Beach, sun, relaxation and walkable.

walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, grocery store and the bus line. beautiful property, peaceful and well maintained.

Great stay! Very comfortable place in ideal location

Excellent location and very comfortable. Quieter than the much busier Palm Beach. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

We loved it and would definitely go back next time we're in Aruba.

Absolutely perfect location - set in a beautiful, quiet garden that feels like its own world, but within walking distance from the beach/restaurants/fun main street. Great hospitality from Manuel and Natasha.

It was impossible to set the water in the shower to a medium temperature - it was either scalding hot or on the cold side. The wi-fi was very weak.

Perfect location, spacious condo in a beautiful and well maintained complex, abundance of amenities including beach chairs, towels, cooking appliances, very helpful and attentive owners.

Location! Location!!

This house/condo is at the perfect location. The food store is very close and walking distance to the most beautiful beach! We enjoyed the pool after being at the beach. Enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with our morning coffee and enjoying the breeze. The condo is equipped with all the amenities you would need. Beach chairs and beach towels were also an added bonus! Looking forward to our next visit. Would diffently stay here again!

Dream vacation but pricey

* Natasha and Manuel are extremely friendly hosts and willing to help * Few minutes walk from Eagle Beach * 10 minutes drive from downtown and from hotels/casinos area * Well-equipped kitchen * Quiet apartments * Patio in the garden. The garden itself is very pleasant. Restaurants recommendations: Zuzuroh, El Gaucho, The Lazy Turtle. Could do better: Chalet Suisse, The Sweet Peppers, Screamin Eagle

* Wi-Fi is poor. Only usable for chats/emails. Remoting could be impossible. Netflix also does not work on this Wi-Fi due to continuous disconnections * Hot water is tricky but by the end of our stay we finally used to cool water (it is not cold) * Car is a must if you are going to cook for lunches/dinners or have some food preferences. Grocery store within walking distance is too small and *extremely* expensive. Though there is affordable Econo car rental behind Screaming Eagle restaurant and you have a parking spot with your apartment rental.

Living in paradise

We loved to stay there, the condo was very comfortable, nicely modern decorated, everything we needed was available. The best part was the beautiful garden with palm trees and lots of flowers and a swimming pool. In the evening you could sit on the patio and enjoy the view, there were no mosquitoes outside. The entire property was safe with good gate security. It was situated 5 min walk from the beach and on the street were 3 good restaurants and a little convenience store. For us older people it was a paradise, the warm, not too hot weather and the refreshing breeze. 😃😁😎😍 All in all the property is on the quietest part of the beach, away from all the big, loud and busy Hotel groups.

The only thing we hated was having to leave 😢

Residential highly recommended but not with this host and not apt.#13.

Location was very good, 10 minutes waking from the beach. Residential area very well kept, quiet with the apartment perfectly located.

Cleanliness is definitely not a priority for the host. Bedsheets were dirty and we had re-wash them and bed cover had a big yellow stain in the inside. Kitchen is far from being equipped as we had to ask several times for all sorts of tools. AC in the bedrooms don’t properly work. Hairdryer in the master bedroom’s bathroom was broken and we are still waiting for the replacement. Between the host and the supposed owner of the apartment we have been visited almost twice a day to ask for money. This notwithstanding the several whatsapps to check whether or not we were able to retrieve the cash from the ATMs. Supposedly you always pay at the check out! We have immediately contested the total amount for the above reasons, reached an understanding with the owner and still got stalked by the host for the total amount until the last moment. Ultimately we achieved a discount for 60 $ ( half of the cleaning fee, which we consider a joke). Nice place to stay but not worth the money this host is asking for ( 1894.80$ for 8 nights, 236.86 per night).
