The property is right across the street from the entrance to the same beach the JW Marriott guests use. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay on Marco Island. Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and umbrella, towels, beach toys and cooler. The complex also has a heated and chilled swimming pool. If you feel active play a little tennis. The tennis court that is also lined for Pickleball. If you feel like eating in the kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill down by the pool and patio area for guests to use. Numerous breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants are within walking distance Come to San Marco Residences FREE Parking and FREE Wifi. Washer and dryer on each floor that is credit card or App operated. Just bring your suitcase ... the condo has everything you need. Our Host, Lisa was very responsive with all of our questions. We arrived early and were able to check in a couple of hours ahead of time :) We found the condo spotless and everything that Lisa has sent to us was accurate and easy to find. The location is wonderful; across the street from the beach, many great restaurants close by. The area is very space and we spent a lot of time walking into town and in the neighborhood. The condo had everything we needed for a day at the beach including a cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler. The beach is wide with white sand and beautifully clean water and plenty of space to spread out. The pool was usually empty and a nice alternative. We also spent time on the balcony which was another space. We will definitely return and owners have multiple units which can be great with large families. Take advantage of this great condo! Five star all the way around!

property was neat, clean and well-furnished. a few minor issues were resolved by owner in a timely manner. owner was friendly, helpful and informative. overall pleasant experience for first visit to Marco Island.

This condo is in a really good location and right across the street from the beach! The owner is a very good communicator as we had some issues with a blown electrical box while we stayed there ( not her fault) and she was very kind and made it right for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

A perfect condo for 2 (or 4) in the perfect location, across from the beach access, equidistant from dining and night life in either direction. Everything described in the listing is accurate. Lisa, the host, was amazing and quick to respond when someone was parking in our spot (which was the only issue we experienced during our stay). A well-kept place that we will surely try and book again next time we visit Marco Island. 5-Stars!

My husband and I had a great time relaxing at Lisa's condo, San Marco Residences property. The apartment was very clean, equipped with all amenities necessary to enjoy our stay, nicely decorated and very inviting. Check in was very easy.
Designated free parking spot comes with the booking and is great for marco island.
You can not beat the beach front location, beach is across the street from the condo, and having chairs, umbrella and towels available made it so simply.
We enjoyed great restaurants nearby and beautiful sunset from the balcony.
Lisa, the host was so helpful and kind and always available. 5 stars

This property is a gem! Perfect location to the beach and restaurants! The beach is a quick walk across the street and many lovely restaurants within five minutes. This is our second stay with this owner and the communication is always clear and efficient. Highly recommend.

Had a great couple of days in Marco Island. The condo was perfect for us and was just a couple of minutes from the beach. Excellent restaurants within minutes. Looking forward to returning!

This was our first trip to Marco, so I was unaware of the general complexity of getting onto the beach. So glad we found this place which was right across the street from a public access point (there are only 3 on the island and only 2 of them have parking… $45/day!)
We found the tiki bar at the JW to be a nice beach front lunch/cocktail, and we also went in to the lobby and had an after dinner cocktail at their bar (which was open til midnight when many other places were already closed).
The provided beach chairs were great! Would definitely stay here again.

We were very comfortable in this lovely condo. It was close to the beach. There were nice amenities, such as beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to cart them to the beach.

This place was perfect for our family. Easy access to beautiful beach - with all the things you would need (chairs, umbrella, etc). Amenities were great with access to heated pool and tennis courts. Condo was clean and fresh. Would 100% stay here again!

You enter the property from the parking lot and there's a code lock to enter the property. Elevator takes you right up to your floor where you're greeted by a well laid out floor plan in the unit. This is perfect for two people. The location is also perfect since it is directly across the street from the Marriott, where there is public access to the beach, which is only a few minute walk across the street to the beach.
Communication with the owner was awesome and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and very clean property. We would stay again. The only suggestion would be a full length mirror in master bedroom as the bathroom mirrors are very small when getting ready.

Great beaches within easy walking distance across the street, cozy condo, neat and clean, well organized, quiet. Lisa was very quick to respond to any questions I asked. Access was easy and information was easy to understand. I would go back again.

We initially booked to stay on Marco island for one of our friends weddings. Sadly due to hurricane Ian the wedding was no longer going ahead. We asked for a refund but the host refused, claiming that the island was back open as usual. With that in mind we made our way to the island, (we had not been sent any check-in instructions at this point.) We messaged when we were an hour away but did not receive any instructions for another half an hour after we arrived at the property. The property itself was exactly as listed and was both clean and comfortable. Sadly the WiFi and TV was not working and the host made no effort to resolve this for us. Further to this, most of the restaurants and bars on the island were either not open, or closing early due to the hurricane, which the host had blatantly lied about. The property was nice but communication from the host was poor, especially given the circumstances. Would not return.

Everything was smooth: the booking, communication with Lisa, getting the access info. and getting to and in the condo. The decor is lovely; the bed is comfortable and the condo is well equipped with everything you’d need. The property is clean, bldg, had great maintenance. Pool was clean and the parking was free and close by. Anyone who stays in this condo will like it and enjoy Marco Island. I would certainly stay here again and I’ve been coming to Marco for 30 years. Thanks Lisa for letting us have access at 1 pm vs 4 pm on check in day. 🌸
