The size and location were great. Cleanliness an issue with pet hair and human hair in bedding, towels, on furniture. Very disappointing.

The condo itself was just as pictured. The neighbors below ruined our vacation. If you have kids or don’t plan on going to bed at 8 and not move around this is not for you.

Very impressed the price of the place for what you got. We were close to the beach, had a pool on site and golf if you wanted it. You were away from the noise, but close to all the shops and beach life that you wanted. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place close to Sunset, Ocean Isle or North Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful property. It's minutes from everything you need including the beach. We loved the fully stocked kitchen. I gave it 4 stars because of the amount of miss communications there was from the listing information to not getting notifications when the room was ready. All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend staying here.

Quick get away. Condo backed to the lagoon which was a nice view. Floors creak loudly. Only full size beds in each room, beds were not comfortable, needs padding. Condo was very spacious which was nice.

Condo was clean and looking renovated (minus the couch)and very spacious. Weather was good to enjoy the wrap around deck with a beautiful view of the pond, cranes, a quite alligator and golf course. WiFi worked fine, no noisy neighbors...lovely stay. Short drive to the beach. 8 thumbs up!

Good view over one of the ponds, easy parking, clean, comfy beds. Sofas had some dead spots in them, main tv got cable channels, others only had local. And tv clicker needed batteries... but otherwise a-ok.

Negatives. Ceiling leak in main bedroom was not fixed. Main shower wouldn’t drain properly. Ac wouldn’t allow to go below 68. (We usually stay at 67) living room furniture was really old. Loved everything else! The view and 80s vibe was awesome and we enjoyed the layout. We were also happy to bring our fur baby.

The property manager was on top of all communication!!! She allowed us to check in early being as it was Thanksgiving day. The property was in a beautiful neighborhood and the Lakeview was fantastic. The furniture had a little to be desired. The middle seat of the couch was saved in and unusable. The microwave had no glass rotating dish, so you couldn't put smaller things in there ( like a cup of coffee) to be heated up. The vent panels were heavy in dust. They all could've used a good cleaning. All in all though, we loved our stay. The beds were small, but comfortable. There was plenty of dishes and utensils. We were in a perfect spot. Not too far from anything!!!! Check out was easy. This will be our new Thanksgiving tradition.

This was a great experience. Our grandson couldn't get over he had his own screened in porch, bathroom and refrigerator. He loved it. We want to come back next year.
