Sehr schönes Hotel in geeigneter Lage in Kuala Lumpur

wir hatten ein Executive Zimmer gemietet. Frühstück und Apéro im Executive. Wunderbar, alles bestens.

Keine Möglichkeiten, sich zu Fuss zu bewegen. Es braucht immer einen Taxi oder Grab.

Lovely hotel, great pool and unbelievable breakfast

lovely hotel , good amenities

it was clean, quiet, and smoke free. the room was large, and had a nice bathtub

although there was a bathtub, there was no bath gel . the shower gel was attached to the wall in the shower cubicle making it inaccessible from the bathtub. i had brought my own bathbomb; otherwise i would not have been able to use the bathtub. The staff kept messaging daily asking about my stay. while it may seem caring on their part, it was rather annoying.

The location, the luxury, the staff and the benefits of the executive lounge

Perfekt szoba, brutál jó reggeli hatalmas választékkal, bár ebben a kategóriában ez természetes. Nagyon kedves és precíz a személyzet is. Csodálatos a kilátás a városra.

A hotel a muszlim negyedben van, tehát sehol az égvilágon egy sört sem lehet kapni az egyik kis sarki 7 Eleven-t kivéve. Az érkezéskor rettenet pofátlan módon előre le kellett tenni egy pofára megállapított összeget 100-300€ közötti értékben "biztonsági letét" címén... Egyszerűen nevetséges és nincs az ajánlatban előre feltüntetve.(Kb 30-an voltunk, mindenki mást adott be, teljesen meg voltunk hökkenve érkezéskor)

excellent services provided by staff at the executive lounge at level 33, Puteri Halilah, Farah Dinesh and Adrienna. Helpful, impromptu and truely with heart to service their customers. Should be well appreciated.

The stay was comfortable.

The room was very comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast although I would like to see a counter with pork bacon and pork sausages

It was difficult to understand charges for the room. Why 768Ringitt for one night and 916 for second night. Although the room had already been charged to a credit card booked on my behalf they tried to charge me a second time on my visa. The hotel also tried to charge me for 2 people each day for breakfast when I was by myself. They did alter the bill when this was pointed out. If there is a difference of charges for each day then this should be pointed out when making the initial reservation.

Clean, staff very friendly, well located

Rooms light switches are spread all over the place in not the most convenient way. There are way better ways to distribute this better. The bathroom faucet throws the water rain style, which makes a big mess everytime you wash your hands. Small details, easy fix.

Great food and comfortable room

I took the half-board package that includes Buffet dinner and breakfast. I would like to compliment the dinner as it has massively improved and exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit. The staff on duty were very attentive and helpful. As for the room, it is spacious, cleans and comfortable.

I went there for my engagement celebration as well as anniversary with my fiance and i let the hotel know in advance and just asked for any simple gift or deco. All they did was send to me a quote and price for deco and cake etc. No special initiative or gift was given to us upon check in as well. I have not much issue with this as its just an additional special request but comparing with other 5* hotels, i would have gotten better initiative in service for our special day. The paint coating on slide at the swimming pool is old and peeling. May not be good for customers as it would scratch the body.

The staff service was outstanding. The level of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness displayed by every member of was truly commendable. The room we stayed in was a haven of relaxation. The ambiance was soothing, and the attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident. The pool area was another highlight of our stay. Its size was impressive, and my kids had an absolute blast splashing around and having fun.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. However, I feel compelled to bring a specific concern to your attention regarding the slippery floors in the bathroom, particularly around the toilet area.

Nice decor, feels premium. I love the whatsapp chat service as they respond almost immediately to any requests made.

They forgot to provide towels after cleaning room for two consecutive days. Had to call each time for towels as the room did not have any after housekeeping cleaned the room. Happened for two straight days.

The best place to stay in KL for sure!

I loved everything about this hotel. The bed and room were very comfortable and I had everything I needed with a lovely view of the park. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I have ever seen and the pool is lovely too. The staff were great and the breakfast was so generous and well done with something for all tastes. Plus, it is connected to the MRT, train station and airport train. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be back and cannot imagine why anyone would stay anywhere else in KL!
