Everything was exactly as described and so clean and well stocked. The pictures don't do this condo justice! The location was perfect and right on the beach with beautiful beach and ocean views! The beach is never crowded, and we stayed during labor day weekend. This is probably due to it being a private gate community. We had two kids with us who enjoyed the pool very much. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of this property and how beautifully decorated it was. We would definitely stay here again and again! The owner also took time to message us and make sure everything was as expected. We couldn't be more pleased with this rental!

Location was excellent. Condo was very clean and updated. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were very comfortable. The pool was never too crowded and very refreshing. Family had a fabulous time. We would definitely return next year.

Summer House 209 was so well equipped and clean…we thoroughly enjoyed our stay…cooperation with the Owner was extremely helpful to us…we highly recommend this condo…

This property would be one we'd return to whenever we come to Charleston. We appreciated the consideration of the property owners who were incredibly attentive when we had issues checkin in. It accommodated the five of us very comfortably and had gorgeous views with a wonderful balcony to enjoy coffee in the mornings. The library of books was amazing. Pool codes weren't working but other guests would graciously help out. A great place for being by the pool and beach!!! Again, grateful for the attentive owners. Thank you!

Easy check in and out process. Easy access to beautiful pool and beach and great decorations. Condo was clean well stocked with linens and towels. Accommodating after hour check in. Great communication from owner and Island Realty. Appliances easy to use and clean. Parking good and building elevator easy with many luggage trolleys. Excellent experience.highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay and was happy with the unit Neu received a very nasty letter from the owner regarding some trash that was left under the bed my granddaughters stayed in. There were some water bottles and candy wrappers left that I missed because I failed to check underneath their bed. I made every effort to make sure the condo was left in clean condition, even fluffing the pillows on the furniture. I apologize for failing to check under the bed and a simple note from the owner would have been sufficient to address the issue. I was very surprised by his rudeness. The rest of the condo was left very clean and again I did realize the trash was under the bed or it would have been picked up.

Highly recommended for rest & relaxation...begins with beauty of the approach...well-appointed condo with large terrace overlooking pool & ocean...short walk to beach...easy access to Charleston...wish we could have stayed another week...very kind owner dealt immediately with a small concern...we had a great time & felt refreshed for our onward journey.

Lovely condo - clean, comfortable, updated and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well stocked overall, but did not find any basic items (olive oil, sugar). It did have coffee filters and salt/pepper. Owner was quick to reply to my questions.

Such a comfortable unit. Great location, beach right out front and pool also. communication with owner was quick and effective. We had a wonderful time and our family and friends enjoyed their stay also.

The condo was in gated community which is great. Well kept grounds and just beautiful area. Beach nice and quiet. View from condo was great. Condo had everything and was beautifully decorated. Owner was prompt on responding to questions. Overall a fabulous place. We’d definitely come back to this condo.

The property was in a wonderful location! Easy access to the beach and we loved being able to walk around the paved trails in Wild Dunes. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The only “issues” were that the smoke detectors were super sensitive and went off every time I opened the oven to check on food that I was cooking and the front door and master bedroom door. were not hung properly and were difficult to open and shut without slamming them. These “issues” didn’t impact our stay and so I still give it a 5 star rating :).

Very comfortable, spotless and well-equipped 2nd floor condo with a beautiful view of the pool area and ocean. Even the linens and towels were top notch. The owner answered all correspondence and phone calls right away and was flexible in dealing with our needs. We’d stay here again if ever in IOP. Thank you for the opportunity.

This property is very nice and appears recently renovated to have a clean "HGTV" look about it (large bathroom tiles, wood floors, etc). Even the furniture is new and a nice brand (Basset) -- which contributes to the luxurious feel of the unit. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, etc though you'll want to bring your own spices (like salt, etc) as these appear to be thrown out for sanitary reasons after each guest's stay. The outdoor porch was much larger than the pictures indicated -- with ample room for 2 rocking chairs and a round dining table with 4 chairs. We were initially worried that it would be too noisy being next to the pool, but it wasn't an issue at all. The master bedroom was plenty large with a king bed. The extra bedroom slept my oldest child in the bed and our 10 year old in the sleeper pull-out. The children did indicate that they could hear some hallway noise at night as people passed by -- but didn't act like it lasted much past 11. I did think the mattress in the master was slightly uncomfortable and could've been more supportive. Also, we could hear our neighbors above us sliding chairs across the floor later than we would've cared to hear. Luckily, we brought earplugs which we ended up using to help us fall asleep. It wasn't too loud, but if you're sensitive to noises when falling asleep, it might bother you. Skip trying to do grocery pickup at Harris Teeter off island (the on-island location doesn't do it). It was a complete disaster - we ended up getting our groceries after going inside and supervising (after 45 minutes of them not answering the phone). Several other frustrated people were also waiting -- one family drove 13 hours and had waited only to be informed they cancelled his order. The beach was nice though I really wish they didn't rent beach chairs. The company sets up at 6:30 am and they sit there all day - whether or not the people that rent them show up. They are set up farther back where the tide can't reach them -- and where the sand blows and it is much hotter than nearer the shore. As far as eating out , we had a WONDERFUL meal at Page's Okra grill in Mount Pleasant, about 15 minutes away. I hope these critiques are helpful -- please know, we'd rent this unit again.

Wild Dunes is an exceptional get away beach vacation! Our rental condo, Summerhouse 209 was also exceptional with lovely view over pool to ocean. It is a spacious, clean, impeccably maintained and lovely decorated 2 bedroom condo. The porch also provided nice seating for outside entertaining. The kitchen was well organized and stocked with ample dishes and utensils for a week long stay. We are looking forward to a return next year. Thank you for creating the ambience for a memorable vacation!!

Great location not only address but the position in the complex. Lovely deck and easy walk to the pool and beach. Never seen so many sand dollars and starfish!

We arrived on a Monday to glorious sunshine. On Tuesday we walked on the beach and swam in the pool, but unfortunately on Wednesday it was grey and windy and we decided to leave on Thursday morning because of approaching Hurricane Ian. So an expensive three nights!

The condo was really nice, clean and will supplied. View was perfect. We had an awesome time!!

This condo is very comfortable and is very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, not just the minimum. It is beautifully decorated and perfectly situated on the beach. Sam was very attentive as a manager. We will be back!

This was a great experience from the very beginning. The condo was beautiful with great amenities and beautiful decor . The unit was very clean and well maintained , everything that was needed to make it a home was provided .The owner was very attentive to us as his guests . Location of the unit was ideal, we would definitely choose this unit to reserve again .

Outstanding stay - everything we could have possibly asked for was provided, from the excellent book collection to the quality wineglasses and bedding. We would love to return.. beach was pristine, uncrowded and facilities were all very nice at Wild Dunes.
