Just a few steps away are two amazing pools/jacuzzis. Just adjacent to the condo is the infamous Green Valley Resort and Spa which offers 4 more pools, tennis/racquet ball courts, shared BBQ, kids playground and exercise room as well as the spa. Free WiFi. Private Hot Tub on the deck Kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need. The master bedroom has a king bed with brand new pillow top mattress, tub/shower, his and her vanities and 43' flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 43' flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed along with a Full over Full sized bunk beds, along with a twin trundle.It also has a 43' TV. The fourth bedroom has a Full over Full bunk beds with a twin trundle and is decorated with a Star Wars theme. Fun for kids of all ages. All brand new mattresses and bedding for your ultimate comfort. There are 4 Bathrooms. The family room has 2 large couches. There is plenty of seating for family movie night gatherings. The entertainment center boast a 60' flat screen with DVD. Adjacent to the family room is a large dining and bar area that seats up to 16 people comfortably. There is a brand new Washer and Dryer for your convenience. You can enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning or chat with friends while barbecuing in the evening on your own private balcony. For those of you who are outdoor enthusiast, there are are hiking, biking, and running trails within walking distance. 11 golf courses within 10 minutes of condominium! (several within five minutes!), Mesquite is right around the corner only 35 minutes with more golf courses and great casinos with fantastic buffets, and for you nature lovers, Zions Park and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within one-half day travel/fun! This condo fits our family perfectly. With four bedrooms, it houses our two married kids, our younger singer children and my wife and I. We also love having a private hot tub.

We stayed with friends and their kids and were super pleased with the condo, the pools in the complex, and the proximity to climbing crags and other recreation. It was a touch small for 3 families but we overall had a great stay and wouldn’t change a thing about our vacation.

This is the second time we've stayed in this property. We love it. It's convenient to all the national parks, and St. George sights. The many different swimming pool options keep us coming back. Highly recommend.

Lovely condo with a great view from our balcony onto the town! Condo was neat and clean with plenty of room for our group of 7, kitchen had all necessities for cooking etc. Access to multiple pools was great, as was the location to multiple national parks

We stay at Las Palams a few times every year and this was our first time staying in this condo. My kids absolutely loved it! They had toys there for my kids to play with and they thought it was the greatest thing ever. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

We went to St.George for a softball tournament. Upon arrival, the condo was beautiful and clean! It was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub on the balcony was a great bonus! We loved the complex and utilized the pools daily. They were cleaned and well kept too! We really loved the set up of the condo, as we had a friend and her daughter stay with us. It was nice that we all had our own bathrooms. The kids closet had some toys too which were nice for our 5 year old. We also noticed that there were extras to accommodate younger children and babies such as a high chair and toddler utensils. Toni was fantastic to work with and I cannot recommend her condo enough! If we ever go back to St.George, we will DEFINITELY be staying there! Thank you so much Toni for such a wonderful experience!

Loved that this property had 4 bathrooms. It was well stocked. We really felt welcome here. We love Las Palmas and this condo was a perfect fit for 15 people. The hot tub on deck was fun. The washer and dryer were very nice. The dryer actually dried the clothes. I think the thing that really impressed me about this condo was that it felt like you could actually settle in and not be so on edge. There were not a crazy amount of rules. It was wonderful!!
