This condo is amazing. Nothing but ocean waves out any window. The balcony with a breakfast bar and life guard chairs is spectacular. We actually left the beach to come back there to have lunch on the balcony. The beds are comfortable. The showers are great. The condo is stocked with everything you need for a family to have a great beach experience, including chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment and even a wagon to carry it all. After a brief snafu at our check in, Bill quickly solved the issue and was extremely apologetic. We had a great stay at his place and if we ever travel back to Kauai, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

The condo is absolutely amazing! The location is great. The view is absolutely fabulous! We really enjoyed every single minute sitting on the balcony. This was the second time we've stayed here, and it will definitely not be the last. This is literally the BEST view in Princeville. House is super clean, well appointed, comfortable and has incredible views. Oceanview out of every window and it's so close to the water that you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The location is great too - close to Princeville center, minutes from Hanalei Bay, and only an hour or so from Lihue Airport. Prime location, and we HIGHLY recommend this little spot.

Everything was what we planned for. Do your research before you come to this island. Plan for rain/showers it comes and goes. As we expected nothing is close by. Once you walk into this place, it was a home away from home. It had everything you could ask for. The whole place was well stock and maintained. The host(Bill)was awesome , always check-in to make sure if we needed anything. The view was awesome! Be sure to pack some binoculars you will see dolphins,whales,turtles,etc. Be sure to pack some water hiking shoes because Turtle Cove is a challeging hike to get down and back up. By the way it is between building 3 and 4. I suggest go when it stopped raining/showering. As we mentioned nothing is close by, I suggest start your trip at the farthest point you would like to go to. That way each day becomes a shorter trip. Keep in mind most of the beaches had limited parking so start early in the morning. Where to eat? Puakea Grill is a local spot we went here twice. It is near the airport so if you have time before you head back home stop here as your last meal. The Dolphin was our number 1 restaurant. I suggest getting there at 415 pm, get your name on the waiting list for the 5pm opening. If you want good drinks and food this is the spot. Others, Puka Dog,The Spot, Pinks(Ice Cream) We went to the beaches, shopping, ate great foods,sight seeing. Lost track of time/day. Just remember you are on Island time.

This property is exactly as described. We immediately felt relaxed and at home. The views are amazing and the sounds of the waves will be missed! We saw the sea turtles daily through the binoculars and saw whales two days in a row. Communication was great and the location was perfect for our visit to the north side of the island. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Kauai. Thank you!

It’s hard to top this condo. Bill was an excellent host, wonderful communication and the condo was a dream. Cozy beds, plenty of towels and linens. Extra blankets, beach gear, kitchen fully stocked, AN IRON (we didn’t need it l, but wow!), washer and dryer, dishwasher…I mean…it was fabulous!! But the view was the real star. Sounds of crashing waves every night. You can see the sunrise and the sunset from the lanai. Just a dream. Mahalo, Bill. What a healing time I had with my granny. It was lovely.

This was our second time to visit Kauai and the Princeville area and we couldn't be any more happier with this property! From the location, the views, listening to the smashing waves and the condo, so clean, so comfortable and so well equipped. Also, it can't go without mentioning that the owner / host Bill is so amazing! From booking, to arrival, to checkout, he was always in communication and available to answer any questions we had. We cant wait to return!!!

Condo was great. The view was amazing and it was well stocked with everything from condiments to beach gear to binoculors. Bill was super helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great stay. This is the type of experience that makes you wonder why hotels even still exist.

We just left this place and I couldn't wait to leave a review. The host, Bill, was amazing. Super helpful and accommodating. Very nice and easy to work with. The place was fantastic. Comfortably slept my wife and I and our four young children. The views off the balcony are breathtaking. Can't be beat. Just to the right of the building is a trail that leads to Turtle Cave - super fun. Hideaway Beach is close and beautiful. It's a few minutes to Princeville center which has a grocery store and a variety of great places to eat. And Hanalei Bay is just 15 minutes away. Overall amazing place to stay and great location overall. Would highly recommend. We will be going back!!!

Like someone else said... after you stay here, you kind of want to keep it a secret! Bill's condo is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. The view from the balcony can't be beat. Sitting on the lifeguard chairs drinking coffee while watching the sun come up, great hiking, beaches & excellent food nearby, but we really wanted to be back on that balcony each evening to have a cocktail & watch the beautiful sunset! Love the sound of the ocean right outside the condo. So many fun things to do in this area that my husband and I did not turn on the TV even once (wifi did work well for laptop/communication necessary). Turtle cave right below condo is fun to explore & quietly observe sleeping turtles. Bill is responsive & has great recommendations. We were able to view the Napali coast on a small boat cruise, which was awesome. Many beautiful beaches and places to hike not far away. We love the small town feel (hope it can stay this way) and the beauty of the Princeville/Hanalei area. Truly is paradise! Thank you for sharing it with us, Bill!

