Perfect Weekend Stay

It was perfect for our weekend stay. The welcome booklet was filled with useful information. The place was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

Exceptional

It was in a nice queue located not far from restaurants or stores very close to the location for what we were in FL for. No issues at all we slept comfortably and the over all stay was well worth it. If I ever visit Fort Walton again I would definitely book here. ❤️

Everything was great so there wasn't anything that I didn't like.

cozy, clean, nice, comfortable, quaint, and lovely. perfect for a small family or a couples vacation.

we absolutely loved the hosts. they were so kind and they even brought us dinner one night. the apartment was so clean, smelled so nice, and was so cozy!! the Wi-Fi worked great for my school work, the washer and dryer worked wonderful, the room was at a nice temperature and loved the outside table and umbrella. the property is at a nice location in a nice neighborhood, about 15 minutes from Destin. would definitely recommend staying here!!

the shower was very small and there wasn’t a kitchen sink, only a bathroom sink. the bed in the bedroom was sort of hard, but my husband and I pulled the pull-out bed out and it was insanely comfortable!!!

an exceptional way to hit the emerald coast beaches and not spend a fortune!!

quiet but no ability to watch the news bc no TV channels. The internet was crappy and we were constantly battling to use Netflix. The major problem was there was a kitchenette w/o a sink. the apartment was very clean and the owners were friendly and helpful. a great way to go to the beach and be cost effective but washing cookware in the bathroom sink was a pain in the tail. One major plus was a washing machine and dryer plus proximity to Sam’s club.

Hosts were really sweet and hospitable, but I just dont think the total price was a value.

For the price I just didnt think it was a value. If we had more time I couldve found a hotel with more amenities and comfort like a more comfortable mattress, a sink fo washing dishes, breakfast included, daily towels etc, pool, shower was really hard to adjust temperature. Also $120 pet and cleaning fee?

See above comment. I wouldnt advertise it as a beach house.

Perfect for a family or small group of friends!

The apartment is huge, and attractively decorated. Could sleep six, but really 3-4. The lounging areas are very comfortable.

Honestly, the temperature is all I can complain about. I tend to get hot at night and the temperature is not controlled in the unit. But I did open windows and turn the ceiling fans on.

The place was very clean and quiet . Nice location ! And the owners were very nice people! There was plenty of room. And everything in the rooms worked fine! We will definitely stay there again . Next time we visit Fort Walton.

Everything was very clean, close to many restaurants and the beach and the owner was very helpful and kind. We ended up having to stay in due to the rain but the place was so comfortable to where we enjoyed it.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the back parking area is not fully cemented and when raining, there is retention of water and drudging in of dirt and mud from outside.

Great Value

Great value! My family stayed one night on our way back from Disney World. This was by far the best value of all accommodations in the Ft. Walton/Destin beach area. The Motel 6 in Destin was going for $400/night and this property was MUCH nicer and bigger! It’s a duplex/small house rental. The property has an updated bathroom and cold AC. Nothing too fancy, but nice. There was one bedroom with a double bed and one sofa bed. One TV in the living room. The owners also said there was an air mattress, which we didn’t use. The owners were responsive via text and all was great.
