Our home features two Master Bedrooms with Queen size beds, and two additional bedrooms; sleeps 10. Perfect set up for two families. (Master & bedroom upstairs & Master & bedroom downstairs) Two full-size bathrooms. The spacious family room has an open floor plan attached to a newly installed kitchen with vaulted ceilings complete with GE Monogram refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, pantry, microwave, toaster, blender, & Keurig and a standard coffee maker. Hardwood floors recently refurbished. Interior/ exterior newly painted. All new beds/ mattress/ bedding. Keep the sand outside with the outdoor shower. Located a few houses from the beach, the sun and sand are waiting. The spiral staircase to the second floor features grand windows and beautiful views. The home has air conditioning/heating units in each room Our house is located on the quiet side of town and perfect for families. House has a large deck, great for families and entertaining. Ocean Beach is minutes away. We know that you will love spending your vacation in this house.

We had a good stay at this beach house. Property was as advertised, home is updated, clean and spacious. Owner is easy to deal with and house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend

14 Thompson Ave was the perfect home for our family vacation. The living room and kitchen area were large and comfortable and just right for hanging out together or finding a spot to do your own thing. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of room for our belongings. We loved the deck and spent a lot of time eating, drinking and just being together there. And the outdoor shower after an afternoon at the beach, amazing!

We all enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of this Fire Island beach house. The location was great since it was one block off the beach and on the borderline of Seaview which made the walk to Ocean Beach a little shorter. The house was clean, light and airy which made sharing space very comfortable. The pots and pans could have used an upgrade but the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. Beds were new and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed this house and would come back again!

We stayed at this lovely home to celebrate my friend's bachelorette party. There were 8 of us and we were all very comfortable in this spacious and gorgeous home. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. Perfect for a group of 5-10 people and so close to the beach. Would highly recommend! Also, shout out to Amarilis, who was a wonderful and communicative host.

The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a group of 10 adults. The open kitchen and living room were perfect for hanging out. The house is very close to a nice quiet beach and an easy walk from the ferry. Everything was very clean and looked even nicer than the pictures. Would highly recommend!

Our annual girlz weekend. Been friends since elementary, in our 50’s. We all love the beach. All from Long Island The home was a perfect fit, love the open kitchen living room area. Ideally located house between Seaview and Ocean Bay Park ferry docks. Just a short skip to the beach and conveniences of both towns. House was large enough to accommodate a large family gathering with comfy seating for all.

Shared this house with my sister and her family, 10 in total. Size, location, and layout were perfect. Great house for socializing. Fantastic kitchen/livingroom layout off of main deck with additional seating. Proximity to the beach was perfect. House was clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable. Check in/check out was hassle free. Owner was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. We would absolutely stay here again! We've been renting on Fire Island for almost 10 years and this was definitely a top find!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The open kitchen, dining, and living room area is just perfect for spending time together. The short walk to the ocean was extremely convenient, especially ideal for the grandparents in our group. We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway. Thank you to the great host!

We loved our stay the house was perfect and it is most certainly on the quiet side which is great an 3 min walk to beach . Schooners is a 5 minute walk from the house if you want to get out have fun they have bingo Monday-Friday and live music. The house had everything we needed very private and relaxing !!! The kitchen / living room is perfect for hosting plenty of seating we LOVED the open floor layout. Great time great location and Amaralis was great in communicating any details or helping us while we there . My family and I look forward to coming back to this piece of paradise again!

We loved this property and our stay! Communication was top notch and the house was extremely clean with new appliances. We had a great time and appreciated the flexibility around the hurricane that just missed us! The house had one working bike and a few chairs. We left slam ball there for future guests. We were so grateful for the great end to summer I’m this home.

Property was great, close to beach, big , clean and homeowners were great. Our stay was cut short because of hurricane Henri but Owner took care of a refund when he really didn’t need to. We will be back next year.

A group of girlfriends and I stayed at the property in Ocean Bay Park for a long weekend and had a lovely time! The check-in instructions were a breeze and the rental had everything our group needed. The location was ideal, with just a quick jaunt to the beach. The instructions for waste and recycling storage weren’t completely clear and if mishandled can lead to a hefty fine from Fire Island. A phone call to the property manager cleared this right up for us. We noticed some typical rental property wear and tear such as bunk beds/bed frames needing to be tightened up, lightbulbs missing, etc. and received a gracious response on our findings from Amarillis, whose was always responsive and helpful in her communications. We would definitely recommend this property to groups and families alike!

Had a great time at this beach house. Perfect for family and friends. The living room and kitchen essentially being 1 room make it great for friends and family to hang out together as well as the deck being right in front of the living room. Bedrooms were comfortable to sleep in. Multiple bathrooms in the house as well as an outdoor shower made it easy and accessible for everyone to shower and use restroom. Although we brought our own the house was stock with dishes, utensils, beach games, towels and cleaning supplies. Had a wonderful time at this house. Highly recommend anyone to rent it.

The home is in a nice area very convenient to beaches and bay with pleasant people in the village. The home was easy to check in and has a few amenities like bikes and a wagon to carry gods, nice grill. We expected newly renovated but the home was very worn and although large, we thought not very comfortable. It seems much more targeted at high use families, and we were just a couple looking for a bit more comfort. If you have pets and kids that you don’t need to worry about this is probably the place for you. It was a little odd in a few area s but definitely not on the new or renovated side.

This house is beautifully laid out and appointed for a couple of families to enjoy the wonderful beach at Fire Island. This was my family’s 5th time to Fire Island and this is by far the best house we’ve stayed in. Steve and Calvin were very responsive and well organized.
