They Hyatt Bolgatty is an absolutely stunning property. From its gorgeous lobby with fresh flowers and coffee shop to panoramic views, the layout, amenities and cleanliness of the property was wonderful! The breakfast buffet each morning was incredible an overwhelmingly amount of choices. It was here we met one of the best servers we have ever had! Riyuni met us our first day and was so informed and knowledgeable about all the different food selections. He acted as an amazing tour guide as well, telling us all about the different regions in India, the different foods and cultures. His service was impeccable, never leaving a plate and we never had to ask to have our coffee refilled. On the last day he surprised us with a goodbye cake that was one of the most generous and sweetest hotel experiences we have had. We are so thankful to him for making our trip so amazing! I had a wonderful deep tissue massage at the spa and everything about it was 5 star. my therapist was not only skilled, but also passionate about massage and healing. The steam room was also wonderful in the locker room. The one issue we had was the late time of dinner service at the restaurants. Because of where the hotel is situated, eating on the property when there is definitely the easiest option. I don’t know if the time of dinner service was pushed back because of Ramadan but starting dinner service at 7pm is extremely late. For those who eat at 5 or 5:30 like us, there was no option.

quiet tropical paridis island vacation....very dependable airport shuttle as long as you communicate with hotel.... suite that i was in made me feel like i was living the life style of the rich and famous....outstanding room with terrace- grand suite...spacious and beautiful...place for weddings, and great place for children....staff beautiful and outstanding....making this vacation ...simply outstanding thank you soooo much Grand Hyatt Boygottay -- in making this vacation...I will never forget...word to the wise...however.....please be aware....there is NO atm...you would have to go over the bridge by shuttle, etc. should you have the need for cash-all the best!

Fantastic stay, great food, service, everything was amazing. The staff are unbelievable especially Soyata in the Malabar restaurant, smiley, friendly, beautiful. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Terribly noisy - blaring religious music woke us all up at 4 am. We were in 523. Then, door key cards kept fsiling. The laundry manager keot arguing with us having charged us twice the amount claiming 79 pieces of clothing when we counted only 45. No indication on the buffet dishes on the spice level, we could not eat many dishes, they should mark them.

Loved the hotel. Very clean with nice views. Service was great. Loved the restaurants inside. Pool was nice. We lost our daughters diamond necklace and chain inside one of the lounges and we specifically gave the videos and pictures of where it was last seen and the security team along with the management worked on finding it via their cctv system however they

I loved the property, the staff is very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were excellent and the view is remarkable. Loved all the restaurants and the rooftop lounge. The spa and food were extremely good as well. I would always choose the Hyatt for any future visits to Kochi.

Hyatt is very good place to stay and very good to the people who is working remotely. I have enjoyed my stay there. But I was not using the tub and used the last day .But it looks like mud water on the tub/jacuzzi.

stayed at 5 different five star resorts in india this was our favorite.stayed 6 nights. Had table tennis,bikes for no charge.grounds fairly big to explore great water views and sunsets. malabar restraunt had great indIan buffet,lots of choices at a fair price The other restraunt soul thai was even better one of the best buffets i ever had and i traveled alot. Great selection and food perfecly prepared .cost little more then malabar but stiil reasonable. highly recomend resort and both restraunts staff are exellent in every way
