About this condorental
Nestled in Marco Island, this charming condo for $177 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome guests! The Apollo is one of the nicest buildings on Marco Island. It is a well-kept building with a friendly atmosphere. Security is given high priority and there is a rolling program of maintenance and a manager's office on site which keeps standards up. With no road between the building and the beach, the only thing keeping you from sinking your toes in the white sand is a visit to the privately owned restaurant and bar located in the complex. Your stay at the Apollo includes air conditioning and access to elevators, laundry facilities, a swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and covered parking and a TOP FLOOR view. The beach is fairly firm for walking, consisting of tiny fragments of shell. Shell collecting and beach walking are popular pastimes among guests at the Apollo. Marco Beach is a place to fall in love with. From your balcony, you look out on to a fabulous three and a half mile beach with access via a short boardwalk over protected seagrass. If you choose to stay within the comforts of your unit, you can sit on the included chairs and table and still see the beach with pelicans and seabirds flying above, dolphins hanging around in the gulf, and in season turtles that come ashore in the moonlight to lay their eggs. A spectacular sunset over the water can be seen every night from your west facing balcony. ******WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SECURING TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOU FROM ANY ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE BEFORE YOUR VACATION/STAY Added note: Peak season requires a 7 night, Saturday to Saturday stay, in most cases. Off season, we prefer a 4 day minimum but can review case by case.

Im so happy to choose this place as my vacations stay!!! It has amazing view balcony is very spacious. Clean and have everything you need. Restaurant Sunset grill right next door from lobby with amazing sunset view and delicious foods and drink. Communication with owners was great answered all my guestion very quickly. Overall a great stay. Umbrella was broken, but no worries, we replaced it. The unit was very clean , well equiped, and well maintained. Would be nice if there was a beach cart, but not a deal breaker. We would book this unit again. Thanks Angela and Dave for a wonderful vacation experience

My wife and I stayed here in mid June and the room was very comfortable with a great view of the ocean and sunset each evening. Very easy to get to the beach and is walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops. Parking was easy in and out. There are a number of restaurants on the water that we drove to including in Goodland (Crabby Lady was our favorite there). Highly recommend.

We had such a great stay at this condo. Everything was so clean and it was the perfect size for 2 adults. Kids could also sleep on the pullout bed. The property is absolutely beautiful and everything is right in the condo: pool, hot tub, beach, and even a restaurant right down stairs. We didn’t rent a car so this was perfect. We also LOVED that there was a closet full of beach stuff including chairs, umbrella, coolers. We were able to make ice, put it in the cooler, and bring snack/cold drinks to the beach. I definitely recommend this place. It was our first time using VRBO, we will be back and hopefully in the same condo!

We loved the condo, very clean and had everything we needed, communication with owner was excellant, the view of the beach was amazingly beautiful,spent a lot of time on balcony, the sunsets were gorgeous, the area is great, we found some great resturants and a great time on a tour boat, would highly recommend staying here, we sure would visit again, 5 stars

We had a great visit for 6 days and really appreciated the owner’s constant response whenever we had a question about the process.
(Even after 10 PM one evening, amazing!)The beach was very convenient and the restaurant on site was not too crowded and you could view the amazing gulf sunsets from there easily.
Everything was clean and we had more than enough room to relax. The view was amazing from this top floor unit and apart from possibly upgrading the security access from a physical set of keys via the doors and elevators to an electronic touch pad with coded uniquely generated which a majority of
rentals have in place, it was a very relaxing time and would recommend this place to others.

The owners are easy to work with. When we had questions, they answered them very quickly. The pictures are spot on for size and cleanliness and the place is cute, cozy and clean. An added perk was the coolers, beach towels and beach chairs that were provided. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Have stayed here two years because of fabulous views, comfortable king size bed, great condo and resort including the pool in which you can swim a few laps. Beach is beautiful.

We have stayed at the Apollo a number of times and love its beach access and walking distance to restaurants. Our hosts were fantastic to deal with, and even offered us an extra night stay. Nicest unit we have stayed 8n by far!

Angela and Dave were great hosts. They were very attentive and responsive during our stay. We had a slight drainage issue in the shower, when Angela and Dave were contacted they had a plumber there the next day! We loved being on the 10th floor which allows you a phenomenal view of the beach and indescribable Marco sunsets. The space is well decorated and stocked with essentials for cooking. Private access to the beach is very convenient. Sunset Grille is located on the property and offers great food and libations. Our only negative was there is not a beach cart in the unit which can be a challenge carrying several items down to the beach daily. There are plenty of beach chairs (one backpack style) and beach accessories. We come to Marco every year and we can’t wait to book this property again!

Marco island is simply magical! Condo is clean, spacious for 2, and the view and proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Owners accommodated us with all asks and condo came fully stocked with beach gear. Sunsets are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to go back!

Overall the property was lovely! The condominium is right on the water and gave easy access to the beach throughout the day. We are very grateful to the Barth's for their communication prior to our stay and clear directions for check-in/out. Definitely would stay again if we could!

Loved the location. Right on the beach. Beautiful view. Nightly sunset view. The beach is very clean and well maintained. The pool is quite nice and very clean. Loved being on the top floor. Building is very secure; only those with a pass key can enter. Laundry facility is handy and easy to use (one on each floor by elevator). Loved the covered, assigned parking. This is a very nice facility. We would stay here again if in the area.

Condo is as shown in pics. Excellent quick communication with owners. It’s a small rental but great for my sister & myself or even a family of 4. The twin sleeper sofa was actually comfortable & apeared new. The facility was very secure. The Sunset Grill had great food & was a great place to catch the sunset! Beach chairs & umbrellas were a plus since there are no rentals available in this area of the beach.

This condo was the perfect home away from home for our relaxing, 5 star vacation! It had everything we needed and the furniture was ideal for lounging around and watching tv & movies (there are lots of cable channels and we also hooked up our Roku from home), eating on the lanai or inside, enjoying the gorgeous sunsets from the lanai or the living room, reading books, and of course, sleeping! The beach gear in the hallway closet was a nice bonus feature that we used a few times as well. We also were very happy to have a dishwasher so we didn’t have to waste our precious vacation time washing dishes by hand. We were surprised to discover the condo had some books and games too!
The location cannot be beat! This condo has amazing ocean views, is steps from the beach, has a great pool (and also a workout room if you’re into that sort of thing), and is less than a mile from Marco Walk Plaza which has several fantastic shops and restaurants. Sunset Grille is located on the main floor of the building and has excellent food! We ate there 3 times during our stay and we loved every single thing we ordered. Yum!
Dave & Angela were wonderful hosts! They answered all of our questions, clearly communicated their expectations, sent us the keys in a timely manner, and were responsive and friendly before, during, and after our trip! We highly recommend this condo and them as hosts!

We had a lovely time at the condo. The apartment was very clean and cozy. You can't beat the view of the ocean from the balcony, we even got to see dolphins! The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend the condo!
