If 6 guests plan on staying, a family with kids would work better with the space available. I believe the high attitude might have something to do with this. The Siam restaurant is right across the street which has gotten great reviews plus, of course, there are many other restaurants to choose from around town. The title says it all. The condo is ideally located with a five minute walk to Lift 7, Clark's Market and most downtown shops. At the same time, far enough off of the beaten path so it is quiet. And the beautiful river walk is just out the back door. The condo is comfortable, cozy and well appointed. And Joanie is wonderfully communicative and kind.

Joanie is wonderful and had thought of every tiny detail to make this lovely small condo work with all the furnishings. For us, no cooktop or oven was fine...and the extras she provides made this totally great. The location and the porch are perfect. She truly has thought of everything.

We really enjoyed staying here. It's close to the main strip with restaurants and shopping and borders the river walk path. We were able to walk to enjoy most activities including the gondola. The place was comfy, quiet and perfect for our getaway with the kids to enjoy the snow.

Off Season Telluride
We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed Joanie’s place immensely. Location was great. The condo was clean and very well stocked. We will be back and will recommend to others.
Additionally, Joanie provided plenty of communication at check-in.

The unit was in nice shape everything was very clean. Only one small negative, the outdoor hot tub needs some repairs, jets weren't functioning and some tiles missing. Overall great stay!

This was our first visit to Telluride and it was incredible! #112 fit our needs perfectly! It was clean, cozy and stocked with everything we needed and more. The recent upgrade is similar in taste to our own vacation rental space in NC, so it felt like "home". We certainly would stay here again and will recommend it to others!! Thank you, Joanie!

Joanie’s condo in The Viking Lodge couldn’t have been a more perfect location for our summer vacation. We walked/biked everywhere. The kids played in the river for countless hours. The condo was well equipped and everything we needed was provided. Joanie was a great host and even checked on us the first day to make sure we were good.
