Great location, loved the view from the balcony, plenty of space

We had a wonderful time at this property! The first day we arrived we saw dolphins off the balcony. The property is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops in Clearwater. The best feature to me is that the place has so much space for a family, much more comfortable than a hotel. The property manager is very responsive and accommodating - any questions I had were responded to in a very timely manner. The pool is small but it was never crowded so we enjoyed swimming in the afternoons when there was shade and we were ready to be out of the sun after a beach day. We had a very relaxing time staying at this property and hope to return some day.

Even went to eat at his restaurant which had great food. One piece of advice would be to replace the towels and bath mats as they’re a bit old and stained. We loved that there were beach chairs and a stroller to use however one chair had a broken arm and the stroller was difficult to use and could be upgraded. Overall though 5 stars and we would definitely come back.

Place was very clean & the view of the harbor was beautiful. Great location & liked that for a very small fee you could jump on the trolley & be at the beach in a matter of minutes.

Very roomy condo close to everything. We loved that. The trolley stop is right out the front door. Very clear instructions and easy to check in and out.

Carlo was a very attentive host. It was the perfect location for family fun. We saw dolphins every day from the balcony and beautiful sunrises each morning.

Perfect location! you can walk everywhere to the beach and restaurants. Condo was clean and so convenient to everything. My family had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we visit Clearwater in the future.

This location was amazing! In the best part of Clwb! Carlo is an attentives host and made sure we were in position to enjoy every minute at his place. If I have a negative it was that the pool is small relative to the size of the condo development. The good news is you can walk to the beach! We loved it!

Great vacation! Was there for six weeks had no problems, short walk to beach & restaurants. Carlo was the best owner/manager we have ever experienced. He took care of our concerns in a efficient & timely manner. He is really was very nice man. He made our stay memorable.

Location is lovely, in the heart of Clearwater beach. Carlo was very responsive. Everything was as expected based on the online information. Lots of areas to walk both on and off the beach. Only downside in the apartment is that it is a bit dark and the condo complex does not have a BBQ grill.

If I was rating the property on location alone, 5 stars. If I’m rating it on walkability, 5 stars. But it’s the little things that I believe make the stay go from decent to fantastic. First, I’ll say that the property is as described. Plenty of room for the family and easy to get to. I’ll also say when I did reach out to Carlo, he was very responsive. We had to make an adjustment to our stay and he was able to accommodate us. I will also say one advantage was the fact that there is a pack-n-play in the unit, which saved us from having to travel with ours. However, as I said above, it’s the little things that I think could make the unit much better. For instance, having a crawling 9-month old means I value clean floors. Now, even though I have that expectation, I still clean the floors each day when renting a vacation property in general. And on the first night, it took some time to get the floors to an acceptable level of cleanliness. They were clearly swept clean. But using a Swiffer pad to mop them showed they either were not mopped completely clean or glanced over. One nice thing about renting a condo is the fact there is laundry in unit. Especially having little ones. But again, when we opened the dryer, it had a fair amount of sand in it which we had to spend some time cleaning out after doing a small load of laundry. Finally is the refrigerator. Is it serviceable? Yes. However, I would not use the water or ice dispenser for two reasons. One is the fridge is visibly rusting, especially around the water dispenser. (There is also some rust forming inside the fridge on the back brackets.) The other is the water spout from the dispenser which looked as if it needs to be replaced and/or cleaned thoroughly. Again, I’m not saying this is a reflection on Carlo. I don’t know if he uses a cleaning service that gets in and out as quickly as possible. All I can say is he was very responsive and accommodating when contacting him. So it could be a matter of making some adjustments for future renters. I also know it’s a business with real costs. But I believe there could be some improvements made to make the unit far better in the future that could take it from just a place to stay to a home-away-from-home

The apartment was great and near the beach and restaurants. The owner was very easy to reach. We enjoied staying there.

My family and I enjoyed walking on the beach, golfing, and going to the race track. A big hit was reading on the deck and watching dolphins swim. Thank you so much for sharing your comfortable home with lots of space for everyone!

Love the Harborview Grande building and this condo. Had everything you would need for a great stay. Great spot, close to shops and restaurants and the beach. Got to watch dolphins off the deck. The place was clean enough although the floors could have perhaps used a bit more attention. Overall really enjoyed the stay and would stay again!

The condo was beautiful and we'll furnished for everything we needed..Carlo was very responsive for any questions we had or any problems. Super friendly and caring host. We enjoyed the view of the harbor and watching the dolphins play. We will definitely stay here again!

Carlo was very easy to work with and contact. The location is great easily walkable to pretty much all of Clearwater Beach. We were disappointed in the mattresses (all rooms). The master bed definitely left something to be desired. You could feel the spring coming thru the mattress. (I didn’t even know spring mattresses were still a thing). The other bedrooms were not much better. Towels were limited as well. I did reach out and were able to locate a few more, but the towels were very old as well and could use a refresh for sure! The condo is beautiful you can’t beat the view but it could use some TLC. Overal the stay was very good but a few extras could really make this a place you would want to return to over and over again.

Carlo was very helpful throughout from booking to check out. The property is in a perfect location to explore Clearwater Beach and has beautiful views from the balcony. Everywhere was clean, tidy a prefect home away from home. Would 100% recommend to others.

Great place for vacation

Great location walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants. We had a problem with the garage gate n Carlo responded right away !

We had a great time staying here. The condo was bigger than we imagined and had plenty of room for 7 of us. It was easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and other activities. It had everything we needed. If we ever decide to come back to Clearwater, we will definitely look into booking this property again.
