Situated in Norris Lake, this charming house for R 10,505 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Kan'tWaittoChill *5BR Lakefront deep water Big Creek cove with 2 STORY DOCK, COVERED SLIP, CONCRETE PATH, FIREPIT AND CORNHOLE AREA. ***NEW SCREENED IN PORCH AND DECK We rent to families and small groups as this is our home too. 10 adults or 14 total permitted Check out Kan't Wait to Chill on Norris Lake on Facebook! Kan't Wait to Chill sits at the opening of a cove on Norris Lake with plenty of year round water. This house is not just a rental- it is our home away from home. We love to share it with families who are looking to enjoy the smoother waters of our end of the lake. Our home has all the atmosphere you would expect in a lake house- with a lakeview of not only the cove, but also the Big Creek channel. Whitman Hollow and Sequoyah marinas are only a short boat ride away. Kan't Wait to Chill features a master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a king bed and attached bathroom. The adjoining loft has plenty of open space. The main floor has 2 separate queen bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The family room includes a flat screen tv and windows all the way up to the wood ceiling beams. The kitchen was renovated in 2020 and has has a large quartz island for food preparation. Need a break from the water? We have plenty of board games and movies to entertain you! The lower level has a bedroom overlooking the lake from a queen bed. Another bedroom is the bunk room which is perfect for children-with 2 sets of bunk beds (double beds down and singles on top). This level also includes a television viewing area (with a dvd/blue-ray player, sony ps2 and nintendo gamecube), an air hockey table, and a bathroom with shower. One of the best parts of our home is the dock. Renters will enjoy using one 28' covered slip to dock their boat. The 2nd story will be the perfect location for relaxing in the sun on one of the 4 recliners. Take the 2 double kayaks, the 1 single kayak or the paddle boat out for a ride, or swim in the clear waters of Norris Lake! You'll be surrounded by deep water-- but won't have to worry about main channel boat traffic. Once you're finished swimming, climb out of the water using the 5 stair gently sloped ladder! The property is a gem. The lake was even better. The hosts were great, there if we needed them, quiet if we didn’t. The various relaxing spaces, both inside and out made it perfect for a diverse family reunion. Laurie and Scott have thought of everything you might need during your stay. Amazing.

Favorite house on Norris!
We’ve been coming to Norris for a friends trip for a few years now. Kant Wait to Chill is by far our favorite house we’ve stayed in. You can tell Laurie and Scott take tremendous pride in their property! Everything is exceptionally maintained and updated. All aspects of the property were very clean and in working order. We had a great trip this year and hope to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful experience at Kant Wait to Chill. The amenities were great, house was spotless. Loved having the three levels of bed, bath and hanging out space! The kitchen was well stocked and the ice machine was awesome!
The best part, however, was the quiet cove it’s located on!! We have four granddaughters under the age of four and it was perfect for them to swim in when we weren’t boating!!
I would highly recommend this rental.

Have stayed at Kan’t Wait to Chill 3 times and it is always a great experience. It’s a beautiful property with a great dock and responsive owners. The house is immaculate, comfortable and completely stocked.

This property is the cleanest and “newest feeling” house we’ve ever rented. There are more amenities than we had time to use, and they are all in great shape. The kitchen is well stocked with just about every utensil that Martha Stewart can dream of. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Family Lake Getaway
This property is setup for comfortable family fun in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed swimming and boating from the amazing dock and sundeck, using the kayaks and paddle boards, grilling and hanging out on the spacious decks with amazing waterfront views, roasting s'mores on the bonfire pit, playing the many great board games and movies when a rainstorm came through and resting well in the comfortable beds. The home is clean, beautiful and spacious enough for several families or lots friends to have their own space. We're typically not repeat vacationers but this spot is one we will likely return to as a favorite.

The rental was easy and well stocked with all the essentials. Plenty of cookware, games and movies. The dock was perfect for our wakeboard boat and many thanks for the access to use the paddle boat and kayaks.

Fantastic for Families!
This property was amazing and beautifully maintained! The owners were great to work with and so helpful and generous with all of their things. We travel A LOT, and I have never cooked in such a well equipped kitchen . I had everything I needed to feed lots of hungry kids! Also appreciated access to games, movies, kayaks, paddle boat, corn hole and boat slip for our ski boat. Could not have asked for a better week!!! Thank you!

