There is additional sitting in living area (four foldable additional chairs, plus an small table). Very conveniently there is assigned parking inside the property that accommodates up to three cars. Our charmer has brand new wood floors with fantastic natural light and a beautiful hill view. Our Richmond home is in a residential and family oriented neighborhood -perfect to welcome large families and/or group of people. Lots of room to spread out.
