Situated in Barcelona, this lovely condo for $152 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Very nice and quiet apartment, located centrally, only a five minutes by foot to the Montjuic Magic fountains, and Plaça Espanya. Five minutes from the Montjuic Fair. Five minutes from the metro, and bus. It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall. You can go giving a walk (20 minutes more or less )to the ramblas and to the town center. The building has two elevators. The flat is very peaceful and quiet. The flat has everything new, it has 2 bedrooms, one queen size bed, and the other with one single bed and other bed that it can become in two. It has a kitchen with a little terrace where you can take your breakfast, one bathroom with a big shower, a living room and a dining room. It has Smart T.V, internet, air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and telephone for local calls. We have some toys for little children, if you need we have a cot and a high seat for children. It has been decorated plenty of colour and with a lot of care to make you a very nice stay and make you to feel like at home. We want you to have an unforgetable holidays. What a wonderful little apartment! And Rosa & Miguel were the most gracious hosts. They met us personally and showed us the amenities of the apartment, then spent a good deal of time with a map, showing us how to get around and recommending places to eat and things to do. The apartment was immaculately clean and so comfortable. The location was convenient to multiple supermarkets and a metro station. And Miguel even drove us to our cruise terminal! If we ever visit Barcelona again, we will be renting from Rosa and Miguel.

Rosa & Miguel were wonderful. The apartment is well located to attractions and Metro. It is clean and has everything you need. They even provided a bottle of wine, fruit, juice, bread. As an unexpected bonus they drove us to the airport when we checked out.

Rosa and Miguel are the most amazing hosts. They treat you like family. Their place is perfect, very clean and you have everything you need. They’ve thought of pretty much everything, including some very thoughtful treats! The location makes it easy to get around with both the metro and buses within a 5 minute walk. Plus they provided great tips about the system, places to visit and restaurants. We highly recommend staying with them and would again. Thanks Rosa and Miguel!

The apartment is very nice, clean, and with all you need for a great stay. It is located at walking distance to the metro and bus. We bought the T-casual ticket which is 10 rides of metro or bus. However, we walked a lot, enjoy all this little streets and tapas bars. Rosa and Miguel are outstanding hosts. We are very grateful to them for everything. Hasta la próxima, Amigos.

The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. The rooms are bigger than they look and they have air conditioning. Something that helped us sleep at night. Rosa picked us up at the airport. When we got to the apartment, she gave a detailed description of where to go and places to avoid after dark, where to eat good food and how to get around the city.

Hosts Rosa & Miguel were amazing. Unit supplied with coffe tea milk fruit & snacks. They went through all attractions on map, metro best ticket to buy etc. Made life very easy close to restaurants metro & supermarket.

The apartment was clean and had everything a family would need for a comfortable stay. There are beautiful gardens, museums and less touristy restaurants in walking distance. El Poble Sec Is a quiet, low key neighborhood. More popular sites are just a metro ride away. The station is also an easy walk from the apartment. Taxis are also plentiful and easy to find in Barcelona. Rosa and Miguel could not have been more kind and accommodating. They left us fresh fruit and other basics for breakfast and even gave us a ride to the airport the day we checked out. They will also give you all the advice you want to help orient you to the beautiful city of Barcelona when you arrive.

This was an amazing trip to Barcelona for our family. Rosa and Miguel are great hosts who will make your stay in Barcelona even more better.
The apartment is big (we are family of 5, with kids age 11,13 and 15 years old), clean, on a good position. Metro&bus stations are nearby, many supermarkets and restaurants are in the nearest neigbourghoud.
Especially thanks to Rosa and Miguel who had lef us a basket full of fruits, bottle of wine, and lots of things in the fridge to have during our stay. They also met us at the airport when we arrived and drove us to the airport on the way back.
One huge thanks to both of them and all recommendations for their accommodation.

Rosa & Miquel are the best host experience I have had at any vacation rental. They made our stay seem like home. They surprised my sister with a delicious cake & champagne for her birthday! It was a lovely sentiment and unexpected. They checked in daily to see if we needed anything. Everything is in walking distance. The best time ever! Hope to stay again if I return to Spain!

