Check in was difficult.

Great location, good apartment for a family of three. Well equipped with basic kitchen items if you wanted to cook.

Key collection took over 2.5 hrs & several phone calls because the key agency was a pharmacy that was not open on Good Friday. Made Comfy “Help Line” suggested I find alternative accommodation for the night - which I refused as I had pre paid & it was the evening of a public holiday. I asked to speak to a Manager, there was none on duty, and I was asked to prove the pharmacy was closed before they would assist me. 2nd call finally got some action with a very helpful lady. I received conflicting instructions for key return - I had emailed asking for instructions given I had the cleaners key. Return code I was sent was not correct, pharmacist liaised with key agency to resolve.

On the positive side the apartment is in a great location, the bedrooms and bathrooms are good and the bed is comfy.

The property didn’t meet our expectations from looking at the photos on your website. The photos must be fairly old as next door is now a building site with noise from 7.30am The living room area looks very scruffy with stains on the sofa, chair and throw. 2 metal bins are rusty and battered. The balcony furniture is dirty and the floor unswept, there is an old rug rolled up in the corner. It looks like a student house. Overall the property needs a deep clean and new living room furniture. It’s a shame the place has been left to deteriorate recently as it could be a fabulous place with just a little investment. The agents offered to come in during our stay to clean again but this was not convenient as it involved us leaving the key at the drop box away from the apartment.

It was ideally situated for us, attending a wedding, also very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is in a great location, and is a good size. It was very clean. The provision of a Rapid Antigen Test Kit was a nice touch.

Key pick up is a 10 minute walk away from the property, also there was no TV service as there was no TV aerial connected.

Awesome location. Would be even better once all of the nearby cafes and bars are back in action. Was very quiet and comfortable.

Some privacy blinds for the bedroom would be great.
