Newer A/C, heater, kitchen with corian , stain-less appliances, bathrooms, etc. Pets allowed for a fee. Corner location is only 2 short blocks to the beach. Located close to the wetlands. Two HD tvs, free cable and internet. There is one personal parking spot and plenty of additional free parking in the condo parking lot and in front of the condo on the street. We absolutely loved the condo! Really enjoyed the south side of Ocean City (quieter). The fireworks off the beach were amazing. Owner was wonderful/great communication. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Colleen!

This condo was a perfect fit for my family of 5 (plus our dog)! The condo was well-stocked with kid/baby gear and beach gear, so we were able to pack very light. Colleen was an accommodating and communicative host, both before and at the start of our stay. The beach was a very short walk, short enough for 3 and 5 year old legs! We had a wonderful time during our long-weekend stay, and we can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing week at the beach
Really enjoyed our stay in Colleen’s condo. We had everything we needed for a home away from home. Walk to the beach was quick and area is just beautiful. Uncle Bill’s pancake house is a short walk away and great for breakfast. Colleen is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Relaxing beach getaway
We took our family of 5 and our dog, and we had a relaxing and fun vacation. The location is great, two blocks to the beach and within a bike ride to ice cream. If you have a dog, there is a dog park close by. The owners are wonderful and quick to reply to any issues. The house was also very clean when we arrived. Highly recommend.

We don’t have babies anymore, but wouldn’t need to bring a thing if we did! Crib, high chair, baby bath - it’s all there. We cooked in the large kitchen a few nights and had everything we needed to make family meals. The beds were super comfortable with pillow toppers, and the sofas were the kind you sink into and relax. Water pressure was great in the showers, and it was key to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We loved the location - a quick walk to an uncrowded beach. And we loved walking to Aunt Betty’s for ice cream every night. Thanks, Colleen, for a great vacation. We’ll be back!

Enjoyable getaway!
We loved are stay at the Tohills! Their condo was perfect for our family of 4. Colleen was BEYOND responsive. Even got us in early and a late checkout! She supplied extras knowing we had a 6 month old so it was less for us to pack. The condo was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was super helpful too. The location was extremely convenient. We will be back for sure! Thank you Tohill family for a great last minute mini vacay!!!

Convenient Beach Condo Perfect for Families!
This beach condo was perfect for our family vacation to Ocean City. We have young children and a dog, and the owner went out of her way to accommodate us so we did not have to pack a million different child-related items. The condo is a very short walk to the beach and we never had an issue with parking when we returned home from dinner or the boardwalk. Great experience!

The place was great. Not even 5 minute walk to beach. Plenty of parking. Great communication with the owner start to finish. Very clean and plan on renting again next year.

Absolutely excellent
Property was extremely well maintained and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for a family with pets or without. There is a nearby dog park if you choose to bring your dog, but still so much more even for the pet-less family. The beach is two blocks away and with the property being located on the higher streets, it was less crowded and much more accessible. The owners were also extremely hospitable and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend this rental for a family getaway or just a couple's retreat.

Perfect in Every Way!
This is the perfect condo and location. Very clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and even more if needed. Loved the short walk to the beach and the area was very quiet with no shortage for parking. Owner was great to work with and we will definitely love to visit again!

Great time in Ocean City, NJ
Very nice condo with fully equipped terrific kitchen. Very new and immaculate. Location is very good - quiet neighborhood, short walk to beautiful beach with lifeguards. lots of parking. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this vacation home.

A Great Stay
We enjoyed the accommodations-clean, well equipped,and close to the beach.There were even good beach chairs and a cart for the beach. All and all we were very satisfied.

Comfortable, cute condo near beach
We really enjoyed our one week stay at this condo in Ocean City, NJ!! The owners were there when we arrived and could not have been more accommodating at making sure our needs would be met. I was concerned that parking could be difficult since it was July 4 weekend and we had 2-3 cars there at times. It was never a problem as we were always able to find spots on premises and never rode around looking for parking spots. Location and building were quiet and "neighbors" were very friendly. The owners even provided a "beach cart" to haul our chairs, etc., to beach. This made the very short walk even easier. I hope I can rent this condo again in future summers!!

great house - 5 stars excellent
Great House - close to the bay and beach. clean, great appliances strong AC.3 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Good fit for 6 people and a dog. Close to Uncle Bill's Pancake House. The oners were very nice; they had chairs and tags for our use on the beach. We had a great time. We are planning our stay for next year.

Super cute and cozy condo!
My husband, myself and three young girls stayed here for a week in July. It was just what we needed and wanted. First off, SO clean and fresh. It did not have that overused, dingy feel that some rentals have. Everything was clean, neat, tidy, and cute as can be. Beds were very comfortable and the street was quiet - perfect for getting a good night sleep after a long day on the beach. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space. We were very happy with this rental and plan to be back.

Fantastic Spot, Great Location
We stayed here for a week in August and couldn't have been happier. We brought our two daughters and two dogs and everyone (pets included) had a excellent time. The house was clean, neat, had all the amenities we wanted and most importantly is in an ideal location. Nothing better then being able to walk to the beach with the kids and the dog park with the dogs all from the same spot. All the convenience of Ocean City with out the congestion of being downtown. The owners Colleen and Eamonn were more then willing to accommodate any of our needs too. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxed vacation in OCNJ.