This apartment is well situated in Barcelona. Close to Metro, Plaza Espana and much more. Rosa and Miquel are wonderful hosts and good communicators. Apartment was set up with fresh fruit, milk, coffee etc which was a really nice touch. (Even a bottle of wine). Miquel picked us up at Train station and gave us a tour on way to apartment and then spent time with a Map of Barcelona showing us some highlights. We really enjoyed our week here and hope to return at some point.

The location was quiet at night but close to everything needed. The bus to the beach was frequent and cheap, and it was a quick metro to the train station for day trips. The host goes above and beyond with a well stock kitchen, fresh fruits, age appropriate toys for my toddler!, explaining the area and even picking us up. Thank you so much

When we saw this property it did look very nice, but sometimes you see something on line and it’s not the same, not at this time!
The hosts was Rosa and Miguel, we had great conversation even before we arrived to Barcelona and they offered even to pick us up, for what we are very grateful !They welcome us to the apartment, told what it’s really good to see in Barcelona and how best to get everywhere around and gave us the keys. After they left we found refrigerator staffed with goodie’s and basket full of fruits ! Thank you Rosa and Miguel !
The apartment was even nicer in person in the great location too, with great restaurants near by. We walked to the most places we wanted to see. We had really great fun time in Barcelona and even thinking to come back soon. In the end Rosa and Miguel offered ride to the Airport . We was so thankful, because we didn’t speak any Spanish and to call the taxi was difficult for us. They was so great, really nice and helpful couple, that I felt like we’re best friends! We definitely coming back, we didn’t see even half what is the to see ! And thank you so much Rosa and Miguel for all your help!

Had a great time in Barcelona thanks to Rosa and Miguel. They were a pleasure to deal with from the date we made the booking they were helpful and informative. They picked us up at the airport, advised on places to eat, visit, shop, nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely array of welcome goodies and they organised the taxi back to the airport. The location was good, tapas street was amazing we were so pleased they recommended this, I doubt we would have found that ourselves. I would have no hesitation in recommending their apartment as a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Barcelona.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to a metro station that connects you with many major attractions in the city. Rosa and Miguel are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience in the beautiful city of Barcelona. We can’t thank them enough for making us feel so welcome. It was our first trip to Barcelona and we hope to return. We would definitely want to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Rosa and Miguel’s. The apartment is in a great location and the neighborhood was clean and safe. Lots of great little tapas restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk. But the best part of our stay was the advice, suggestions and support from Rosa and Miguel; they went over and above to ensure we had all the information we needed, there was fruit, milk, bread, coffee, butter, jam and a bottle of wine, plus Miguel drove us to the train station. They are 5* hosts!

this apartment is nicer than the pictures portray, in a super location to see all barcelona. The owners are very kind and so passionate about their brloved city it is moving. Metro right near by, plenty of good restaurants and sipermarkets aa well. We loved our stay in Rosa and Miguel's comfortable apartment in pobre sec!!

this VRBO listing ,is way beyond ALL others...I have given Five stars to other VRBO's ,BUT .this one exceeds any of the others..by FAR...Miguel ,went way beyond what was expected, and the apartment is so comfortable and full of amenities.. If you have an oppotunity to stay here,by ALL means DO IT!! If I ever return to Barcelona , I will clear it with Miguel and Rosa ,and make my travel plans according to THEIR avalability!!

Barcelona Visit
Both Rosa and Miguel made our trip so much easier. We got maps and metro stops and grocery stores pointed out in person. They left us fruit, coffee, milk, and crackers- so nice on our first day. The apartment was clean and in a good location for most of what we chose to visit. I would definitely send friends.

Appartement is located centrally. Metro, bakery and Bars are close. Appartement ist well equipped, beds in the second room may be small for tall people. Balcony is also small and towards the backyard. Rosa ist very kind and helpful! Thanks!

Great stay, great city
This was my second time to stay in this apartment. My wife and I stayed here two years before this. I was so impressed with the apartment and our hosts, that I sought the use of their apartment again, when my brother and I came Barcelona. The apartment was everything that it was represented to be. It is in a great location, handy to the metro, and many tourist sites. It was exceptionally clean, and well appointed. The kitchen and bath were well supplied, to the point of having more than we needed. The hosts were very gracious to us and were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond our needs and expectations. We wish them every success and happiness. And if I ever return to Barcelona, I will seek to stay with them again.

