Located in Calabash, this attractive condo for $150 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The colony 2 at Oyster Bay. Easy convenient first floor end unit, just a few steps to the pools and having its own personal large jacuzzi tub, makes this one of the most requested units in the colony 2. Located just across the street from the intracoastal waterway and ocean beyond, the colony 2 is surrounded by dozens of championship golf courses. A scenic two minute drive along the waterway and over the brand new high rise bridge takes you out to the beach island of sunset beach. A family friendly barrier island (only three miles long) offers public parking, a fishing pier, kayak and bike rentals. Once on the island, there are several walkways over to this uncrowded oceanfront where you can enjoy swimming and watching our beautiful sunsets. This unit newly remodeled 11/1/2020 comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig single & 12 cup coffee maker, toaster oven, Washer and dryer in the unit. There are three tv's, a DVD player. High speed internet service. The covered patio overlooks the pool area. New Beds with Bed linens are provided, bath towels are not provided unless requested. There are two spacious bedrooms each with its own bath, one has a large jetted spa tub in addition to a shower, both bedrooms have (new) King size beds. This 'non- smoking' unit (outside on the patio you can smoke) is in like New condition (remodeled 11/2020), very clean and nicely decorated. Main living area, kitchen and baths have ceramic tile flooring, bedrooms are carpeted. Request additional photos via email. Rental is weekly May-August & other times 3 night minimum. Check in is 3 pm and check out is 10 am.

This was our 3rd year staying at Colony ll @ Oyster Bay with our grandson. And we had the best time. It was an extremely hot week, but we stayed refreshed in the pool, which is just steps from the patio. We did take the quick drive to Sunset Beach to spend a day or two on the beach, which never disappoints. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. It was very clean and fresh! The check in was super easy and communication with the owner was very easy and replies were fast. We can't wait to be back next year. As my grandson says, " It's our favorite place to stay at the beach!"

Condo was in a great location - ground floor unit right next to pool and hot tub! Condo was spacious and fully equipped. Host was very attentive and responsive which was much appreciated.

This was the absolute best condo we have stayed in for vacation. The unit was decorated with beach decor. Everything we needed was available to us. The location is just minutes to the beach and the unit just steps from the pools. It was very quiet and peaceful. I recommend this for any family.

Yet again, we were so satisfied with our stay at Oyster Bay Colony 2 condo. It’s the perfect condo, located right at the pool making it so convenient for our daily trips to the pool with out 10 yr old grandson! Plus the location is close to beach for our beach days! The first floor location of condo is great for us older, fun people! No carrying heavy coolers upstairs! We can’t wait to return for our 3 year at the condo!

It’s decorated beautifully with plenty of room. All of the rooms are big. The furniture was so nice and comfortable. Location is great. The pool is only a few feet away. It’s very quite except for the big red Cardinal that gave us a wake up call every morning at the patio door. Lots of birds to watch. We would love to come again.

The Rhue’s were fantastic to work with! Answered all questions quickly! Their condo was well equipped, clean and do very comfy! It’s location, steps away from the pool was so good especially for our 9 yr old grandson. The condo location is close to Sunset beach & Calabash. We can’t wait to come back!!
