Situated in Tybee Island, this lovely condo for $397 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Enjoy waking up to the best view on Tybee Island! The almost private beach is just outside the unit, where you will see dolphins playing, shrimp boats, and majestic cargo ships coming in and out of the Savannah port . The north end of Tybee Island is very quiet, with pristine beaches and beautiful wildlife year round. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located on the 3rd floor and does NOT have access to an elevator. There are 48 steps to the unit. The view is SO well worth it and we just consider it part of our daily exercise and it's the Top floor so no one is above you! Please feel free to check out our other unit that we own in the same building. They are very similar units. Both units have amazing Oceanfront views!. The VRBO listing number is 2034639 (Unit 16C). The dates on this unit may fit your vacation needs better. Updated kitchen and baths. 21C is the perfect unit to take in the beautiful 180* view of the ocean and the Savannah river. There are two bedrooms, one with queen over queen bunk bed, and the Master Bedroom with a comfortable king bed with a new mattress. Both have private full bathrooms. The living room, dining area and kitchen are comfortable and well equipped with an adorable cottage look. Just a 5 minute walk to the Tybee Light House. Walk or bike just a short distance to several great restaurants- North Beach Grill, Huck a poos, - they are all wonderful! Ride bikes to anywhere on the Island! You can park your car and not have to get back in it until it is time to leave if you wish! This condo is located in Lighthouse Point Condo complex. This is a gated condo complex. On the North end of Tybee Island and the quiet end and where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a large beach but not a lot of waves. The ships come to the Savannah Port and we see dolphins almost every day we are there. Lighthouse Point features two large swimming pools OPEN YEAR ROUND (20'x50' and 25'x45') and a kids pool (10'x18'), The pools are not heated. There are 2 tennis courts, private WIFI and a community grill. Tybee Island is just a short 20 minute drive to Historic Downtown Savannah! Take a day to tour this beautiful city and be back in the afternoon on the beach and watching the sunset! This is a perfect get away for couples or a family! Thank you for considering my condo! Absolutely fantastic stay. Gorgeous weather for walking the beach and watching the container ships coming and going. Description was spot on and beautifully decorated. Only thing missing was kleenex in the unit. Can't wait to return!

Perfect location on the huge beach. Calm area where we enjoyed watching cargo ships, dolphins, birds, and some sea life. The condo is clean and has all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable beds. Great host who gave suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. Our November visit was very quiet and the island had very few tourists. Definitely would come back. I have already shared this listing with family and friends.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this condo. It’s great. Very cute and comfortable. Great view and short walk to the beach. Close to everything Tybee has to offer and walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. (Shorter walk along the beach to North Beach Grille, longer walk along back streets to Huc-a-Poos.) AJ’s on the back river is excellent. Even for burgers. Short drive to Ft. Pulaski is worth it. And of course Savannah is close if you’ve never been. But I also like just sitting on the balcony or beach and watching the ships go in and out of the river. You can Google them online and find out where they are going to and from. It’s fascinating. David is a great owner and very communicative if you have questions or need anything. I hope to come back again and again. Highly recommend!

Great location on the North side with easy access to the beach, and several restaurants, and bars on that side. It was very peaceful. It is only a short drive to South end of the island when you and crew are ready for some busy time, either by golf cart, local Taxi and Uber. Tybee does a great job providing clear instruction on how to access majority of the island legally and safely by golf cart. We enjoyed the slow ride back and forth. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We even left a souvenir behind that was very quickly brought to our attention by cleaning staff and graciously offers to send back to us. This really would be amazing location for any small group or family getaway. Do pay attention to the notes about the stairs and tight squeeze for under condo parking because host is very transparent about it! I have a Tahoe and made it work (carefully) and a golf cart too. We will be back!!! Thanks David for being a great host.