A Beautiful Place!
This property is first class period! Very Clean. Check in process is very easy. We've stayed here before and the 'Kant Wait to Chill' is actually getting better. The owners obviously care and have under taken multiple projects to make the property even more appealing. Wow! The kitchen upgrade looks amazing! Great beverage cooler and ice maker/cooler as you walk in the main door! They already have the 'best' dock on Big Creek and Cove Creek combined. Check the Pics. Very family friendly cove and very pretty view from the house/Dock. We have not found a better fire pit anywhere. The fire ring with nice chairs sits on a very cool deck/patio. What a way to end an evening on Norris Lake! Would not trade this for anything! Lock it in. Would recommend this property every single day! A+

Great weekend at the lake!
The owners were very accommodating and the house was exactly as advertised. We had 4 couples all with kids and the house was plenty big enough. It was very clean and the dock was one of the best ones on the lake. Overall we had a great weekend, thank you!

Absolutely Incredible!
I cannot say enough about this lake house, the amenities, the lake itself, and the owners! SO very wonderful! It was the best family vacation ever! We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary by going on vacation together. We played cornhole tournaments many nights. We jumped off the dock on a daily basis! We used their paddle boat and kayaks to explore the lake. We rented a pontoon boat for 2 days which was very nice. Next time we will probably rent more of a speed boat so we can go tubing! The owners have thought of everything to make a perfect stay, right down to a welcome basket! The driveway is steep which would be the absolute only drawback but believe me, you can look past that easily and relax and unplug and spend time with your loved ones! Thank you for an absolutely incredible vacation!

Best dock on the lake!
This is our family vacation so 4 families stayed in the house which included 4 boys (ages 1-4). The dock was a big hit! The upper deck allowed them to safely play when not in the water or on the boat. The house is stocked with games, books, & movies for all ages. The kitchen has some common pantry items which was a great bonus. The owners are easy to deal with & have thought of everything right down to the welcome basket with all the fixings for s’mores. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptional Property
We were amazed by the beautiful lake views and decor of this home! Nice trees surrounding house to allow privacy from neighbors. This home was very spacious for the 13 of us, 8 adults and 5 children under 9 yrs, everyone had their own space while the grandchildren camped in the awesome bunk room.
Our three adult children and spouses enjoyed cooking on the grill and in the well stocked, spacious kitchen which had a large island for prepping food. Also available to us was a pantry, large refrigerator/ freezer (supplied by the owners with pop sickles for the grandchildren), plenty of utensils, dishes
There were two beautiful decks where we enjoyed early morning coffee or late night glass of wine with a perfect view of the lake and comfortable cushioned furniture! We made s’mores in the fire pit, played corn hole (already there) in the yard and there was a great selection of games and movies for everyone.
Our favorite activity though was to be on or in the lake!! We rented a boat on Saturday and did some tubing and used the paddle boat and double kayaks offered by the owners. The large double deck dock was a huge hit with everyone.
Jumping off the top deck into the water was about a 12 foot drop and our grown children as well as our grandchildren enjoyed every minute. There were plenty of chairs and loungers on the dock for sunbathing and comfort.

Wonderful place, clean, comfortable, organized.
We had a wonderful time at Kant wait to chill. The owners thought of everything. We relaxed for the whole weekend. The men loved fishing off the dock while the women enjoyed relaxing in the sun on the top deck. Visiting around the fire pit at night, or watching TV together in the living room. The hike up and down was not easy on any of us. But we were in better shape when we left. I hope to return for a week next year.

Perfect vacation house for families!
Right when we walked in the door we were immediately impressed with the size and beauty of this house! Everything was clean and well stocked, they even had a complimentary basket of goodies waiting for us! The deck was perfect, we rented a pontoon boat and used their kayaks, and made s’mores in the fire pit. The owners wrote us back right away with any questions we had and we’re very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Home!!
Just got back from Kant Wait to Chill. We had an awesome time. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We all loved the dock. Owners are great to work with. Very prompt. The only thing is we could of used another refrigerator (don’t know if they would have a spot for it) since every family brings there own stuff and it would of been nice for extra ice. We made it work though. We loved being in the cove. There is a lot less boat traffic. We are going back next year!!!

What a beautiful home, dock and setting. We returned for a second visit to this property and just love it. It truly has every amenity desired. The home is immaculate and the decorating is gorgeous. An amazing fire pit/patio has been added overlooking the lake with plenty of seating. The deck has a picnic table and comfy chairs for enjoying meals and the amazing view. Lake toys for floating and a sun deck and dock that will make you never want to leave the water. Hoping to return next year.
