there easily. Apart from that everything else was excellent.

Andreas escorted us from the port all the way to the accommodation. Excellent welcome!

Location is fantastic. Off road experience which Andreas advised that will be sorted till next season and if that is the case this place is a dream.The location is unparalleled so it was worth it.

The view is amazing, perfect for someone who wants to relax! The bed was ideal for sleep and the room was quite spacious with modern design. The total white feeling of this room is unique.

The road to reach the room is extremely rough and quite exhausting if you have to drive on it multiple times per day. The internet was disconnected the first days of our arrival due to bad weather conditions and wasn't fixed until we left. A lot of sheets and towels had stains on them, even if they were clean. Also, on windy days there's a lot of noise coming through the windows.

It was an absolutely stunning property that truly represented greek imagery.

I only wish it was closer to grocery/ restaurants (but we were told by the hosts and they stopped for us to buy groceries along the way!)

the property is at an amazing spot you can only see the stars at night and the Aegean blue during the day. Andreas who is running the place is very very polite and helpful at all times , they even have bread cheese fruits and juice in the fridge for you

there is a bit of off road until you get to the property but the owner said they will pave the road soon

amazing place and views! super clean, modern well designed ! could not ask for anything else really! and really enjoyed watching the sunrise and stars at night! we had complimentary fruit on arrival which was sweet!

well like most comments here i do have to add that the road was a bit tricky- dangerous and luckily we had car updated to suv as we would have not made it there in little Peugeot! i understand its a new place so with time that will be improved!

The hosts and place were great. It’s a magical place, extremely clean, close to 3 beaches (in walking distances). The hosts are more than great: they met us at the port and accompanied us. Moreover, we had reserved an apartment with no washing machine and had a problem which was immediately solved by them.

The apartment was pretty with nice view.

Accessing the location of the property is more than dangerous. The person responsible welcomed my girlfriend and at the port and DID see that we were about to rent a motorcycle. He didn’t even think of telling us to switch to a car at least since the road to the property is literally for 4x4 cars and nothing else. Better looking at your customer’s eyes and not their pockets. In addition, when I was asked about the road and when I told him that it was horrible and dangerous, his excuse was pathetic and I quote: “most of the roads in Kithnos is like this one and unfortunately, the responsible ones haven’t flattened it yet”. At least mention it on the platform!!! I ended up leaving the property and thankfully I found a real professional and not another amateur.
