Great location, clean, nice view, modern, beautiful suite with some nice decor and brand name features, quiet building, comfortable beds & pillows. Nice to have balcony with access from two rooms and with nice furniture & view. Nice appliances & everything you need in a kitchen. New Nespresso machine & plenty of pods!

Very tight rooms, difficult to walk around beds or access closet due to size. Large luggage had to be kept in living room as there was no space to set it to open & use it in either bedroom. Small bags would be fine. Unable to close toilet seat lid due to placement of toilet & toilet roll holder. A/C could not keep up with heat from the sun. The window mesh roller shades look fantastic but make it difficult to sleep past 4am in the summer.

Location was perfect. The service was absolutely incredible never have I experienced the service we received 100% 10/10. Absolutely perfect!

Items that were listed in description but not included: No mountain view No ironing facilities No board games No fire place No safety deposit box No sound proofing The bed was broken - needed to be replaced Pillows also had to be replaced Management did replace bed, mattress and all linen the following day. Management did refund part of our accommodation.

Great location

We booked a unit for 6 people which was sized at 1200 sq ft at Sky Residences - in the fine print it was written it could be elsewhere Unfortunately the new unit was FAR smaller - it was about 800 sq ft. This is toooooo small for 6 people to stay in for over a week THIS WAS SIMPLY FRAUD BY THE HOST We were given two entry fobs for six people - which naturally restricted our freedom of movement - and these were needed for the lift, so to even to go to the gym required complex planning One of the bedrooms was actually a balcony converted into a bedroom, and the double bed basically was jammed in, so you couldn't roll in/out of the side - you had to clamber over the front. Of course there was no wardrobe in this room All the window blinds in the unit were so thin they blocked no sunlight, so everyone was awoken the minute the sun came out early in the morning - that's not what a holiday is meant to be The internet was unpredictable and we had to use mobile internet many times Overall the cleanliness and upkeep wasn't great - the fridge/kitchen smelt, dryer was dirty, laundry cupboard a mess with junk strewn about

I didn’t like the property at all. The location listed on Booking.com is not the actual address, instead is just a check in office. The actual location of the apartment is 15mins walk away from the listed address, the actual location is 1111 Alberni St, near Shangri-La. When the staff first guide my to my room, they ask me to go through a side entrance with them, however I have rejected, so very suspicious. The washing machine was still on with sheets when I checked in and first enter the room. I ask for refund, their staff agreed and the manager later refused to refund, so I have to be responsible for their mistake? 别住这家，除非想把自己气死！！！

Self catering and a wonderful location.

some of the the fitting where be.ow average…..broken light, some light bulbs not working, free tv stations not working on the smart box, slider on one of the bedroom wardrobes not fitted and a very bad installation of the curtains in 2nd bedroom causing them to fall down.

Location is excellent.you can walk in downtown.

Great location, beautiful apartment in the heart of the downtown area.

I stayed here for work while I wait for my permanent place and it's very convenient for me. It's just about 15 minutes walk to my office and the area is close to all amenities. The groceries, fast food, shopping are all walking distance.

Its pricey but you get what you paid for. The owner was kind enough to give me a discount on my last day of stay. I'm so happy with that ☺️.

Location was great, right in the middle of everything! Host answered all questions and brought extra spoons when we asked and was very helpful. the view from the apartment is amazing. parking underground was very handy. The place was clean and tidy.

Kitchen was tired, some of the doors felt like they might fall off and one of the drawers wouldn't stay closed. only 3 mugs in the entire apartment and no wine glasses only champagne flutes which seemed odd - all in working order and fine for us but pictures made it look a lot newer than it actually is! Just needs a freshen up.
