The condo was what was shown/advertised online. Rooms were spacious and kitchen had everything in it a family would need. The location was awesome! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We went to the nature preserve to walk around and it was neat for the kiddos. The beach is literally the back yard. It was awesome to have chairs to use daily. The pool was inaccessible, but that's no fault of the owner. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay great. She replied quickly to any questions/requests. Overall, this owner and condo were wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!!!

Lovely condo and host was easy to communicate with at all times. The only concerns I would have for future visits are staircase was very steep and parking space was very narrow but otherwise wonderful place .

As part of a family who returns the the IRB / Clearwater area every year, I have experienced the good and the bad of rentals on the island. This location is one of the best experiences in more than a decade. The unit was clean and felt huge for its size. Ample room for two adults, two kids, and a dog. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and common kitchen necessities. Just bring food. While not facing the Gulf, it is a 60 second walk to the beach facing pool / sand. Chairs, toys, and floating things are available. The water is beautiful in the area and the public beach is far enough away to make this feel very private. Tons of walkable stores and restaurants including great breakfast spots, bars, restaurants, and plenty of inconspicuous gems to find local bands. The unit is between St. Johns Pass and Clearwater Beach. The causeway to the mainland is a few blocks away and makes the location even more convenient. Ms. Rodriguez was great from start to finish. Communication was easy and she was always very accommodating. Would definitely return. Thanks for the stay!

Enjoyed walking the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Perfect location and didn't seem to have the crowds of Clearwater. Enjoyed very much.

Highly disappointed as the description made me believe that this was a beachfront view. There is another entire building in front of you. No ocean view from this condo whatsoever. Neighbors above us were extremely noisy and we were woke up at 5 am by loud music and bass. Master bedroom is right next to the street and extremely noisy. Very outdated, old and musty smelling. Furniture has holes in it. Definitely NOT worth the price I paid. It is a rip off!!

The property is super clean. I could give it 5 stars if we did not find the washer has black mold. Probably because it is a front load and staying shut behind a sliding door so water did not get evaporated. It needs a thorough clean. Overall, it is a good prowrty. Just a few steps to the beach. Debbie is a great host. She responded to my inquiries in no time. My family love the location. The beach is clean, quiet. All stores are nearby. We will definitely book with Debbie again if we decide to visit Indian Rock beach again.

The location is beautiful because it is right in front of the beach. The very dirty pool, the deteriorated and old apartment, dirty and deteriorated washing machines, the stove does not work well, some of controls of the burners don’t even turn. The televisions are old and do not allow access to your Netflix, Disney etc. accounts.

My wife and I also had a fantastic time staying at this condo. It was the perfect size to accommodate (4) family members and our (2) small Yorkies. Within walking distance, you have several options for dinner/entertainment. The beach was amazing. On a calm day, you could see your feet in about 5ft of water. We all were able to swim to the sand bar and collect some sand dollars. Loved this place and would definitely rebook for a future trip. The only negative was the parking (which the owner warned us about prior to coming) and the blinds in the living room. We couldn’t get them to work. But those two are very minor compared to all the family memories we made. Thank you for allowing us to stay The Griffiths

I loved how close we were from the beach & the pool water was very clean! The condo was pretty clean & we had everything we needed. Showers had great water pressure & the door combination lock worked out great! Sleeping was a little rough in Master bedroom cause you will hear vehicles driving by constantly.. Bring air plugs & your favorite pillow. A/C worked great! Parking garage was nice & convenient. Overall very happy! I would definitely come back

We loved the location and the condo. Everyone was really friendly and everything was walking distance! The condo was super nice and didn’t disappoint. Loved having a pool and beach right there! We’ve already been talking about our next trip and will for sure be booking the same condo!
