Enjoy Crescent beach and stay at one of the most luxurious oceanfront condos In north Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Crescent Shores Condominiums and Resort is the place to stay at North Myrtle Beach. This popular two tower ocean front building offers a lazy river, an ocean front pool, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, 2 over sized ocean front hot tubs, an exercise/fitness room, high speed internet, separate dining room, outdoor tables on balcony, fully equipped kitchen, built in microwave, radiant stove top oven, breakfast bar, nice size living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, washer, dryer, granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors and large outside storage units for beach items. Over 1500 Square Feet of living space! Master bedroom has a king size bed, huge walk in closet, with a private jacuzzi bath tub in master bath, double sinks, separate door to ocean front balcony and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with an adjacent full hallway bath. In front of Crescent Shores there is parasailing, jet ski rentals and banana boating. Each unit has been professionally decorated.. The sunset views are amazing! We are minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, Championship Golf Courses, a Public Country Club at Barefoot Resort and just a short drive away from many Putt Putt Courses, Broadway at the Beach, NASCAR, Myrtle Waves Water Park, and Dixie Stampede Theater. Book early as availability is limited especially at peak season. If booking during hurricane season. I strongly urge you to buy hurricane insurance online or through VRBO>COM at a reasonable price! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the ease of check-in. Crescent Shores had plenty of luggage racks and even grocery carts to make unloading/loading a breeze. We checked in directly at our unit via clear instructions we received well in advance of our stay. My adult son did complain about feel of mattresses in 2nd bedroom (both queen beds) but the master was perfect. There was plenty of towels/linens allotted for our stay. We were also given starter toilet tissue rolls and several garbage bags & dishwashing detergent packets. The sliding door tracks needed a good cleaning and the slider from the living room could’ve used some wd40 but nothing unbearable. Very nice balcony with plenty of seating and room to enjoy. The balcony overlooked the pool but high enough that noise didn’t bother. Very easy access to pools and beach! Three elevators available to use so we never had to wait. There was always plenty of employees cleaning lobby, grounds, as well as security around property and parking areas/deck.

We had a great stay. The condo looked just like it did in the photos. The condo was clean and we didn’t have any problems. All three elevators are working now (this was a problem that was mentioned in previous reviews for this condo). We would stay in this condo again.

The condo was as describe. The balcony was wonderful and had plenty of seating for our family. The property was well maintained with plenty of staff keeping things clean around the pool and lobby. Elevators ran great, everyone checks in at the same time so the lot and elevators were busy, but it was just at that time. We really enjoyed our condo, the property, and the beach. We would stay again.

Property and condo were nice. Just as advertised. We had an unfortunate event that left us no water for 2 days in our unit.We had to find a place to stay for the night ,at our cost. Jeff was very helpful and did refund 2 nights of the trip. He also went out of his way to have a second plummer fix the issue. Unfortunately it did sort of mess up our week getaway, not anyones fault just bad luck. Only issue we had with the stay was beach was extremely crowded all day as well as the pool and lazy river. It was nice and great location. Just not for us a party of 6 we were only able to get in pool and find a chair late in the evening, right before pool closed and had to get your spot on the beach really early like 8am. Just way too populated for us on a vacation. We like Myrtle ,but if you need a less populated beach and pool this isnt the place for you.

Love the location of this property! Wake up and sit on front balcony looking out across the ocean is unbeatable! Property was great overall. Only small gripe would be that the previous renters left dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Minor, but it still irked me. Checking in and out are a breeze. This place makes me want to get my own condo at this property! Beach is less crowded in North Myrtle than down at Myrtle beach. Don’t miss out on eating at the Local on the Water. Great food and live entertainment!

The condo was 5-stars, while the building was 1-star. I’ll review them separately, starting with the good news.
CONDO: We were extremely pleased with the condo itself. The kitchen was well-equipped with nice pots, pans, etc., and the laundry area was very useful. We loved the balcony and tried to spend a lot of time out in the comfortable chairs. We would have spent even more time except for the strong smell of cigarette smoke / weed that arrived almost every evening and lasted into the night. It would have been nice to have a chair or recliner in the living room, but we were fine with the couch and love seat, and the mattress in the master suite was wonderful.
BUILDING: When we arrived, only one elevator out of the three was working. We had to wait in line through three rotations for our turn to go up to our condo. When the building has 18 floors (I think), that takes a very long time. It was an issue the entire week. Being on the sixth floor, it would already be full by the time it reached us on the way down. One day, we waited five times before catching it on the way up in order to go down. It made us not want to go out to the pool / beach / driving very often. The last day, it took us 56 minutes to get from the condo to our car … completely unacceptable! It’s a shame to have such a wonderful condo that we will never return to because of the building where it’s located. Crescent Shores is definitely off of our list from now on.

