Bel Espace en plein centre de Rome

Appartement très bien placé pour visiter Rome à pied. A proximité d'un marché quotidien et de commerces. Quartier très vivant le soir, ce qui peut occasionner du bruit nocturne. L'appartement est idéal pour 4/5 personnes. Nous avons apprécié le bel espace des 2 chambres, la literie, la décoration et les deux salles de bain.

Super Apartment in toller Lage

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum. Bequeme Betten und Kissen. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 Bäder, was wirklich angenehm war. Ich würde definitiv wieder dort übernachten.

Sogar im Januar viele Gelsen im Zimmer, was schlaflose Nächte bereitete. Also unbedingt Gelsenstecker mitnehmen!

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment with only minor complaints

The apartment itself and the location were both great. It was easy to get to the apartment and it's within walking distance of many major attractions. It was close to a bus stop for the attractions that were farther away. The apartment was cute, clean, and comfortable. It's also just steps away from a great daytime market and many restaurants/bars. There was a great nighttime atmosphere in the neighborhood and we felt safe walking around. The host was friendly with a quick response time, and he let us drop our luggage off before check-in which we really appreciated.

The alley that the apartment is off of is a bit dark and dodgy looking. The listing says that the apartment comes with streaming services and toiletries, but this was only partially true. There was the option to log into Netflix, but not an account we could watch. The only toiletry we found was body wash, so we were scrambling for shampoo/conditioner. The listing also says that ID may need to be shown at check in, but we actually had to take photos of our IDs (including my children) and send them to the host which made me a bit uncomfortable. We were assured by the host that this was standard procedure for Airbnb/apartment rentals and required by local police. The listing also says that it includes all taxes and fees, but this is inaccurate. What you pay on Booking does not include the city tax; you have to pay this in cash at check-out. This wasn't mentioned anywhere that I could see in the original listing.

Awesome option for such a last minute request and owner was quick to reply.

Location to restaurants is as close as you can be. Adorable little stay. Set up and design is cute. Don’t judge a book by its cover. The road leading to its location is dark, dirty and if I was alone it’d make me uncomfortable to enter the dark building. Once inside it was night and day.

The owner did not provide the code to the actual room so we had to reach out for it. The instructions stated “a few steps” to the first floor but it was basically two flights of stairs. I was expecting 3 or 4. This could be a problem for a guest with mobility issues. The door handle on the inside came off completely upon entry. It was completely missing a screw which I immediately took a photo of and sent to the owner. We had no way of locking it from the inside. He was quick to blame the previous guests. The seat to my kids bathroom was broken so when they sat down it slid sideway. The toilet will continue to run u less you toggle the handle. Water pressure for the showers were minimal and didn’t stay hot for very long.

Great apartment in central Rome, close to restaurants and attractions. We lived exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Excellent location next to Campo Di Fiori. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarket a few minutes away. Close walking distance to major attractions. The apartment was very comfortable for out family if 5. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Very comfortable beds. Excellent communication from our host. Easy to check-in and check-out. Great stay!

Excellent location

Very good location close to most sights ( we didn't use public transport ). Nice interior furniture, everything is nearby (shop, restaurants, market...). Transfer was arranged by the host.

A bigger dining table would be needed in the kitchen, because five people couldn't sit at the counter. The microwave and one more blanket was missing.

The location is exceptional, in the heart of Rome. 2 bathrooms is very convenient for a family and the 2 separate bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped.

The entrance of the building could need some care to give a more welcoming feeeling.

Well situated and comfortably furnished, very comfortable beds, bedding and towels. Easy to follow check in. I liked the keypads rather than keys to access the main entrance and apartment.

No microwave oven and probably needs a new shower attachment in the main bathroom. Extra blankets would be nice. Consider providing coffee and small container of milk

Great place for the stay in Rome!!

Great place for staying in Rome. Everything was perfect, we got an early check in. apartments are located in the very center, very close to Navona square and other amenities. on the nearby square there is a market and bunch of restaurants and bars.

Exceptional

Beautiful apartment in a great location. They were able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in which was much appreciated. The host was incredibly gracious and helpful, he also helped arrange transit to the airport which was enormously helpful. Overall very impressed by the space.

The third bed is a pull out couch, pretty comfortable but I would imagine if used would fill up the living room considerably. Not a bad thing by any means, but helpful to know if planning to travel with a big group.

Few days in Rome

Location was excellent. Bedrooms lovely as were the bathrooms. Located near a lovely square with resturants and a daily market.

Kitchen/ living room quite small.The street outside was quite messy as was the lobby.

the apartment is somehow a little dark (1st floor / very small yards) but we did not feel it as a negative point (first floor so easy access/ very quiet)
