Jan 2017We were very pleased. The house was clean and well maintained. Wonderfully decorated and kid friendly. The kitchen well stocked. Definitely enjoyed being able to sit with the entire family in the large dining and living areas. It was so much fun having a private pool, and the family used it daily. The golf cart was a great amenity and we enjoyed exploring the area. We had a great time and Beth was very easy to work with. We look forward to returning next year. Leer más

Jan 2018We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in July! The home is quite large with plenty of space for our large family. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to make meals at home rather than spending each meal eating out. Beth was wonderful and very responsive - easy to communicate with from beginning to end. The house is not far from the beach and the golf cart made it easy to zip down to the beach. Even had a high chair and baby gate which was greatly appreciated! Great communication with owner and property manager during our stay! Golf cart was so fun also! Jul 2018We booked both sides of the Four Palms beautiful duplex this year and it was our best-ever stay in Garden City! The entire home(s) was immaculate! The homeowners have created a heavenly retreat in Garden City for a large group of friends & family to enjoy without getting under one another's feet! The kitchen(s) were stocked with more than enough dinnerware for a large group and every small appliance we needed was available in each unit (and some!). We did not take children on our trip this year, but both units had ample amenities for families with children of all ages that were stored away nicely but appeared to be easily accessible. There was never a time that we did not have what we needed for grilling or cooking-in. Each unit has it's own relaxing swimming pool and well furnished patio surrounding the swim area. The back yard offers a private setting for relaxing in the sun! The location is absolutely PERFECT! It's unbelievably quiet, yet you don't feel alienated from anything! We had a lot of rain during our trip and thanks to the awesome layout and the wonderful amenities at the Four Palms units, our vacation was not effected one-bit! There was plenty of room to play corn-hole on the car port and tons of space for all our chairs so we could still enjoy the social time together and be outside during the rain. We will indeed be returning to the Four Palms unit(s) for our large group get-away EVERY year! Thanks folks! It was an amazing trip!

We had a lovely time; the condo was in excellent condition and with the extra amenities (golf cart for transporting the short distance to and from the beach and our own private pool and grill(s) for cooking out); more than adequate cooking /dining utensils) and close to restaurants, shopping and activities. Apr 2019The house was roomy, and perfect for our family. It was very clean, our and children and us loved to have the pool in the back yard! Good location, everything was so close by. The beach was close and easy to get to from the house. The only not fun thing was the weather, we had 3 days of rain and low temps but, we made the best of it. Having the rooms with their own tv kept our children happy in those wet cold days.

May 2022The house is nice lots of stairs so be ready to climb. I would have given it a 5 star but not providing towels is a real pain to deal with. If you are flying or driving a long distance packing extra luggage to take them and bringing them back wet and dirty is a problem. Lucky that bike week was ending because noise from them was bad Sat. night but gone on Sunday. The house had the room we needed and rooms were good size. Leer más

From start to finish, this trip was a breeze! You were very attentive and prompt in answering any questions that I had prior to booking making this a great experience. House was immaculate when we arrived for our week here!
We greatly enjoyed the large, spacious kitchen that had any anything and everything that we could possibly need to prepare our meals. There was ample seating on the two dining areas that made for a nice family meal on nights that we ate in.
It was a pleasant surprise to have the book basket where I found some beach reading material. We also enjoyed the DVD's and games/puzzles available for use.
Our kids loved the pool and were in it daily and also got a few night swims in. We made daily trips to the beach in the included golf cart. It was so easy to load up and go and be there in a few minutes. The golf cart parking at all the beach access locations was great!! We also walked to the beach a few times and it was a pleasant walk. Loved that you're so close to many attractions, the fishing at the pier, arcades, the small area with amusements, ice cream, mini golf, grocery stores, many restaurant choices, and so much more!

Jun 2019Property was very roomy and spacious. Had a lot of amenities so you did not have to go out and buy anything other than toilet paper or trash bags etc. The pool is smaller than it looked online but most in the area are the same size and it still worked for our family of 11. No issues with the house except the upstairs air conditioning froze up but was taken care of right away by the property manager. The golf cart was definitely a plus to have because it is a little further than described online also so that worked out perfectly. Overall it was a good vacation and would stay again. Leer más

Apr 2022Our family was in need of a much needed vacation and chance to reconnect . The Four Palms home did not disappoint and was well beyond our expectations. Beth, the Owner, and the Property Manager, Mr. Runnells, communicated instantly before, during and after our stay and were so helpful. The pictures for the home just don’t do it justice. The layout is much larger than we thought. We were pleasantly surprised at all the extra amenities and the extreme cleanliness of the home. The bookcases full of books, current magazines and DVDs, and the storeroom below with coolers on wheels, beach chairs, sand toys, and pool toys were just some of the extras that made our stay feel like we were spoiled. We have stayed in the Surfside area for over 16 years, bringing our children for many memories. This was our reunion as our children are grown- and we had never stayed in this area. It was so beautiful and so peaceful; even more so being away from the beach. The walk to the beach was doable, even with my older aunt and uncle, and driving the few blocks to the beach access at the end of the road was mere seconds. Jul 2020Our family of 10 (4 adults, 6 children) had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The house was very clean. The kitchen, eating area and living room offered plenty of space to gather, and not be in each others way. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, cooking utensils and dinnerware. There was even empty cabinets to put our groceries away so we didn't have to leave them sitting out on the counter all week.
