DEDICATED OWNER/CONCIERGE This wonderful private condo, with a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling in the living area, offers two full bathrooms, one bedroom with a king bed, a sleeping loft with two twin beds, and a queen size Murphy wall bed that includes a very comfortable queen mattress. The condo sleeps up to 5 persons in great comfort. The dining table also offers seating for six. Because our condo is a top floor/end unit, it is one of the most private and quiet condos within the property. The bedroom, kitchen and both bathrooms are all on an exterior wall and there is no one above you. Gourmet kitchen includes high-end alder cabinetry, quartz countertops and all new appliances, including washer & dryer. There is wood-look tile flooring in the kitchen, living area and hall. Two full bathrooms have been updated, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a deep soaking bathtub with shower. There are alder wood doors and extensive woodwork within the condo, including new carpet in the master bedroom. This is an excellently maintained property and offers a fantastic location in Vail Village on the edge of Gore Creek and within steps of many restaurants, shops, ski lifts and Ford Park for summer and fall activities. The property offers two hot tubs on a deck and an outdoor pool heated year-round. There is a ski shuttle managed by our staff that runs daily in the winter months as an option to walking to and from the ski lifts. Our very popular shuttle runs every 15 minutes in the morning and every 30 minutes in the afternoon. Condo 401 has only ONE reserved parking space and it’s in the underground parking garage. It is located on the lower bottom level of the garage and is marked as space 401. Full size cars and SUV’s should clear the garage, however, oversized vehicles will not. There is a 79” height limit. There are also a few additional guest parking spaces located on the top deck of the garage. You will need a guest-parking pass from the front office to use one of these guest spaces. They are very limited and not always available.

We arrived with our family late to condo, but everything we needed for the night was there, beds made and very comfortable, paper products provided. The view was beautiful and the walk to the village was short. This was our first time bringing our kids west to ski and they loved Vail. Lovely place and would highly recommend!

We stayed during Christmas week at the condo. It was great. No upstairs neighbors. Quiet condo. Amazing finishes. It’s just a good in real life as in the pics (which we all know isn’t guaranteed.) The shuttle bus to the slopes was convenient. You can walk if you want. The shuttle stops running during the mid-day, so don’t plan to ride back for lunch. Ski thru, eat at Vail, or walk back. I had pre-ordered grocery delivery. We Wasted food, since getting back mid-day was not easy. Everything else at the property was great. Vail was the best ski resort that we skied. We had the epic pass and also visited Beaver Creek, and Breckenridge. We would return to Vail, probably not the others.

Could not be more happy with this condo. First, the owner has excellent communication very responsive. The location of the condo is gem. Right next to Gore creek, walking distance to everything ! The unit is bigger and more up to date than the pictures present. Would definitely rent this condo again!

We absolutely loved our stay here and definitely want to return! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved using the hot tub and fire pit, and the view was amazing!

First, I cannot say enough about Craig as a host. He is attentive, responsive and thoughtful. The unit itself is fantastic - exactly as pictured and is stocked with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. We really appreciated that the kitchen was well appointed and made cooking and eating-in so easy. The location for a summer vacation with kids is perfect - a quick walk away from Ford Park and the Ampitheater, and the path along Gore Creek was an easy walk or bike ride into the Village. We loved listening to the creek below and enjoying the spectacular view as we sipped coffee or wine on the balcony each day.

We had a great time in the condo. Kids loved the loft area and the swimming, and we all enjoyed the outdoor patio area. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 5.
