Nicht für hohe Ansprüche

Die Villa ist sehr schön aber es müsste so einiges gemacht werden. Die Lage zur Bahn ist toll, in 35 Minuten im Zentrum oder Schloss Versailles. Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten auch. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem. Es war auch im Zimmer so weit alles sauber. Die Auusicht über Paris mit dem Eifelturm war schon außergewöhnlich.

Die Gardinen waren schmutzig, wir baten sie abzuhängen was auch sofort gemacht wurde. Das Badezimmer war noch eine Baustelle, es gab nicht mal eine Tonbürste. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ok. Wir hatten ca 100 Euro pro Nacht gezahlt inkl. Frühstück und einen Parkplatz im Innenhof, dafür kann man auch nicht allzuviel erwarten. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, keine neue Fußmatte im Bad und keine frischen Handtücher. Ebenfalls wurden die Betten nicht gemacht und nicht zwischengereinigt. Bei 3 Übernachtungen gehört sich das nicht. Im Frühstücksraum hätte auch gerne die schmutzige Tischdecke mal gereinigt werden können. Das Personal war nie anwesend oder hatte sich gar versteckt. Beim Check in und einmal nach dem Frühstück haben wir jemand gesehen.beim Frühstück waren wir immer komplett alleine. Auch beim checkout haben wir geklopft und gekingelt. Doch es kam niemand. Wir haben den Schlüssel dann abgelegt und sind gefahren. Alles in allem war es aber für den Preis ok Bis auf das Bad waren alle anderen Räume in einem passabel Zustand.

Owner doesn't care anything. Uncomfortable dirty noisy no answer... No door in bathroom. No shower hook. Can't open windows (even if no fan or air-conditioned) door lock doesn't work hard to open. Bed sheets plates cups... are dirty. No feedback from the owner.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this booking. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, and the beautiful surroundings added to the overall charm. The highlight of the place was definitely the magical garden and pool, where we spent unforgettable moments. I can't wait to return and relive the incredible memories. Highly recommended!

Amazing!

This an amazing place. Peaceful and close to everything. Train station is at 1mn of walk, fresh air and nature are at the heart of this property. The owner is very kind person. I really enjoyed to be here. I really recommend that.

Location excellent. More shabby than shabby chic. Chaotic lack of service

Location is excellent in a lovely suburb and convenient for Roland Garros. The house itself has a faded elegance that is quite attractive, but any close inspection reveals a rotting carcass.

Not just a lack of welcome, but literally no reception function at all. Although we arrived late in the afternoon, our room had not even started to be made ready, and we had to wait for an hour in the garden, while the skeleton staff laboured to make things ready. Although the sheets on the bed were clean, we only received one towel and I’m not sure that had been washed at all. No instructions were provided for getting into the hotel after dark, and we found ourselves bemused that the main gate by which we had entered was now locked. Only after some disquiet and a few panicked phone calls, that went as unanswered as the doorbell - at only 10:30pm, did we find a service entrance, for which our key fitted. Though this fell short of being literally locked out of the hotel, it’s certainly added unwelcome spice to our evening. Breakfast is very basic.

It was a nice stone-house with a pretty garden and beautiful view. The bed was big and comfortable.

Hard to get in contact with the staff once trying to check in at night and no instructions how to check in. Unclear what the rooms offer. Poor ventilation, a lot of mold in the bathroom (ceiling and window) and blockage in the sewage. A lot of dust under the bed. The house is in need of a renovation.

Great location, needs some TLC.

Friendly staff. Great location, lovely view over the city. Off street parking. Huge bed.

Room and hotel generally a bit grubby and tired. Lots of personal clutter with dust laying on it in the room. Wierdly small/ un-useable sink in the bathroom.

I stayed 2 days at Villa Ananda Huo. I loved it. It was a beautiful house en room in a old style. I could park the car within the cate. Breakfast was good. And I rented a electric bike nearby to explore Paris. Good en quiet area. I would defintly like to come back.