We truly enjoyed our week on Tybee Island staying at this property. It is exactly as described, with a fantastic ocean view, one of our “must haves” for beach vacations. The sunsets were stunning from the balcony, and we enjoyed seeing the large ships traveling to and from the Port of Savannah.
The condo was charming, comfortable, and immaculately clean – the perfect size for my husband and me. The condo’s beds were very comfortable, and we had excellent water pressure – two things we appreciate when traveling. The condo is located on the quieter (north) part of the island, so the beaches were not crowded, which made for relaxing days. It was just a short walk to the beach. As noted in other reviews, the stairs can be challenging. They were not a problem for us, but we appreciated knowing about them before the trip, as we packed smaller bags to make toting them up the steps a bit easier. We liked being on the top floor for the spectacular view and privacy.

We had a wonderful time at Lighthouse Point Condo! It was right on the beach, so easy to walk on and off with a toddler. Place was very clean and spacious. The view from the deck was absolutely stunning. David was very kind and accommodating, super easy to communicate with!

Condo was very clean, comfortable beds, had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats and barges go in/out of Savannah Port up the river. Wonderful view of Savannah River meeting the Atlantic Ocean with Hilton Head Island in the background. The owner David was great to work with. My husband and I enjoyed meeting David when he came to the condo to fix the washing machine problem. Thank you David for the pride you have in caring for your property. Highly recommend this property.

I mention this just as a point of reference. The view, as advertised, was great. The beach is a little bit of a hike but it’s for the protection of the turtles. This condo complex has a private entrance making this portion of the beach uncongested, which was nice. The Savannah River is a very busy shipping route which explains the frequent cargo ships. Also, the drive to Savannah is short and if you’ve never been well worth it! Overall, I would recommend this condo and location on the island. The lighthouse truly is in walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay with friends. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen. View from balcony was perfect. Watched ships, dolphin, and even had a hawk land on the balcony. Short walk to the beach. David had great communication. Easy to contact. Room is on the 3rd floor so view is amazing, but be prepared to walk up stairs.

All windows and doors worked beautifully, which may be an odd thing to comment on, but we have stayed in many ocean-front properties where that is not the case (we always blamed the salt air) and it gets to be a pain to wrestle with. When we were packing up to leave, I was checking under the beds and furniture to make sure nothing was lost... even those spaces were clean!! So very nice... (also not the norm!) Kudos to the cleaning team and maintenance team and to the owners for keeping the place so welcoming!!

We only had time for a very quick trip, and the condo was the perfect place to indulge our desire to have a bit of time at the ocean. We were able to get up at sunrise and have a beautiful, easy walk to the beach. We hope to visit again for a longer stay sometime in the future.

Our family of four stayed over Easter break and loved it. We have a 11 and 8 year old that loved the bunk beds. The condo was very clean and organized. The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony was amazing!

I can't highly recommend this charming condo enough. As everyone notes, the setting is ideal - unobstructed view of the beach, which is under a 5 minute walk on a path right behind the condo. We felt we had the best of both worlds - form the beach to the easy day and evening trips into Savannah. The vibe on Tybee is also nice and chill, and we had exceptionally warm weather for the end of February. The bed we slept in was VERY comfortable, and the condo was clean. David was a great host, and check in was easy. Would definitely come back.

Loved this quiet, natural side of Tybee. The condo is adorable and the view is amazing! David was prompt via text with any questions or concerns. Condo on top floor, so not for elderly or anyone that has trouble with stairs. All others should definately check it out!

in my opinion, the ONLY thing missing from the property that would make it the best ever would be a hot tub somewhere. The view was amazing, was a short distance to Savannah for some exploring, the trails were great and the evening beach walks were perfect. I loved watching the ships pass by. David was great and was available for any issues (which we didnt have any that were within his control- the first night there the hot water had a terrible sulfer smell, but this was on the entire island and it was fixed the next day). The checkin process was VERY easy because he emailed it to us rather than having to look at the VRBO stuff, that takes forever to load. We had a very relaxing trip, thank you again!

My crew was in need of a relaxing getaway and David’s condo was a perfect fit! Loved that the short path to the beach was right below the unit and even had an outdoor shower for our sandy feet.
We enjoyed a bit of shopping and dining around the island but access to the beach was definitely the MVP. The unit itself was very comfortable and the view from the balcony is exactly as promised; an unobstructed panorama of the dunes, beach and sea.
At the end of the day, the comfortable beds were sooo appreciated; we definitely look forward to a return visit.
