Presentable, feeling like your at the resort, feeling like your not in Philippines, feeling like your overseas, staff are friendly property is clean.

It’s ok..

Good WiFi. Water dispenser hot and cold available. Near to SM. Good AC unit.

Need new furnitures. Key is hard to open the door.

Location and security guards were nice

Bedding. The spare mattresses need to be thrown out. They are so old and disgusting. Also, no toilet paper.

enjoyable stay, very safe, great pool and location. room was quite large as well.

great location, next door to SM Mall. swimming pool was beautiful.

Bathroom was riddled with mould.

It was clean but there was some mold on the bathroom door. The main door did not look safe .

That we have to pay for parking and was told to tip the service guy who came to fix the circuit breaker.

It was a great place to stay, will surely bookmark this one.

I like its location, and the space of the property is enormous. The Internet is working great but it seems their TV was damaged but we didn't mind. The aircon in one of the rooms doesn't seem to function well, the temp goes back to 28 after setting it to desired temp.

All in all your place is comfortable and nice. I would only stay there again if the changes I mentioned were attended to

The condo is in a great location. Close to the mall and market. easy ride to central city. The condo was clean, good aircon and had the appliances needed for needs. It was definitely a quiet and relaxing stay.

The things that could have been more attentive to were minor things but I think a courteously to the tenant for short stay. Provide these things. *Water *Paper towels *Small shampoo /soap *Basic cooking needs, salt, pepper, oil *Toilet paper All these things are a courtesy and should be provided. We were very tired soon arrival and had to go shop for these things. This is the first of many places I’ve stayed that didn’t provide. Lastly, we did some cooking and the frying pan should be replaced. It didn’t work on the burner.

quiet neighborhood, near SM and easy to find taxis and tricycles in the area

we weren't able to ask the pool availability. pool is closed during Mondays.

it‘s near SM and the surroundings have good security.

the lavatory water was dripping on the lower portion of the pipe , the remote control for one of the air condition was not functioning.

NO soap in shower, NO toiletries, NO shoap wash plates, NO toilet paper, NO safe deposit , NO mirror in bathroom to shave, All the above are offered in your description, is why I choose this apartment. Pity, Pity, Pity

stayed with family

it’s very central. good for family stay. pool was a plus.

not that property’s fault but some other disrespectful tenants would park their car on the emergency ramp on the ground floor that’s meant for wheelchair access and in case of emergency even thought there’s a huge sign not to park there.

My review

The place was perfect to bond with family. The unit's amenities were almost complete. It would be best if there's a water dispenser and thicker blankets. The owner of the unit was also pleasant to deal with. The pool was really great as well. I would love to go back in the future.

The shower heater's not working. Most of the blankets were too thin to be used on an airconditioned room. Check out time was confusing. What I know was it should be 2PM-12NN but the caretaker told us that we should have been out already at 11AM. The comfort rooms near the pool were poorly maintained and was just downright disgusting.

We travel a long way with 2 kids and an infant and the guards and agent have misunderstanding as the place is residential. The agent don't inform the guards for our arrival and it took as almost 1 hour waiting to go inside our paid accomodation.

It was a home away from home! It was so homey and comfortable! The pool was great and clean. Split type AC , water, heater and other facilities worked well. The place is well- secured and classy! Consider all my future Davao adventures booked here! Thank you 💕