Very Nice Apartment
Rosa and Miguel did make our stay in Barcelona wonderful. The apartment is located close to subway and bus transportation. They were able to pick us up at the airport upon our arrival and take us to the train station upon our departure.
The apartment was very clean and a nice size.
Rosa and Miguel left fruit and other items for us to enjoy during our stay.
Rosa even checked in with us every few days to see if we needed anything.
We were able to see a lot of things. Just wish we had more time.
I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Barcelona.

The kitchen is complete with everything you will ever need. Rosa went thru the apartment with us showing how to work and find everything. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniverary and Rosa gifted us with a wonderful homemade cake and Cava to help us celebrate! The apartment is beautiful and very quiet! We found it very easy to get all of places we wanted to see either by walking or the metro. We ended our trip in Barcelona after traveling all along the coast of Spain and staying in different VRBO properties. Rosa and Miguel’s apartment and service was by FAR was the best. We would definitely return to this apartment!!! Don’t miss it!

Great apartment, very convenient location. Outstanding Hosts!
This is a great, spacious, very clean apartment, located at the 3d floor of a apartment bldg (with elevators), overlooking the small street. The parking spots are available on that street - if you are lucky - and be prepared to pay for them between 8 am and 8 pm.
Very good location: close to the 'POBLE SEC' metro station and the bus stops. It's also in the walking distance to the PLACA DE ESPANYA, and the famous PARC DE MONTJUIC with all is attractions.
The place is both well-equipped and well-maintained.
And the hosts - Rosa and Miguel - are just extraordinary!
Very communicative and informative, they offered us tons of suggestions, advices and even drawings on the map, to help the first-time visitors.
They prepared the welcome set (snacks and the bottle of wine!), and to top all of that - Miguel offered (and then indeed provided) us a free ride to the airport!!!
Our 3-member family couldn't be happier with our stay in Rosa and Miguel's place - highly recommended!!!

Unparalleled VRBO Experience
We are two woman in our 60’s taking Spanish language classes in Barcelona. One of us had never been to Barcelona before and we wanted to take advantage of the non-class time to see the city. This apartment is in a very safe and convenient neighbourhood. Very easy access to the Metro which we took when we had to go long distances (Eg., Sagrada Familia) . Everywhere else we walked.
Rosa is the consummate hostess. First, she picked us up from (and returned us ) to the airport . A rarity in VRBO hosts. When we arrived at the very clean apartment, we were welcomed by a bottle of red wine, a large fruit basket and the basic supplies to get us started eg., coffee, milk, juice...
The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and we slept well. There is a bit of neighbourhood noise in the evening but nothing that should prohibit sleeping.
We cooked simple meals in the kitchen which was well stocked.
Rosa gave us tips on getting around such as buying the 10-trip Metro card, the locations of the neighbourhood supermarkets and the many wonderful tapas restaurants on Carrer Blais which became one of our favourite haunts.
We loved this VRBO and would love to stay again when we return to Barcelona.

Great stay!
We came to Barcelona three days prior to our cruise departure and stayed in this very comfortable apartment. Miguel the owner was very gracious and picked us up from the airport & gave us a short tour of Barcelona. Upon arrival to the clean apartment, there was fresh fruit and a nice bottle of wine along with assortment of breads for us We were two couples and there was adequate space, it was organized and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient as there are multiple grocery stores & restaurants within a short walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future! Thank you Miguel & Rosa for your wonderful hospitality!

Rosa and Miguel went above and beyond in their efforts to take care of us. The apartment is handy to the Metro. The apartment was beautiful. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well supplied, and neatly arranged. It was the middle of Oct., so we only used the air conditioning one night, but it worked well and was simple to operate. Miguel met us and explained everything concerning the apartment from entry, operation of appliances, to departure procedures. We were welcomed warmly and would not hesitate to use their apartment again or recommend it to others. There were three of us, and it suited our needs perfectly.

Rosa & Miguel were superb hosts. The apartment was well located near the Magic Fountains and subway stop. It was clean and beautifully decorated and included all the amenities. Rosa & Miguel went out of their way to accommodate us including transportation and communicating with our friends. The wine and fruit, etc. were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.
