My very short stay was not bad. The place is nice and clean. The host was very accommodating.

The host was unaware of my booking hence my request for 2 bed could not have been honoured. I however I appreciated that we were still accommodated.

Simple, cost effective and pleasant

The environment, the quietness, peaceful and safe!

More cleaning supplies like mops, brooms, plungers and Lysol but otherwise it’s was a great room

My dog and me loved it there!

I was able to take my dog with me! This place is pet friendly and that tells everything about the kindness! The rooms are clean and well equipped! The garden is very pretty and the whole property safe and quiet.

Disappointed. Entirely.

After booking through the app, I had a conversation with a representative about the time of my arrival, and the payment requirements (which was answered to be "cash"). I was assured my room would be ready and waiting, so to my surprise when I pull up to the drive way, made the phone call to announce my arrival, I was turned away saying there is no accommodations for me. That I was the third person to be turned away, and she had no idea why "booking.com is doing this to her" If this is the fault of booking.com, who on God did I speak to before hand to reassure me a room? For my first impression I cannot give a better review than this and hope this does not happen to others who intend to stay there. What if we had nowhere else to go?

I had no negative issues with 11 Glenhope. Infact, I told the host I would love to own the property. 11 Glenhope is on a fabulous avenue, comparable to the best anywhere in the world.

Really comfortable place to stay and very convenient. Quiet and had a lovely garden out front. Extremely easy to coordinate check in and out. Recommend!

Very good

Great location right in the center of town. Gated community with great facilities and nice landscaping and property maintenance. After staying in hostels it was a nice change of pace to have my own little apartment to myself for a little more peace and quiet to unwind. Short walking distance from both the Bob Marley museum and the Dubwise cafe where there's good food and entertainment to be found most nights. Great value for the price.

The location, staff and amenities made my stay super comfortable. I see myself revisiting soon.

I like the location of the property. It is neatly tucked away yet so close to many amenities. I love the remote check in and safely measures (locks and cameras). The host was also friendly.

Parking is limited but it works.

My stay was good but not exceptional…

The location was very nice I must say … the location appeared to be peaceful and safe I would definitely recommend..

The parking arrangement was not ideal…in the sense I had to come out of my room to allow other guests to drive out their cars ..

Incredibly rude owner, overpriced, broken window in the middle of a hurricane. Do not recommend!!!

I have to write 3 sentences. There was nothing good about booking this apartment. I liked that I received a refund and left.

First, we had to wait more than 4h for check-in. Eventually we were allowed to drop off our bags and return in the evening to use the lock-box. The lock-box that was containing the key was broken and anyone could have opened the apartment and stolen our things. When we arrived, the window/door to the balcony was slightly open in the middle of a hurricane. When we tried to close it, it fell out (it was clearly broken before and just slid as close as possible to appear ok). When we called the owner, she was incredibly rude, did not want to help. She offered we could get a refund and leave or stay for full price. No help in trying to fix the situation, just a lot of sassy attitude and no empathy for our situation. In the middle of the night in a hurricane, we then had to find a new accomodation that would host us. The owner was making a lot of excuses afterwards and clearly not understanding that this was a frightening and unsafe situation she put us in in a foreign country. I understand that the door wasn't purposefully broken and that it was also troublesome for the owner, but sorry, you are responsible for the safety of your guests and that was unacceptable.
