Nestled in Treasure Island, this charming house for R 4,541 per night is a great choice for your next break. Toes in the sand and steps to the Gulf waters from this beachfront charmer. Well equipped kitchen, flat panel Televisions, digital cable and included wi-fi keep you well connected. Private fenced sand backyard leads directly to the water through your own private gated pathway. An easy walk to local restaurants and shopping for staple items adds to the easy lifestyle you will enjoy during your stay on beautiful Treasure Island. You can either rent this unit (North side) by itself or rent the entire property by adding VRBO 1141275 (South side) to your rental. Both sides share a common covered patio with plenty of tables and chairs for each side either independently or jointly. There is also a shared outdoor shower area for a quick and easy rinse when returning from your time on the beach. Each side has it's own premium charcoal grill for added enjoyment of the unique and inviting beachfront space. The stylish fenced backyard makes this small dog friendly property a true hidden treasure.

We have rented many VRBO's. This is the very first EVER VRBO that was totally equipped!! We needed nothing. This duplex is right on the beach, with waves sounding loud and what an amazing time we had!!
Although it was quite windy and cool, we walked the beach quite a bit.
We loved eating outside. The outdoor table could accommodate many and the swivel chairs were perfect to enjoy the cooler weather outside, while reading books.
If you visit during the warmer weather, there are floats, noodles and everything you'd love to make your time here fantastic!!
HOWEVER, for the property manager, a swing curtain rod with a black out curtain would have made our stay much better. The lights on the street were MUCH too bright for us country mice. We took care of that by putting extra towels up on that window to block out the street lights.
Other than that, WOW, what a great rental.
We didn't use the upstairs. But the upstairs bedroom was just so very cute. It had a twin bed and a double bed; it was so very well done and even a bathroom upstairs.

The place was very clean. It was just as advertised and the location is excellent. The beach is just over the dunes out the back door. The weather was not cooperative this year but we still had a great time! We even had some really great neighbors in the other half of the duplex who were awesome people!

Our family spent Christmas at this Treasure Island property and it was fantastic. I rented the north side and my son and daughter-in-law rented the south side. The back yard was amazing. The beach was beautiful and the property was tucked away in a perfect spot. We were able to do beach walks just by walking out our back door. We went North to Clearwater, inland to St. Pete as well as Orlando to Universal. This location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The best part was, it was steps to the ocean. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

I come twice a year for tennis camp sometimes by myself and other times with a group so we have rented various size VRBOs This location was great and filled my request to be by the beach which was right out the back door Hope next trip we can rent both sides of the duplex to put up the additional people that are coming

The property is very cozy and comfortable. It’s located on a very private area of the beach. Perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets, beach walks & gathering shells. It’s also just blocks away from Publix, Walgreens and Caddy’s Treasure Island for a happy hour drink, tasty food & entertainment options. Can’t go wrong with this option.

Birthday trip- my husband and my best friend and her husband. This duplex met all our needs- close to everything. Beach access was amazing, we spent every morning and every sunset on the beach. Washer and dryer was a great bonus to leave the ocean in Florida when packing to come home. We will keep this duplex in mind for future vacations.

Stayed here with my two daughters for vacation. My sister rented the south side of the duplex. Rental had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, and the location was perfect. Perfect size rental for both of our families. It was so nice to have my family right next to us. It was wonderful waking up and having the beach just steps away. Would definitely rent again!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially our 2 dogs “Lucy and Gracie”. This was our 2nd time staying here. The owners “Martha and her husband” are AWESOME! They are so accommodating, hospitable and thoughtful!! We will definitely be returning!!! The location is wonderful. We love everything about the place! No complaints whatsoever!!!

My husband and I brought his 84 year old mother with us this time. It was her first trip ever to the beach. This place was perfect for us like many times before, except this time we had mom with us. Getting her upstairs to a safe place for her was easy and set our minds at ease that she was safe for the night. She had eberything she needed upstairs while we wrapped up the evening with cicktails and moonlit nights. We absolutely love this place and will be back as often as we can. Management responds quickly and with passion for whatever your needs are.

very cute and quaint small rental. clean and very well stocked (could’ve used another roll of paper towels and an extra garbage bag, but everything else was great) my only issue was parking.. it says two spots but if you drive a small car you’ll likely bottom out and if you drive a big car there is hardly room for it. i drive an expedition & parking was definitely complicated. we had 4 adults and one kiddo, the size was perfect for us. she also supplied beach chairs, sand toys & boogie boards which were so appreciated! we had a great week here, and would recommend it for sure.

