Nestled in Avon, this charming condo for $215 per night is a great option for your next break. Located in the heart of Avon, this fabulous newly-constructed two bedroom mountain getaway has all of the amenities of home... plus great views of Beaver Creek Mountain! Pamper yourself with the convenience of some of the best restaurants and shopping in the Vail Valley. New furnishings, designer decor, new carpet, gas fireplace, balcony and patio furniture. Wireless internet service. Cable TV in every room, there is a DVD in the family room and each bedroom. The couch doubles as a sleeper sofa and a washer and dryer is located in the Condo. The master bedroom features a KING bed and private bathroom with jetted tub and double sink... plus a private entrance to the balcony. TWO QUEEN beds are provided in the spacious guest bedroom - perfect for a family - with a private entrance to the adjoining bathroom. Plenty of towels are provided along with bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and full-size blowdryers in each bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster and all the gadgets and serving pieces you can imagine). A full-size front load washer and dryer are located in the condo with laundry detergent, dryer sheets and stain remover. An underground, heated garage provides parking, locking ski storage for the unit, and bike storage. This unit is one of the few units in the Vail Valley to offer AIR CONDITIONING -- a great option to have on a hot summer day! Please give us a call or e-mail with any questions. Property was just liked the listing stated and had everything we needed for our last minute booking and it was clean. Lorna was very helpful and I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. The property is in a great central location to enjoy the whole area. The location is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and a nice park with a lake.

Very quiet condos. We walked to Avon Tennis courts, grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Beaver Creek Resort has free parking in the summer so we didn’t have to take the shuttle. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and making morning coffee. My husband and I would stay here again if available.

We stayed at this location, as we were attending a wedding locally. Great proximity to everything we needed. We were comfortable in this location and recommend it. Lorna was always quick to respond.

The place was too small and cramped for 3 adults. It was dark, air didn’t work, had heavy covers on beds that were hard to get out of our way.
This place needs spruced up. Kitchen was nice and having bathroom items provided was a plus. If it were my place a would get rid of all the dark heavy furniture and put in more of a Scandinavia style which would provide more room. I would get rid of the dark blinds and put in something that is lighter to brighten up the place.
It was easy to stay in communication with the owner and I did appreciate that. I don’t believe I would recommend it to anyone and I wouldn’t stay again. I’m sad because this was my first experience using VRBO!

Convenient to everything, short walk
To Westin gondola, bus stops for Avon and eagle county bus to vail. Extremely well stocked! Grocery store across road, restaurants all around. Would stay here again!

This condo checked all of the boxes. We were close to the mountain and restaurants. Beds we’re comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Would stay again.

Listing is accurate and the instructions the owner provided were excellent, I had no questions that were not answered by the documents provided by the owner. The location is ideal for skiing at Beaver Creek with the shuttle picking up within the same parking lot. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The condo was great! So cozy and had all the homey touches. The town of Avon was a wonderful location to stay in too due to all the shops and restaurants as well as the proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail. Highly recommend!

We had the perfect stay at this property for our ski trip. We enjoyed every minute here. It was within walking distance of everything we needed (restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, bakeries, etc..). The bus route to BC is conveniently located right at the corner so you really never need to get in your car if you don’t want to. The condo had everything we needed and more for our family of 4. It was cozy and extremely clean with the most comfortable beds and bedding. Lorna was the best vrbo host we have ever dealt with. She responded to us immediately with the few questions we had. The underground parking was a great bonus. We really can’t say enough good things about this property. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Comfort in Colorado
This condo, in a convenient spot close to stores, hiking, parks, restaurants, and great views, was so comfortable and especially well-stocked with everything needed for an easy stay. Underground parking is a big plus in all seasons, and the building maintenance was excellent as well. We enjoyed our stay in Avon and would happily return.

This condo was comfortable for 4 adults. We enjoyed being able to walk downstairs to dine. Property was clean. We never used the ski shuttle near the condo, but it was very close.

This is a great place and no complaints. More extraneous forms and such to complete and parking passes to print than most places.