Amazing view! Great service and especially very clean

The host was quite reactive answering our questions and showed us around the area and took us for a walk at park. It was quiet and the view from the room was amazing over Eiffel Tower

the view is the only thing I liked in this place

staff does not wake up in the morning for breakfast. staff sleeping in the breakfast room with 4 dogs. only 2 tables in the breakfast room for 5 or 6 rooms.

Just the cold swimming pool

There dogs 🐕 in the house, kitchen dirty with dog food/plates littered everywhere, filty/dirty environment, upper rooms not children friendly, jacuzzi not working, cobwebs and spiders everywhere, dogs trying to enter our room, jezzzzzzzzzz twasn't a pleasant one, spent most times outside, pictures uploaded is the kitchen

Very good location and a beautiful old building with great views

The views from the garden of Eiffel Tower and centre of Paris. The style of the building. having breakfast on the veranda

The breakfast was not good. Home-baked (very under-baked) croissant and pain au chocolat plus an undercooked boiled egg with no bread/ butter etc. one small cup of coffee. Very poor value for money (15 euros a person) Hot in the upstairs room - no fan or AC The subway station very close so the sound of the trains was quite loud (but very convenient access)

The view was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and the location of the villa was perfect, very close by the train station. Although the train station was close by, when you shut the window you could not hear anything from it, so it was all good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a very nice extra!

To have soap and bath gel in the room would have been nice though.

Superb

Ananda and her staff were welcoming and attentive. The villa was an oasis of greenery in St Cloud. We viewed the Bastille day fireworks on the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. It was epic! Ananda is a great and talented host who made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay at Villa Ananda Huo again !

It was a lovely 9 days in a peaceful location a train ride away from central Paris. We will return.

Ananda and Volnay (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was more like our "2nd home".

This was out of their control, but the city decided to do some water repairs and we had 2 (separate) days without water!!! There was no warning given - the water just stopped!! I was assured that this was a rare event. It was nice to have the swimming pool on these days!!!

Run away

The location is central but there are other hotels in the center with better value for money

-rooms are not fit for hotel guests: humidity, old matras and furniture provides an unhealthy environment -lack of maintenance in the main lobby and court makes the welcome experience rather spooky -the first room offered didn’t correspond to the one in the booking and no intimacy (toilet not separated from the bed) -chronic water supply issues apparently and during the stay no water… we had to leave without possibility for even partial refund

Quiet stay, but the hotel needs a lot of improvements.

Nice place, reasonably quiet despite the vicinity of the railway.

Very outdated. My room -with windows facing east- had no curtains, so in July this means waking up earlier than anticipated. Bathroom too small to move and a toiletseat that has had better days. Breakfast rather poor allthough there was an option to get a salty one; a bit of cheese, ham and an egg, so bonus points for that. All in all too expensive in it's category.

A really unique property that delights and immerses you into your Parisian stay. eclectic

It is such a unique property as it’s a villa on top of a hill overlooking Paris. It has a very eclectic style. The villa is beautiful with floral cornices and huge windows. the garden is lovely and the scent from the roses is so strong it fills the huge room with just 2 cut roses. The bed was amazing and I’m very fussy about beds but it was perfect. The bathroom was typically small but adequate. There are huge windows and electric shutters. a beautiful covered patio with views of Eiffel Tower. there is also an indoor heated pool and steam room which we used daily and were amazing. there is also a spa we didn’t use. Breakfast was plentiful, continental and eggs are also offered. It’s a little bit further out but there is excellent public transport with the I’l de France St Cloud station right next door. The buses and Metro are 5 and 10 minutes walk respectively however the villa is on a hill and walking up may be difficult for some. Lovely village you walk through with shops, restaurants etc. I loved staying here. It is no generic hotel experience. It is an immersive experience. It is very relaxing to start your day leisurely with swim, steam and breakfast before charging into Paris city area to do the sights. We had 5 nights. It has only 7 rooms. The young man looked after every request and was waiting for us when we arrived at 1.30am. loved our stay here.

Not much but a few little things. Our toilet seat was ill fitting and uncomfortable. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom that smelled like stale cigarette smoke but would disperse when the window was open but would return when closed. some id the furniture is just out if place and tatty in the dining area. these are small things and did not affect our enjoyment.
