The master bathroom has a dressing area, double sink, and a separate shower area. *The guest bedroom with two beds one queen and one twin has a Flat Panel TV,DVD, MP3 Dock, and its own private bathroom. *The kitchen has been completely upgraded and is equipped with every gadget, appliance, or utensil you will need to prepare your favorite beverage, snacks, or even a complete Holiday meal! *In the living room you will find a new sofa and love seat combination complete with a very comfortable, high quality sofa bed. My husband and I brought our 3 daughters (26, 23 and 14) and our 2 year old grand daughter for a week. This condo was perfect. When we walked in the first thing they said "it smells so clean!" and it was! All the beds were very comfortable. Seating for our group of 6 for dinner and relaxing whether watching TV or on the balcony was also comfortable. There were sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella and 2 boogie boards which we used daily. Paddle boards and bikes were available to rent on the property. The kitchen was one of the best stock kitchens we have ever experienced in a rental. There was a crockpot which was nice to have dinner ready when we returned from the beach. Restaurants, CVS, TShirt shops, grocery and ice cream were all close. Instacart delivery was also available! We absolutely LOVED our week in Sanibel at this rental and can't wait to go back!

The property was beautiful! Pictures are an accurate representation of the condo. Had everything (and more) that we wanted and needed from a vacation rental. The owner was outstanding with communication! When Sanibel Island heals from Hurricane Ian, we not only would return but highly recommend this rental

We loved our stay!
We loved our stay at pointe santo. Beautiful beachfront condos. Property Manager is very attentive, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in unit d33. The condo was fairly clean and comfortable. However, there were multiple annoyances during our stay. One, the satellite service to the tv was not so great as well as the Wi-Fi was poor. The second day we returned to our condo from the beach to find our water was turned off. After calling the service line they said the water should be back on by 4pm. The water ended up being out for 2 days because of some kind of emergency that was never really explained to me. In fact, the staff was pretty bad at communicating anything about this. The property seems to be poorly managed and maintenance mediocre. Another annoying thing was twice when we returned from dinner or shopping, the cleaning vehicle was parked in our spot even though our condo wasn’t being cleaned. Also, we were left only 2 trash bags and 4 roles of toilet paper for the whole week. So we had to purchase those on the island. Despite the hiccups, my daughters and me were determined to have a good week, but things could have been better. I regret not staying at Oceans Reach which is always excellent, but I tried something different this time. Anyway, you live and you learn

Beautiful Sanibel
What a wonderful property at the Pointe Santo de Sanibel. Definitely one of the best spots on Sanibel Island. Excellent accommodations made our stay feel like home. Loved the screened-in patio with views and the queen bed and twin bed in BR2 to sleep our 3 kids. Thank you!

What a beautiful condo and community! The condo is beautifully appointed, with everything you could possibly need AND it was spotless! Keith was very easy to work with and to reach. The community is well kept and the beach and pool area are so nice. There were a lot of families with children who were playing beach volleyball and cornhole all day, so much fun to watch. There are BBQ grills in the courtyard and Adirondack chairs around the courtyard to sit and have a drink at sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning. I would rent again in this complex and most definitely from Keith.

Pointe Santo resort
This rental was clean and comfortable for our family vacation. The grandkids loved the pool and kids activities. We were expecting beach toys and pantry items in the condo based on the listing. The only problem we had was with a smoke detector going off even after we changed the battery. It should be replaced.

Beautiful setting.
Pointe Santo is a beautifully landscaped property. We could walk or bike to shops and restaurants. The condo was as described on the third floor. Nice view from lanai. Really enjoyed our stay. I would return, but it is not dog friendly and will need to travel with emotional support dog in the future.

This is the first time we have not stayed in a ground level unit. Enjoyed the view from the lanai and was quieter than the lower levels.

This was our 1st trip to sanbel with friends that have been down for 20 years. Brought my dad down with us to bring mom's ashes to the beach. Pointe Santo is older but nice. Needs more lighting in parkin lots. Grounds are very clean. Owner was right on anything we needed. We will be back next year.

Rented this for our 35th wedding anniversary. Brought our adult daughter. Best time ever. Great unit with views of the gulf. Perfect kitchen for light cooking. Enjoyed the beach and pool. Just loved sanibel. Will do this again for sure.