We entered the condo a few minutes after 4pm as the instructions stated. Imagine our surprise to find that the condo had not been cleaned, beds unmade, towels in the tub. We called Jeff and explained the issue. He tried to reach the cleaning service but they were not answering. He offered to refund our money so we could find another place. Then called us back and said he had another unit we could stay in that night and the first unit would be cleaned the next morning. We finally got in the unit we pair for the next morning around 11:30. We love the layout of the condo and it had everything we needed but could really use some deep cleaning. Our socks and feet were black just walking on the carpets, the bedspread had some questionable stains, the slats on the A/C door were covered with dust, the bedroom furniture fronts were very dusty, there was lots of dust around the baseboards behind the bed and furniture, and the rug in the bathroom smelled very musty. The location of the condo was perfect, short walk to the beach, great pub next door, and not far from shopping and other restaurants. There were lots of repairs being done and only one elevator was working (granted it was the off season). Our biggest complaint was the wait for the condo to be ready (it had been vacant since Saturday and we checked in on Monday) and the lack of cleanliness of the condo. A really good spring cleaning is in order.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was spacious and well-kept. It was great to fall asleep and wake to the sounds of the waves every day. The balcony was wide and offered a breathtaking view of the ocean and beach below. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable as well. We had more than enough towels for the week. We could not get the TV in the front/primary bedroom to work, but that was not a big deal. The living room was spacious and full of light from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. I enjoyed the view of the ocean at every moment. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was handy to have a washer and dryer as well. The primary bathroom shower stall could use some cleaning up/maintenance. We appreciated the use of the storage closet outside the unit for our beach chairs so we were not dragging sand in the unit. Overall it was a very good stay. A few suggestions...The owner might consider adding more seating to the living room area. I would also suggest the ability to connect to streaming platforms on the TV. It might be nice to have a couple of games or decks of cards available for guests. We did complete the puzzle we found. The property building was nice too with 3 elevators and plenty of parking in the garage across the street. The pools were often crowded with little kids, but we did get a couple of rounds in the lazy river. The location was convenient to restaurants, shops, and an ice cream shop just a block away. Thanks for another memorable vacation in NMB. We look forward to returning.

The veiw and beach were great. The pool area was very narrow and had no umbrellas. The condo needs a deep clean: carpet stained, title sticky, dresser handles were sticky and full of muck, dusty, and cobwebs. I personally wore my flip flops inside the whole week. The shower off the main bedroom had mold and muck on the door at the bottom so thick the door did not close correctly. After clean it the door sealed much better. The AC was out on our arrival. The handyman came down and said he would contact the owner. We attempted to contact the owner, but the information that was sent to us had the previous owner’s contact information. So, it took us a bit to get a hold of the owner. 2 days later the AC was fixed. The kitchen was pretty well stocked except for storage containers. The blue pillows on the couch had stains and ground in food on them. I washed the pillow covers. The couches cushions are missing button and seemed worn. My family had a good trip and enjoyed the beach and activities around town. Wish this condos was cleaner and felt more like home with more pictures on the walls, beachy decorations and updated furnishings.

Vacation
The property is just as pictured! Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The view is simply amazing. The bedroom with the 2 beds however, one needs a new mattress and the other bed squeaks whenever you move, and the balcony needs to be cleaned. If you walk barefoot, your feet are black. Otherwise, would definitely stay again! Love it!!!

Perfect view and location
Our family stayed there last week. Location was perfect and view was amazing.
Condo has plenty of room for 6 people. Kitchen has basic set of plates, utensils and cookware. We were surprised it didn't have pizza cutter, but not a big deal.
Everything is within driving distance. Broadway at the beach is about 35-40 minutes in traffic.
The only issue we found was mattress in master bedroom. It was sagging and very uncomfortable. Some reviewers mentioned that before and it was supposed to be fixed. It wasn't.
Would I stay there again? I sure would because of the location and i am hopping mattress issue would be resolved.