Had an issue with a very strong smell of a Damp rid bag in a white wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom but the property manager resolved it quickly.

This place was fabulous. Right on the beach. Our dogs loved it. Martha was accessible and knowledgeable. We loved the location. So close to so many activities. We went to the Kite fest just on the beach by the house. We are planning on returning next year.

The property had all the amenities that a family could need, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas- you name it, they thought of it! It was so nice being so close to the beach, as well as so close to restaurants and Publix. If we come back to Treasure Island, we would no question stay here again!!!

This year our November trip didn't have the best weather. It's nice being right on the beach as this house is so you can go back quickly if the weather turns. The beach is not at all crowded, and beautiful spot! The house has everything needed and some nice touches like a good quality blender for island drinks!

Fast owner response through vrbo app. House was plenty big for 2 adults 2 kids and 2 small dogs. Yard was huge for dogs to run - eventhough shared with other renters from the second half of the unit, but no issues there. I loved how everything was provided - including dish washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, conditioner, even couple of beach towels (we brought our own). Tons of foldable beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, grill on the back patio... just loved our stay.

Treasure Island is our favorite beach. We've been vacationing on this particular stretch of Treasure Island for 35+ years, and we just keep coming back. We ordinarily stay at Island Inn, but we're traveling with our basset hound now and they aren't pet-friendly. Fortunately for us, two doors down we found this charming rental unit. From the moment of check-in we were impressed by the level of care taken in presenting a clean and tidy rental unit. The beds are very comfortable, and my kids enjoyed having their own bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the top floor. The fenced in private beach gave us a safe place to take our dog out, even in the middle of the night. Care was taken around the property to ensure there are no plants toxic to dogs, and we very much appreciate that. The property manager checked in with us several times to be sure we were enjoying our stay and to ask if we needed anything. There were plenty of bath towels and washcloths, and having a washer and dryer was very helpful. We were grateful for the broom to keep the floors from being sandy! The neighbor is very friendly and nice as well. Our dog enjoyed running the fence with his fur baby.

It was another beautiful stay, even though it was cut short due to weather. The home is comfortable and relaxing with four adults and two children. Plus, a great new downstairs shower. You can’t beat the beach access and dog-friendly accommodations.

Nice place, however the owner did not inform us that items cannot be left on the beach over night. The Hotel next door had chairs and umbrellas left out overnight so we thought it would be okay. We arrived on Saturday and I received an email on Monday informing us of this. I was on vacation and just happened to check my email or I would have never known. It was not in any information or rules that were provided. The neighbor(who apparently checks on the property) was around and always looking at what was going on and could have come and told us. Once this happened we contacted the Beach patrol to try to retrieve the items that were taken. Once we found out that we could not get them back due to them throwing them away. We went and purchased new ones to replace them. I informed the owner that we had done so. I never heard back from her until we returned home. That is when I was told the items were not good enough and I need to pay for them. We did replace the items with something of the same cost and quality.
She then stated that she would return my items to me. When I asked if this could be done at no shipping cost to me she asked that I send her the receipt and she would return them and have the cost put back on my form of payment which was cash.
We would have never left the items out if we were informed properly.
The internet/wifi is very poor. This is what the TV is through which made it difficult to watch. Not that we were there to watch TV.
They also have google devices in the home, which we disconnected as soon as we found them. Did not feel comfortable having them connected. The neighbors house has many cameras pointing at the property which made us feel like we were being watched. I understand that they need to make sure the property is being taken care of, but that is very invasive.
The description states it sleeps 6 which it can but just know that the house is very small. It was well stocked and clean.
I am not one to leave bad reviews but I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.

