A nice place but unable to fix the problems

The location and the bed and the pillows and the caring for pets

The TV didn’t work for the 5 days.Difficult to get a taxi for the airport.

Great location, cute hotel.

First time there, we love it and they love pets! Eveyone was super nice and the hotel is super cute. Great location! We'll go again...

I like everything! We all like the hotel and we had a great time. The food was also wonderful.

Disappointed despite the great location

Location.

Noisy guests, rooms not well insulated, window broken, off site parking that was still expensive.

Such a comfortable stay with a welcoming atmosphere.

Staypineapple Boston was so cozy with friendly staff and close to public transit. The bar downstairs, the Trophy Room, was a pleasant surprise. The bartenders Seth and Johnny were especially welcoming. We will definitely be visiting again and staying here.

The only minor complaint I have is that the bathrooms in the rooms are quite small.

It’s location was great, convenient to many restaurants and shopping in Back Bay.

The room was TINY. And I mean tiny even by European standards. The double bed took up the entire room. The ENTIRE room. There was no room for a chair of any kind, and barely enough floor space to walk around the bed. The bathroom was also tiny with barely enough room for a sink, toilet, and tiny shower.

Very expensive for a not attended quality

The location is good but in the same time it’s very noisy because of the highway

- The personnel is not welcoming and professional (they left our luggages in the hall without surveillance for the whole day) - The rooms were not cleaned every day, very small and disfonctional > noise of the radiators during the whole nights

Once we got our bearings, the hotel was within walking distance for all sights.

Good hotel

Good hotel in general. Great location and the staff was helpful. Hotel room was clean and has the minimum to a great stay. Bed was comfortable.

Room was cold at night close to the window side. The AC was noisy. Bathroom was small. Room cleaning was not daily, so it can become a little bit uncomfortable.

Great stay while visiting Boston

Hotel is located in a great area. Loved the cookies and ease of checkin. Also the Trophy room is very good and Johnny was the best!

Coziest hotel in Boston: Highly recommended

The hotel from upon entrance all the way to the room was lovely. The room itself was so beautiful, cozy, and relaxing.

The complimentary drink was only house wines, and draft beer. A complimentary drink should be whatever the guest would like, since it’s only one. Then for the price I paid for the room, breakfast should have been included. However, they don’t have staff for the bar/restaurant until 4pm.

The pictures on the website were nice and it was a decent location.

The rooms looked super nice on a picture but the whole thing was pretty tasteless, and poor quality. My room was super poor quality, lot of noise from outside (the hotel is next to the highway) and I could hear every passing person outside of the door.

Exceptional

The location was excellent as we could walk or Uber everywhere. We were able to park the car and leave it there for the weekend and got free Parking on the street which is a major bonus in Boston.