When we opened the door to the condo, we were immediately disappointed. The pictures on VRBO were not an exact representation of the property. It was clean and functional however, so after our initial impression we tried to moved on to enjoy our stay.
Our next disappointment had to do with the mattress in the master suite. It was old, soft and lumpy with little to no support. My 6'1" 190 lb partner could not sleep on it. The biggest issue with this is that another visitor mentioned it in a review and when I inquired about it the owner indicated that it had been taken care of!!
Clearly it was not the case and not being truthful and open about it can come back to bite you!!
One other small issue is that the shower in the master suite could use some cleaning and/or re grouting as there were brown spots.
The owner was very slow to respond to any questions and in some cases did not answer at all. Additionally, there was work being done at the property. There was one day from 8 to 4:30 pm where there was no running water in the property. This was a considerable inconvenience.
The location of the property is exceptional and the overall size and appearance of the property is good. However it is hard to overcome issues when they are a direct misrepresentation.

Crescent Shores Stay
For the most part, I very much enjoyed our stay at Crescent Shores. Room and ocean front view were just as described. Condo was well equipped. A full length mirror in the second bedroom or bathroom MIGHT BE CONSIDERED for future guests as well as potholders in the kitchen. My only issue with staying at the condo concerned painting of the front door. I feel some form of notification should have been given (prior to our visit) since we were expected to comply with the condo's expectations and leave our door open while they were sanding, priming and painting. It was very uncomfortable leaving our purses, valuables and other items in the condo so we could enjoy the beach and pool areas (even though they had someone watching the hallways during the process). The paint fumes and noise from the sanding did not exactly scream "relaxation " while we were on our vacation either. And finally, remotes to operate the televisions on were missing batteries. To turn the TV on and watch the news was a bit of a challenge. I hope my comments help to make your next guests stay more comfortable.

It was a major inconvenience since we had planned to have breakfast in the condo that morning & hang around the beach, not to mention being startled by strangers entering. Instead we all had to get ready quickly, as we would not have power, and leave. Not a fun task with three tired teens. When I called the owner she did not and still has not responded or apologized for not letting us know. Beds were ok, large tub in master was nice. My suggestions to the owner is to supply hand and dish soap, basic windex, toilet cleaner and all purpose cleaner for your guests as a convenience and respond to emails and calls. These basic things would have changed my review to 5 stars for sure.

Great place to stay
My family and I had a great time staying in Myrtle Beach. The condo is in a great location and close to everything we wanted to do.

On arrival this unit was clean and prepared for us. Instructions received by the owner were clear to gain entry, for parking, etc.
We were told that only paper products and garbage bags would be needed but on arrival there were many items not provided that we had to shop for that we believed would be included basics such as hand soap, cleaning supplies, kitchen basics, etc. We also found some things in disrepair that should have been fixed. The mattress in the master bedroom was so worn it could not be used and forced us to sleep in the secondary bedroom. Emails were sent to the owner to let her know about some of these deficiencies, even just to fix for the next guest, however no response was received. Overall, while we liked the location and enjoyed our time in North Myrtle Beach and will return to the area, I would not stay in that unit again.

Great location, cleanliness and amenities to be desired
We loved being right on the beach and easy access to so many things. The host was easy to communicate with through the VRBO app but prior comments about cleanliness proved true. Also, the beds weren’t great. No wine opener, cutting board, scissors and it’s just a regular brew coffee pot, not a Keurig.

Christmas getaway
The condo at Cresent Shores.was perfect for our Christmas Getaway. After a year of heartache & sickness, it was a welcomed place of quietness & solitude. My husband & I were able to rest & let the boys go explore alone because of the quiet, laid-back nature of the area. The room was clean, in overall good shape, & well supplied with sheets & towels. I loved the washer & dryer, actually used them twice during the week. The king bedroom was like my personal property were I could escape the noise of the boys & the TV. I loved having the balcony access.in the bedroom.
We had a fabulous trip & thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We would love to stay there again.