This property is a great fit for anyone looking to take your fur babies on a beach vacation. Everything you need to relax and unwind on the Gulf of Mexico. Spacious enough for the family with an enclosed beach area for the family pet. We highly recommend.

We rented both north and south units for a one week family beach vacation and this property never disappoints. The location is ideal and the set up for two adults and two kids was perfect. The beds were really comfortable and the remodeled downstairs bathroom was great. Easy access to the beach right out the back gate. Management is excellent and immediately responsive if there’s an issue or you just have a simple question. You won’t find a better property manager than Martha! Our family loved it and the kids especially had a fantastic time.

This oceanfront home provided everything we needed for our vacation. The description on the website is completely accurate and the host, Martha, was a pleasure to work with on the rental. The duplex was immaculate, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen and bath were remarkably well equipped. . The back fenced area was wonderful and being able to walk right out to the ocean was so convenient. The location is great. We were so impressed with this VRBO property. If you're looking for a beach front property at a reasonable price, this is it. Perfect for a small family and the house has everything you need. The convenience of being so close to the beach was wonderful. Martha was wonderful to work with as well. Was concerned staying in a duplex if we'd be able to hear our neighbors, but honestly never heard a word from them. Parking can be a little tight if you have a large vehicle, but it was doable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It does need some finishing touches(nightstand in bedroom(Cpap), more outlets around the bed to plug Cpap in). Other than the finishing touches mentioned above, very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Will be back for years to come. Loved the location.

No privacy or relaxation. Owner is next door in your business non stop
I’ll tell you what all these other reviews from the owners friends don’t, This vacation was a nightmare from the second we walked in the door. The owner lives next door and will be in your business 24/7. When he’s not pretending to do yard work to eavesdrop on you then he’s most likely checking the cameras the cover every inch of the property or the google home devices hidden throughout the property we found, which he is currently being investigated by VRBO with the proof I sent since none of this was disclosed. If we would have known this I would have never booked this place. As soon as we got there the owner was out and would not leave us alone until we let our dog off the leash in the yard to greet his dogs after being told numerous times that our dog is selective of people and animals.
Later my mother who’s staying up the road brought her dog down to play with ours, and the owner interrupted my families dinner and continued to insult and argue with me in front of my family about my moms dog coming by which he did in fact never stay at the property and only visited to play with our dog a few hours a day.
If you have friends or family in the area you can forget about them stopping by because you will be questioned about who they are and what they’re doing there.
The owner comes on the property without permission throughout the week and he did have permission to come on the north unit but then also went into the south side unit without permission at which point our dog nipped at him as he was collecting garbage. He then insulted and argued with my fiancé (I was at the beach) and her mother in front of a child and WAITED for me to come up to threaten me with having animal control called to remove our dog and continue to argue with me. Then the property manager blew my phone up wanting vaccination records which I sent, but she gave me the wrong email address and harassed me about her not receiving it.
The property itself was super small. Bedrooms have hardly any room to move. The front parking lot says 4 cars but it’s so steep that you have to park at an angle to get sedan style cars in there without bottoming out. There’s no view of the ocean from the property unless you’re upstairs.
Bottom line we will for sure not be coming back and we won’t be coming back to TI just so we don’t run into the slim chance of renting from this nightmare again.
Take your money and go somewhere else where you can enjoy it with some privacy.

Excellent duplex
I have a family of 4 and we stayed in the north side of the condo. Anything we could have needed was provided in the condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had friends that were also a family of 4 that stayed on the other side and it was a perfect duplex/condo for our group. We had family dinners and game nights on our side. The walk to the beach is super quick too. Martha provided plenty of nice beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach also. If we ever come back to Treasure island, this is where we will stay. We really enjoyed our time at the condo.

My family of four stayed here and we were very comfortable. My two boys stayed in the upstairs bedroom and we stayed in the lower bedroom. The kitchen is bigger than it appears in photos. Not a narrow galley. There were plenty of utensils and cookware if you want to cook meals from the house. The fenced in sand yard was perfect for my two boys. Martha graciously provided us with many sand toys. I will say we rented a mini van and that’s probably not the ideal vehicle for the parking spaces up front, but we made it work parking diagonally. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!
