The villa has an exceptionally luxurious appearance with a high level of finish. The new modern classic interior is tasteful and includes every conceivable comfort, ensuring you and your family/friends a wonderful stay. There are three large flatscreen televisions with Xfinity subscription for a large number of channels. Netflix is also available. These are located in the master bedroom, in the living room and outside for viewing from the comfortable lounge furniture by the pool. The villa features a well-equipped kitchen for cooking delicious dinners during your stay. A wide range of glassware and plastic items are also included for use by the pool. The refrigerator/freezer comes with an ice-maker. The bathrooms and laundry are stocked with a lots of towels, including the typically American high-quality beach towels for poolside use. All bathrooms feature rain showers, while the master bedroom also has a comfortable tub with whirlpool function. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed and flatscreen. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom on the water offers two singles that can be placed together. All bedrooms are stylishly decorated. >> Extra single beds are prepared for bookings of 7 or 8 people. These folding beds can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the living room and are easy to move because they have wheels. For extra beds a fee of $50 per bed, per night will be charged. Hostess Lisa will welcome you at your arrival and will show you around in the house. She is also always available to answer your questions. A group of us stayed in Florida for work and decided a house was a better option than hotels. We absolutely loved this house! The back covered porch was totally worth it. Weather wasn't great, but we were still able to sit outside in the rain. Lots of great DoorDash options and only minutes from the beaches. We would love to stay again!

Anco and Lisa provided my family with a wonderful house for our family vacation. The home is excellent and the property managers have gone above and beyond to provide all of the amenities to ensure a great vacation. The heated pool was especially helpful, as it was cooler than normal during our stay. The house was actually better than it appears on the listing and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great house with a pool that is close to the beaches.

Wonderful home. Amazing pool and water views. House had everything you need for a nice stay. Host was excellent. Great communication before, during and after. My only issue was the lack of cable tv. The weather was bad when we were there forcing us indoors most on the time. It would have been nice to watch some tv. But it’s only a small issue as the house and location were perfect. We’d love to book again when in town.

We just returned from our Ft. Lauderdale vacation. The house was exactly as described and pictured. The house was clean and had all the basic necessities needed for a long stay. We had one minor issue with the battery going dead on the front door lock but Lisa had someone out and it was fixed while we were still at lunch. We highly recommend this property!

Loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and so comfortable. Truly a home away from home. Lisa, the property manager, was awesome! Always available to answer any questions and gave some really nice recommendations of places to go to in the area. We had terrible airline/airport issues arriving and leaving, and Anco and Lisa were very accommodating and helpful. I am really thankful for that in a very stressful situation. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful! The owner/hosts made check- in and check-out an easy process. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The waterfront and pool were great additions to our stay. Restaurant, beach, gym, and market are all very close by. The house is very clean, spacious, and it had everything we needed. The owner/host were easily accessible, accommodating, professional and courteous. We would definitely book again or recommend to family and friends.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to know that roofers would be showing up during our stay. Also, the microwave, security system and some outside lights were not working during our stay.

This property was amazing! The pool was heated and with the blue lights at night made it picturesque. We were able to enjoy every aspect of the house. There were 2 days that rained extensively so have a beautiful home to enjoy until the sun came back out was great. Customer service (Lisa) was very responsive.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed for our short stay in Fort Lauderdale. It was clean and looked identical to what the pictures displayed it as. The pool was heated making it nice for evening swims as well.

The house is clean, nicely decorated, and has beautiful front and back gardens.
Located by a canal in a quiet neighbourhood, and yet only minutes from malls and restaurants.
We were three adults each occupying one bedroom with plenty of closet space.
Wifi was a bit unstable in the smaller bedrooms but excellent elsewhere inside and outside the house.
Coming from cooler regions we greatly enjoyed the covered back yard patio and the heated salt water pool.
During our stay Florida was hit by the coldest Christmas in decades. Thanks to the house heating system we were, however, comfortably warm in the inside.

Overall a positive experience. Pool was not heated, so we weren't really able to use. Owner was quick to respond to the couple issues we had and sent someone to fix.

Good 3 bedroom/2 bath house in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The property manager met us at the house for check-in. Easy to get to dining/shopping from here. The beach is a short drive away. The backyard pool is great to have. The shaded outdoor seating is nice as well. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the afternoon summer heat. We kept all window shades down to assist with cooling. The ice maker did not work, so we needed to buy bagged ice. Not a huge deal, but hopefully that will be fixed soon. Overall, a nice house and nice stay.

The location is really close to plenty of resistant in US1, the beach, etc. The neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood is pretty quite.

We had a great couple of days at this property in April. The house was clean and was very accurately represented in the picures. The pool was heavenly and heated to the perfect temperature - cold enough to be refreshing but not too warm. Our host, Lisa, was extremely responsive to any of our questions and helped with recommendations for places to eat. We had a little trouble figuring out how to work the fans on the patio but it wasn't essential that we use them. We realized the control from the master bedroom worked for the patio fans too. A huge bonus was there were a few drinks in the refrigerator, some spices in the cupboard and even a little coffee and tea. We have stayed in other homes that don't have a dingle spice, not even salt or pepper!
