Nestled in Mesquite, this charming condo for $110 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This spectacular ground floor unit has no stairs and is located in the Hawk Ridge Condo Complex which is less than 1/4 mile from Mesquite's top rated Wolf Creek Championship Golf Course. Located just about and hour northeast of Las Vegas, Mesquite offers lots to do with 7 Championship golf courses with casinos, spas and dining all close by. St George Utah, Bryce and Zion National Parks are well worth the drive and day trip options. Quiet, and beautifully decorated, this unit offers you a comfortable home away from home. Enjoy the view of the park and golf course from the patio, while enjoying Mesquite's warm temperatures. The spacious, comfortable living room has a 55" TV with cable and there is vinyl flooring throughout the unit. Free WIFI and guest controlled AC/Heat. Our granite counter topped kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for cooking. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The primary bedroom has a full bath, King bed, TV w/remote and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV w/remote and ceiling fan. There is one covered, reserved parking spot per unit as well as several guest spots throughout the complex. The complex also offers plenty of RV and boat parking, if needed. Please let me know prior to your stay and I will provide you with the HOA requirements for parking. There is an on site club house with a fitness center, heated pool, spa and charcoal BBQ's in and around the common areas. In addition, just a step outside and down the sidewalk to Marilyn Park where there is a sand volleyball court, a full sized basket ball court, BBQ area and a covered picnic area and a children's play area. We have 3 units in the Hawk Ridge Complex so if your dates are unavailable for this unit please check out our other units. VRBO #1246618 and #1984396. We also have a unit in The Springs Complex, VRBO#2632733. All of our units are on the ground floor with no stairs. ***Your Pup is welcome and we do have a non-refundable $50 pet fee included when you book. ***Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats due to allergies. Our check in time is 4:00pm PST and our check out time is 10:00am PST. If you are booking a future reservation (not same day) you may check in anytime after 4:00pm. I stayed 2 nights to break up a long drive from Southern California to northern Utah. I also wanted to check out Mesquite itself as I’ll be going back up with golfers in the near future. Mesquite has 9 golf courses! The condo was perfect, nicely furnished, felt very homey. Close to parking and an ideal path to the adjacent park (great for my little doggie). Direct communication with owner was a plus too!!!!

We loved this condo. The location on the very end made it very quiet and we had a great view from our porch. The place was incredibly clean and the master bed was huge and so comfortable. Owner was friendly and communicated well. We love staying in Mesquite, versus Vegas or St. George, so we’ll be back!

This was a great property to stay in Mesquite. We had our dogs and there was a park right outside of the condo which was very close and convenient. The place was clean, and the communication with the person helping out was excellent! I would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful stay in Mesquite's eastern end of Town. Owner's where fantastic with communication and accommodations. Beds were SO comfortable and the entire unit was very clean. Only minor dislike was the last evening when someone was in the unit above us and we could hear them walking. But overall, a "5 Star" review with a gorgeous view of the bordering mesa and mountain ranges! Condo had everything including a K-cup coffee maker for morning coffee. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We don’t like the hotel choices in Mesquite so an overnight rest stop is the perfect choice for us while on a road trip. This condo was great. My only concern was the surrounding area’s aggressive transients and seemingly mentally I’ll folks.

It is conveniently located to the casinos and golf courses. Communication with our host was fantastic. It really could not have been any better! The Condo was very nice and clean. I like that it was next door to the park. Although the access to the park was steep for me. The doggies loved it and it was nice to be able to walk next door otherwise you would have to go to the street below. Well worth the walk down the hill. Upstairs neighbor was very nice and friendly. We just had such an enjoyable week. Thank you Debi!!

The condo was not the cleanest, I ran dishes through the dishwasher and cleaned sinks right off the bat. This property is quite a distance from the pool. It was a bit warm inside so I called the manager and she turned on the air conditioner on her end. The king size bed was so comfortable! The condo is on the end by the park, it was nice and quiet and easy to access the park, my dog loved the park! Every morning there are folks walking their dogs, my dog LOVED the park. We would stay here again.