Williams Princeville condo was amazing. Waking up to the sunrise over the Ocean we a once in a lifetime experience. The views were amazing and the condo was spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed any more — we got a lot of use out of the beach chair, beach wagon and snorkeling equipment.

Bill and his home were simply AMAZING. Bill communicated with us several times in advance of our stay. Our son was planning to ask his girlfriend to marry him on the trip so we wanted everything to be perfect. Bill and his home simply did not disappoint. The property is centrally located, super clean, and the balcony views are unbeatable. Best of all, the turtle cave and snorkeling directly below the property are some of the best adventures we've had anywhere-not just Hawaii.

I wanted to let everyone know that our stay at this property was the most amazing and wonderful experience we have ever had. The place was extremely clean and it was roomy enough for me and my wife and our two preteen children AND my mother in law. The view of the ocean from our balcony was incredible and beautiful!! Leaving the windows open at night allowed us to hear such a peaceful sound of the ocean!! I loved going out there after everyone was asleep to be alone and just listen to the waves. The place was close to stores, restaurants, and beaches!!! This was a trip of a lifetime and we will never forget it!! Thank you, Bill, for such an amazing place to stay!! I’m already having vacation withdrawals!!

There some small items that need some TLC, but not a big deal: - The master bedroom has a queen size bed, which if your tall, maybe a little tight. — The windows don’t have curtains, so like it or not, you will wake up with the beautiful view of the ocean when the sun comes up. - The unit has Wi-Fi and it is good enough to stream movies. But I would bring your own Apple TV, roku, or fire stick as that will be more snappy that the tvs app function. I did do that, and was glad I did. All in all, I would go back in a heartbeat. We would sit on the balcony at midnight for a couple hours. It’s so peaceful and you actually can see weather form and go right before your eyes. The lifeguard chairs were the perfect choice for the space. You sit high up and feel as if your one with the ocean.

Fantastic spot with a direct ocean view, and directly above a scramble-down trail to a turtle cave. Unit was clean and ready for us. Ocean breezes and ceiling fans kept the temperature pleasant, even in late June (our stay) when the daytime temperatures were in the 80s. The unit is not "in the thick of things" meaning it's located in a private community away from the bustle of Hanalei, which suited us fine. Hanalei and its restaurants are just a short drive away. Bill was immediately available to answer any questions. Thanks Bill for a wonderful vacation.

We had a lovely stay to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation. We spent many hours before and after snorkeling, hikes, and beach time just enjoying sitting in the tall captain's chairs on the lanai with expansive ocean views. I slept incredibly well with the sound of the ocean coming in. The property owner was also very responsive when we were having trouble getting the TV to work. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay! Picturesque view from bedrooms and living room. On the deck you can bask in the sun all day, 545am sunrise view and 745pm sunset view (or that was the time for us!). Unit is larger than what it looks like in the pictures (usually other way around)! Everything you can ask for in kitchen to cook up a storm, good sized 2 bathrooms. Loved it!!!

This property was just as advertised. Very clean (and updated) condo and grounds. Lots of amenities. Kitchen is stocked well. There were guests in the neighboring condos and you could not hear any noise from them. The view is amazing. There were lots of great activities and food nearby. Owners are responsive and kind.

Fantastic! Perfect! Absolutely amazing! Breathtaking view of the ocean! We had such a wonderful and unforgettable experience/vacation last week in Kauai. The property we stayed in was so beautiful, very clean, and complete with everything we needed. Condo is adorably decorated, kitchen has everything from utensils, condiments, pots/pans to coffee maker, toaster, nice stove and fridge. The two bedrooms are gorgeous; both bathrooms are very clean and complete with everything from towels, soap/shampoos, to hair dryer. There were washer and dryer inside the property which we really appreciated because we did not have to bring back home dirty clothes. The host, Bill was very nice and easy to communicate with. There was a bottle of champagne on the kitchen counter that welcomed us to his paradise, thank you Bill! Oh and we enjoyed going to the beach utilizing Bill’s swim gears, umbrellas, mats, beach chairs, cooler. What we loved the most about this property is it’s location, we had a stunning and breathtaking view of the ocean from the lanai and from the two bedrooms. It was like we were in paradise. We sit by the lanai every morning before we go to our day’s adventure, enjoying our coffee while watching the waves crashing onto the rocks and listening to the birds chirping. At night, the sound of the waves from the bedroom windows was so soothing that it lulls us to sleep. The complex is beautiful, very clean and well kept. We enjoyed looking at those beautiful flowers and green grass all around the area. Parking is just a few steps away to the condo. Hanalei town is just close by, where we did some shopping and dined at some of the restaurants. Princeville center is just a few blocks right before you enter the complex. Me, my husband, my sister and my brother-in-law had a wonderful time staying at Bill’s property. It was truly an an amazing experience/vacation. Thank you Bill for having us in your paradise! Mahalo!
