About this condorental
Located in Calabash, this attractive condo for $161 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our first floor condo is located in Colony II of Oyster Bay Golf Links. It is conveniently located a few steps away from two pools (in door and out door), q hot tub and an exercise room. In front of our balcony is a courtyard with a built in charcoal BBQ grill. It offers bright, open rooms with high ceiling and comfortable furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with decorations of an oriental theme. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with white wicker furniture, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a 55 inch smart TV and a blu ray DVD player in the living room, a 32 inch smart TV in kids room, and a 55 inch TV in master bedroom. The kitchen is open, spacious and well stocked with cooking wares, a blender, a toaster, coffee makers (regular coffee maker and Keurig) , etc. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and hair dryers are provided. The condo has highspeed WIFI service.. Colony II offers a beautiful outdoor and indoor swimming pool, an indoor hot tub and an exercise room, outside grills. You can relax and enjoy the quiet community, yet you are only a short drive away from all the excitements. Besides the picturesque Oyster Bay Golf Links, there are several other golf courses nearby, including Sandpiper Bay, Sea Trail, Ocean Ridge, The Pearl, Thistel, and Angle?s Trace. Intercostal waterway is just a short walk away. The famed seafood capital Calabash is only a short drive and a further 10 miles south one finds all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment of Myrtle Beach. No Smoking and No Pets, Please. We had a great time while on vacation. Centrally located to the beach/restaurants/shopping/nightlife.
Condo is as advertised. The only thing I would suggest, providing more toilet paper and basic necessities.
Mei Zhang was great and responded quickly to all inquiries.

Let’s start with the good…..
This property is located in a great place. Sunset beach is a hop skip away. You are literally steps from the pool and you have plenty of parking. The condo itself is large and spacious.
Now the bad…..
The appliances need to be upgraded. The freezer took 3 days to freeze some popsicles. I’m pretty sure the dishwasher is the original one that came with the condo 20 years ago and it doesn’t clean anything. The dryer will take 2-3 cycles to dry a small load. I think the only decent appliance was the washer and stove. Most of the drains are stopped up and take forever to drain. The condo was not clean upon arrival. The cleaning crew was running late. Which is totally fine but I wish we would have been notified so we didn’t walk in on them at 4:15. They must have rushed because the shower had hair and someone else’s bar of soap left in it. The towels smelled like cigarettes (gross) the condo came with a fitted sheet, flat sheet and think comforter for each bed. We had to rewash all of it upon arrival. This was frustrating to me as we paid a 150 cleaning fee. I was not about to call the cleaning ladies back after they ran “late” and it was 8pm by the time we arrived. To top it off the fire alarms kept going off the day before we left haha. Nothing they could have done about that it was just frustrating. Overall I think this could be a great condo but it needs some TLC.

The condo was laid out very well. Very clean and pleasant stay. The washer and dryer were a blessing to have. The pool was very close and it has a wonderful little picnic area where my kids could play. Minutes from the beach and a good price that worked perfect for our family vacation.

My husband and I stayed at Mei's for ten days with our 2 adult daughters. Even though it was early May we got to use the outside pool a couple times and of course the indoor pool and hot tub. The condo was very comfortable. And then of course you have the amazing beach which is wonderful. We discovered great places to eat and have coffee and North Myrtle Beach is a short drive with mini-golf, and great ice cream at Melt. The ice cream at Mootown in Sunset is fantastic. I'd encourage you to schedule time at Mei's for fun this summer.

Relaxing and Fun!
My husband and I stayed at Mei's for ten days with our 2 adult daughters. Even though it was early May we got to use the outside pool a couple times and of course the indoor pool and hot tub. The condo was very comfortable. And then of course you have the amazing beach which is wonderful. We discovered great places to eat and have coffee and North Myrtle Beach is a short drive with mini-golf, and great ice cream at Melt. The ice cream at Mootown in Sunset is fantastic.
