Wifi was good

Attention: They fake the recommendation. I got a message with a note that I had given them a 10/10. that ist not ok. booking should take this property off their listings. The property is not very good & room is not very clean, it was very uncomfortable stay, due to the air-condition that wasn't working well but making big noises during the whole stay. You couldn't t see out of the window. the room was more 15 m2 than the promised 140 luxury room . no spa, no infinity pool, dirty washroom. breakfast came on the room only after second time asking for it (in the room because the dining room looked like nobody has eaten there for months). The butter toast was missing and telling the reception didn't make a difference. Last but not least my feedback for the hotel was faked and written that everything was perfect. Absolute no-go Never ever again. Don t go to this place. scam no coffee machine, no whirlpool, no view. First and last picture like it should have been. Second and third like it was.

On m'a demandé de payé une nuit supplémentaire alors que mes 3 nuits ont été reglé dès mon arrivée. Le petit déjeuner noté n 'existe pas. Ça s est résumé à un café. Il n 'y a pas de matériel décrit dans la présentation. Il n'y avait pas de serviette. J'ai ai dû la réclamer. Une des employés est arrogante.

Durante las 3 noches la habitación estaba infestada de zancudos . En exceso.

Este hotel no tiene nada bueno. Llegamos y nos enviaron a otro, el cual estaba lleno de cucarachas, trataban a los trabajadores fatal, la cama supletoria estaba en el suelo, la toalla (una para cuatro) sucia y rota, las sábanas sucias. Un horror

El hotel es la casa de los horrores. En la zona hay mejores hoteles igual de precio. Si quieres vivir una experiencia terrorífica vente aquí.
