Nice modern spacious apartment at the beach

The apartment is vers nice, modern and spacious. It was clean and the owners are very nice and friendly. The location is great, it is a 1 minute walk to the nearest beach (just across the street). The beach there is a combination of concrete piers and pebbles/sandy little coves. There is also some shade from the trees on the beach. 10 minute walk (with small children) away is the public Planjka sandy beach with bars, slides, swings etc.

We were located on the top floor so carrying luggage was not the easiest, but that is a very minor and unimportant detail.

Spacious cozy apartment very close to the beach

Nice, big, clean apartment very close to the beach in a quiet area. There is one good restaurant super close. The rooms are big, the balcony is nice, the owner was kind and helpful. AC working.

Only thing we didn't like was that we felt like in a summer camp - we were just talking quietly on the balcony at night and the owner told us to go inside. Our friend drove us to the apartment and waited for us 10 minutes, the owner was already coming to tell us we can't have guests. Little weird but okay.

We were satisfied enough to look forward to another stay in the future.

The location with public access to the sea was great. Our unit had a nice veranda/patio were companion travelers could meet and talk.

There were some workers setting fill in the beach area which made the water cloudy for two days. Otherwise things were fine.

Great location and nice room. The beach next to the apartments is private but we were allowed to use it.

On the day of the check out (which was supposed to be at 10 a.m) we were knocked on the door and the cleaning lady tried to open the door since 9 a.m. When giving the keys back at 9:55 we saw the girl managing the apartments with the cleaning lady waiting for us to leave. We fell kind of dissapointed about it.

it was relaxing

modern and good air condition

the location wasn’t great there was no public buses, only one small shop in the area which was overpriced and the man in it tried to do us out of 100 kuna only for I noticed hiding the 200 note. the floor in the apartment was very dusty but no harm. the tv had no channels and the wifi wouldn’t work

A nice affordable accommodation close to the public beach

The price/performance was extraordinary. The location is also very nice, you are practically less than 100m away from the public beach. Note that there is no such thing as a "private beach" in Croatia. The apartment is spacious. We've spent most of our time at the balcony.

The kitchen was extremely poorly equipped. WLAN did not work well. Considering the price, all of this was acceptable.

The apartment is very close to the beach, free parking. Quiet, peaceful, clean accommodation, friendly, helpful, English speaking host. Everything was fine, I recommend it to everyone.

Disappointing

The appartement was sold with seaview. And we have paid for it in advance. But there was no seaview, the appartement in the ground floor headed into the Garden. We confronted the Landlord, but she said, she hast not a free Appartement with seaview. So we contacted booking.com, but we didn't get a responce within 3 days. (We only stayed for three nights). Back at home the Landlord asserted to booking.com, that she offered us to leave after the First night and get a refund for the other 2 nights. This is not true. Since the beach in the north was good and we have paid in advance, we stayed for the three nights.
