Very pleasant

Mr. Anand was very familiar and he supported in all levels. Room was very clean and we liked it. Family can stay there without any hesitation. Thanks for the familiar approach to Mr. Anand. We suggest for atleast a breakfast facility which we require early morning.

Very great stay at the hotel!

The stay here was pretty great! We were tired after a long journey and host welcomed us with a smile and was very helpful and kind. The room we got was awesome. Some reviews mentioned mold or weird smell in rooms but our room was clean, no odd smells and it was very comfortable. The hot water was available at all times. There was small shampoo and gel provided, along with dental kit. There were a hairdryer and toilet paper which we appreciated. The fan in the room was enough to cool us down after our trips because the room didn’t get hot during the day. You can get fresh towels or toilet paper whenever you want. They also offer facilities for the drivers (washroom, blankets and pillows) if you got one. The location is great to explore Munnar. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but within short walk, going left from the hotel, near the temple, you can find food stall with some fried snacks (samosa, banana, etc) with great tea and just between this stall and temple, there’s a great small cafe for breakfast. I highly recommend this place!

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gut gelegen, fußläufig zum Busbahnhof und zu einer Vielzahl Restaurants.

Schimmelgeruch im Bad Hohe Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer, die sich an den Scheiben und auf der Fensterbank sammelt. Es sollte mehr gelüftet werden.

Luxury room with affordable price

Room is net and clean

Fan regulator was broken and ask hotel staff to fix it in my two day time but they not repaired in my two day visit at hotel.

Fabulous Stay is Supperior Queen Room, it's the biggest and the comfiest

We stayed in Superior Queen Room, it has additional sofa cum bed which was comfortable. Master bed very comfortable. TV has Netflix, Games and Amazon Prime. Plenty of Lighting and 3 pin charging points. Wooden flooring is good to walk upon. Toilet is very clean with fabulous tiles on walls. Hot water and hair dryer works as required. Above all Mr. Anand is an always warm and smiling host.

A Small Table with two chairs can be improved as legs don't go under the table while sitting on chair, and make the table of not use as a work station

Lovely Tea Garden

I didn't get breakfast. So close to city. Very clean and neat. Comfortable bed room. Good staff.

The rooms look quite nice and everything we easy to check in and comfortable to stay.

There is so much water in the Room, and that’s why a lot of the wall have stains of funguses. Thus the Air quality is really bad and the room stinks a bit.

Not worth for money

Location was quite centric with some options available just outside the stay.

There is no regular cleaning facility as only one mat kept near the bathroom, which was never changed even after cleaning. Secondly, broken charging points with no heater facility to support. Water leakage in the washroom closet pipe. No proper maintenance at all as the in charge was not taking care of properly. Not even tea / coffee support is there. After 10pm, the maintenance in charge is also not available, and the room intercom does not work as well.Zero response from the maintenance in charge as no care for customers.
