Superb

Loved everything large room. Good pool and bar area. Close to great restaurants, close to metro as a little way out. Free easy parking underground. Best stay. Fully recommended

3 day visit for a purpose. Hotel served our needs nothing more.

Ideal location for metro.

We were relocated to another room due to toilet not flushing. Staff seemed young and unprofessional. Limited English, therefore communication difficult.

Breakfast was fairly limited with no semi-skimmed milk for instance. The hotel is a little way out of central Valencia, 4 or 5 Metro stops.Not the end of the world, but a little inconvenient.

it was a good experience and night view from 23rd floor is amazing

in the middle of the city, we can see the whole city view from the top

they did not give amenities and it was written to call in reception but nowhere it was mentioned how to call reception. early checkout.. we reached at evening 8 pm and we had to checkout at 12 pm. they could have given 24 hrs checkout, that would be better.

Really poor place to stay. Poor location. Tired hotel. Disinterested staff. Dirty room. Avoid.

Breakfast was good , a surprise after such a poor evening meal.

The bed sheets were dirty, brown stains in the middle at shoulder height. The rooms were tired. Booked half board. The evening meal was very poor with no choice. Advertised £25 on booking.com & 15 euros in the restaurant.

Very good

Very close to the subway, the food is tasty, the rooms are comfortable, you have a great view.

The check-in is way too late (3 pm), on weekends the breakfast starts later even though the hotel is more crowded on those days, no water to drink in the room.

Convenient and reasonably priced.

Convenient hotel, although not in the centre, it's situated next to a metro stop and a short 5 min ride to city centre. Beds are really comfortable and room was clean and tastefully decorated.

I was under the impression parking was free, but had to pay extra upon arrival.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very convenient. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, close to metro and amazing breakfast. They have so many choices of meats, pastries, juices, fresh fruits and bread.

Everything is great in this hotel, clean and big rooms. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff. The free parking is also much appreciated

Room missing basic amenities like flip flops, teeth brush and the like. I guess they are available on request so not really a downside

Good stay in a spacious room with nice view over Valencia

clean, nice spacious rooms, good breakfast, good location close to metro and restaurants , friendly staff

there is no airport shuttle.. if you ask for one you’ll get a regular taxi for which they’ll have you pay 20 euros.. if you get a taxi yourself it’ll be 16-18 euros. nonetheless, the taxi they sent us was good and on time to pick us up at airport

perfect place to stay to enjoy a stay in Valencia

Fantastic rooms, really well laid out and extremely clean. Fantastic facilities in the hotel, a small but well equipped gym, pool on the roof, bright airy restaurant and bar and Staff we’re really friendly and helpful.

Definitely not close to a four star hotel

Easy local parking, several reasonable bars & restaurants local. Staff were generally available & friendly but limited help & no knowledge of the marathon logistics.

Room wasn't as advertised, sitting area was within the room. Bathroom facilities had no thought, towel rails in the toilet room so impossible to reach from shower. Bathroom was also dirty as it was so old. Reception area was always a mess. No assistance at all for marathon transport where we'd expect reception to be able to advise on bus/ tram times, they didn't even offer to arrange taxis.

Great stay in this hotel. The views from the upper rooms were great, and the room was very comfortable. Got lost at first with parking, but once we found it was very comfortable to use. The room was clean and staff friendly. Recommended.

I enjoyed our stay here. The location was great it has shopping centres, grocery, cafes, and local pubs. The staffs were friendly. The view from our room 21st floor was beautiful especially at night time.
