Great location for beach lovers, wedding guests ,Naval Officers , anglers, bird watchers, foodies and adventurers. Close to Cliff Walk, Sachuest Point, NWC, Atlantic Resort, local pubs , restaurants , coffee shop, convenient store ,liquor store and bait shop Three beaches and downtown Newport are within two miles. Eastons {1st} beach is a five minute walk . The cottage is bright and clean with new bathroom, carpet, flooring, paint and lighting. Off street parking with private entrance .Fully supplied galley kitchen with Keurig coffee + tea. Basic cable and internet / WIFI,A/C. Private outside area for grilling, relaxing and watching the sunsets.

We enjoyed our weekend stay, the apartment was just as listed with some nice added touches of fresh flowers, and treats left by the Owner. Perfect location, we loved the convenience in getting to the wedding venue and enjoying a run along the ocean and Cliff-walk the next day. Check-in and out was simple and Owner was available if needed. Everything was great so we didn't have any reason to but nice to know they were there!

Great apartment in perfect location! I was in town for boat show. This place is located within a short drive or long walk (1/2 hr) to downtown Newport. Best value in such close proximity to everything.

The property is in a great location very close to restaurants and the beach.
Inside the apartment, I really enjoyed the nautical decorations. It really felt like a beach house. I loved the fresh flowers in every room, even the bathroom!
The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and stacked with necessities.
The towels and bedding were very clean and smelled lovely.
The street can get really loud at night and early morning, but if you keep the fan on that won’t be a problem.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be back next year!

Great location close to the Cliff Walk, beach and downtown. Apartment is small with slanted ceilings so beware if you are tall.

Cute second floor apartment close to Newport action and Middletown beaches. We were visiting family. It was easy to get to their homes and meals out were easy too.

The place was adorable, clean and conveniently located, just as advertised. What we didn’t expect were the lovely touches; the welcome bottle of wine, chocolates, area maps, menu’s and a basket filled with all the little things you likely forget!! The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t even mind sleeping next to the wall!! This is a place I highly recommend, the stairs would make it tricky for an older couple or those with younger kids, but for us…it was perfect in every way! I would definitely come back! Thanks Brad! The location was perfect. The owner was most gracious and helpful. The kitchen was small but very well equipped. Our only negative was the steep narrow staircase. It was an attic apartment. Nicely decorated.

My partner and I had an amazing stay. It was a quant clean place that was perfect for our long weekend we walked to the beach and all around the area of Middletown/ Newport. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was top notch. No complaints. Only thing to note is that if you are a taller individual, the ceilings are a bit low. I am 5’10” and was totally fine though. Excellent location and very clean. My girlfriend and I loved it and would definitely return.

The place was exactly as advertised. It was adorable. Everything was clean and available. Brad even left us a bottle of wine and chips for our stay. we got there on an unseasonably warm day. We contacted Brad and he responded and came over within 15 minutes to install the air conditioner. I would definitely recommend this place!

Mother/daughter weekend from NYS. My mom is 84 and climbed all the stairs with no issues. (Last minute trip) The beach apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and all the extras so appreciated! The k cups, toiletries, and more. The lovely bottle of beach wine and snack were a lovely treat. My mom would choose the star it’s at 84 over any hotel. Location is great, near all beaches, we really enjoyed Second Beach and Beavertail Light and of course Ocean drive, Brenton’s Point my fave…We both thank you Brad for helping us make beautiful memories for years to come!

Loved how easy it was to get to First and Second beach and walkable to great food as well as the Cliff Walk. The apartment was the perfect size for 2, was well-stocked and stayed nice and cool in spite of the heatwave. The bed was very soft and low to the ground, not an issue for us, but between that and the very steep stairs up to the apartment, anyone with mobility issues should be wary. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay again!

This VRBO property is a hidden gem. It may be on a busier street, but the little outdoor seating, convenient location and cleanliness of this property make me very happy to stay here for the 2nd year in a row and to recommend to others.

Although the property was on a main drag, it was actually quiet at night. Brad and his wife Michelle were excellent hosts: helpful and patient.

We loved the location of the condo, it was a quick easy drive to everything in town. The space was absolutely perfect for the two of us. There were plenty of supplies, the kitchen was perfect, and the movie selection was fantastic.

Very clean, well-kept and welcoming place to stay. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and the location - close to beaches and found a great coffee spot as well right down the road. Truly enjoyed Newport, RI.
