About this condo rental
Nestled in Avalon, this lovely condo for $425 per night is a great choice for your next break. This Beachy beach condo is described by guests as the "perfect" vacation rental. We hope you will feel same. We take pride to make our guest's stay meet or exceed their expectations. The condo is located on 78th street a block away from the beach in Avalon's South-end close to Stone Harbor and 1 block from the Bay. Right down street from Icona Resort (Beach Bar) and Windrift (and Beach!) 30 minutes to Cape May. 1st floor unit with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is perfectly situated in close proximity to the ocean, bay, Windrift Beach Restaurant, Golden Inn Sand Bar, hotel district, recreation facilities and Stone Harbor's shopping district. Step inside and you will find a spacious living area, kitchen, dining area and 3 sizable bedrooms (bedroom 1 - King bed, 2nd bedroom - full and two twins, 3rd bedroom - twin bunk beds). Sit out front on the porch to relax and people watch. Two Flat screen TV's and Cable and wireless internet provided. Everything was renovated a few years ago, including new kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, master bathroom, lighting, and new central HVAC. Laundry room has new washer and dryer. New Sectional Couch with pull out full bed. Outside shower and common grill to use. Beach house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beach tags (6) and beach chairs (4) and a beach umbrella will be provided. Beach Towels are also included. We also provide boogie boards, and other beach toys. We will provide a full list of what we have to offer before your stay so you know what to pack. We are always getting new things for our beach house :) There is a $ 300 deposit. Pets are considered - please inquire. Pet fee $ 150 for 1 pup - $ 250 for 2 pups. Perfect overflow accommodations for our friends' group enjoying an extended fall weekend together a few blocks away in Stone Harbor. The house is very welcoming thanks to great hosts, and all of the amenities are outstanding.

This is our 3rd year staying at this place and we always enjoy our stay! The location is perfect - close to the beach, bay and downtown shopping in Stone Harbor! The house is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! The host provides all the info you need for a smooth check in and is always quick to respond!!

Just had a great week in Avalon/Stone Harbor at this wonderful place. It was clean, modern, quiet, and fully furnished. We did not have to bring anything! Parking was easy and just a short walk down the block to the beach. Would recommend this to anyone!

We went to Avalon with another couple (4 people) for a short spring getaway which we do every year. This is the first year we have rented a condo. It was terrific! Very clean! Linens were provided! A great locaton,close to Icona. Owner s very responsive.I would highly recommend this condo..

Perfect stay, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet at night and perfect for a getaway at the beach. I came into town to stay for a wedding and stayed with my husband, mother, and grandparents. Lots of common room space and Our dog was even welcome! Would absolutely stay again!

This is a great location. It’s close to the Icona, Winddrift, Avalon Brew Pub. Very close walk to the beach as well. The inside is updated and clean. I like that it has a front porch and access through both the front and back. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The house/condo has pretty much everything you would need. Will stay again.

This was the perfect condo for my husband and I and our dog. The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures posted. Definitely interested in staying there again in the future!

I thought the bathroom was dirty with pubic hair in the tub. The kitchen area was full of sand on the first day of arrival. I swept the floor every night.
I feel they could use steak knives a strainer, to mention as cookware.
The bed in the one room was like a brick so my daughter slept on the coach.
The railing of the back porch is very loose. It should be cemented into the ground.
The back door was a pain as it did not close on its own.
Grease are some Recommendations I would make.

When we discovered this little gem on VRBO we were delighted b/c it suited our needs to a tee. It is very difficult to find an attractive, clean, updated home that allows pets at the NJ shore. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. In addition to the lovely space, Donna and Steve provided everything: bed, bath and kitchen linens, cleaning products, beach accessories. It truly was a vacation for me (Mom) and I hope donna and Steve will consider us for future stays. Thank you!

The condo was extremely clean and well appointed. Everything you could need is there and included. So nice that the bedding, towels and paper products are there.

This property was clean and very well-stocked, the furniture comfortable, and in a great location. Parking was easy to find on the street for our second vehicle. Donna was easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. Our dog enjoyed his visit as well, including walks to the nearby park. One item to note is that one of the twin beds is a trundle bed.

Donna was the best! So helpful and accommodating! The condo was fantastic. So close to everything. We love Avalon, Stone Harbor and Sea Isle. Very clean and has everything you need! We had the best weather too. Donna provides beach chairs if you need them as well as tags. We will definitely rent from Donna again.

Perfect little place
This was the perfect place for our family of four and our dog. The beds and couch were comfortable and all the basic supplies were well stocked. I liked the way it was decorated and felt comfortable during our almost 2 week stay. The location is great, an easy 2 block walk for the beach and 1 mile to all the shops and restaurants in Stone Harbor.

My family and I had a pleasant stay. Donna was a very attentive host and made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. The best part about this place is its convenience to the beach, Windrift and Golden Inn hotels, Downtown Stone Harbor and Avalon. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the many amenities the property offered. Perfectly suited our needs for the week.

Perfect little escape
This was the perfect place to host our dog for our wedding at Icona over the long weekend. It was super clean, very dog friendly, private entrances in the front and rear, and the perfect patio to sit out on in the morning and enjoy some quiet moments 🥰 will be keeping this property in our minds for the future for sure!!
