Nestled in Devils Lake, this charming house for R 4,720 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Inlet Beach House You do not get more beachfront than Inlet Beach House. A quick 9 steps and you are on the best beach that Lincoln City has to offer. From the moment you pull up for the front door, to the moment you put your toes in the sand, you know you have found the right place. Inside on the main level is the well-appointed kitchen, expansive living room with amazing views and dining room for those family gatherings. Upstairs are three bedrooms with the master bedroom like being on your own private cruise ship. The home features every creature comfort possible from super comfortable furniture, karaoke in the living room, a game system and an outdoor game room. You will agree with us that the house is amazing, but the access to the beach is even better! Malibu on the Oregon Coast -that is what Inlet Beach House is all about. This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them. The house was very well acquainted throughout, perfect location, elevated spectacular views of the passing winter storms but only steps down to the sand when the opportunities came to walk on the beach. Our expectations were far exceeded! Although the carpet could use a little spot cleaning in a few areas it was not a deal breaker in the least or worthy of a reduction in a star rating.

It was really on the beach. Loved that. The beds were OK. A little springy. All in we would come back. The railing going up the steps needs to be tightened. Maybe a railing on the outside steps would be good since it is a downward slope. We are older and that is important. We had a good time.

It was my children, grandchildren husband and I we had a fabulous time. The house was wonderful. Could’ve used a couple more rollaway‘s instead of having to use the couch for the other two beds just because you had to wake people up to go down and make coffee. They love the games though and we had a great time. We were so close to the beach. It was almost perfect!!

Amazing view from many rooms and balconies! Just a few steps to the beach through the garage. All 3 bedrooms very nice along with all 3 bathrooms. Enjoyed a nice dinner watching the sunset. Look forward to another time we can stay longer.

We selected this house based on its proximity to the beach and it didn't disappoint. There are just a few steps from the backyard before hitting the sand. The hose to clean off sand before re-entering the house was in regular use! :-)

To me you can’t get a better house! With the cleanliness and location to the beach, plus all the windows and decks for viewing the ocean! Great bedrooms and bathrooms.

We six ladies enjoy getting together each year in Lincoln City however this house though a nice size and location was very disappointing! Feces were found shortly arrival as was broken blinds, dirty windows inside and out, an oily residue on a bedside table, dirty dishes in the cupboards, and not enough paper towels, we also ran out of toilet tissue! My cousin who made our reservations was very embarrassed by our accommodations and the response when she called the management with no real response on their part.

All was good mostly. Needed to be vacuumed better. Stuff under beds,Needed to be better dusted an door in bathroom washed down. Ran out of toilet paper. 6 rolls for 8 people for 5 days was not enough. Had to buy some. It was better last year when we were there.

The house was great. It was stocked with everything we needed, clean and the location was perfect for us. Walking right onto the beach from the house was a game changer. I would recommend the carpet be cleaned. There were a lot of stains but aside from that the house was wonderful and the layout was great.

This is a great house with a wonderful location right on the beach. We were visiting Lincoln City to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday, all together we were 8 people, 6 adults and 2 teens. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very nice, well stocked and nice gas range and high quality counter tops. . A minor maintenance issues need some attention - the inside light to the oven needs to be replaced and the dishwasher is difficult to get to run for a full cycle, probably user error but potentially some instructions would be useful. Only other small inconvenience was that we were staying for the week but the amount of dishwashing soap, paper towels, etc were only for 4 days and a better stock of cleaning supplies for the counter, etc would be beneficial - we left ours there so hopefully others can use that. There was lots of room for hanging out for puzzles, games, etc. The outdoor space is very nice too, lots of room under the patio to stay out of the wind and nice chairs for sitting on the patio or beach. Upstairs deck is very nice too - nice chairs and truly lo ely view. This is a really nice rental - would absolutely stay again.

The house, "Inlet Beach House", was terrific. It had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean and well appointed.,
Beach access was easy and the beach was spacious and clean.
We were very impressed and would definitely book this house again and again.

The location of this property is the absolute best feature. Steps right off the backyard to the sand. And two levels of decks was unique compared to surrounding houses. The house was pretty average as far as updates and decor, but the master suite was great. Spacious, jetted tub, big TV, Fireplace and amazing views.
Low rating for check in was because there were 2 glitches with getting us in, but the management company was quick to respond and the issues I believe are fixed.
