About this condorental
Nestled in St George, this lovely condo for $85 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Come and enjoy this beautiful main level 1 bedroom condo at Sports Village! Only 4 steps to navigate to entry! Remodeled, with new decor, granite counter tops and flooring. Shady with mature trees, and in a quiet section of the Village--no noise from basketball courts, tennis courts or swimming pools, yet all are within a short walk! Perfect for 2-4 adults, a small family of four or a romantic getaway for two! Two private and covered patios for your enjoyment—one off the master bedroom and one at the entrance of the unit. NOTE: 1. TVs run off of HULU TV. DO NOT LOG OUT OF HULU or there will be a $50 reconnection fee as technician will need to come out to reset. 2. Rental agreement must be received by host prior to check-in. If not received, condo access information will not be provided and host has option of cancelling reservation with no refund to guest. 3. For longer stay guests, there is a washer/dryer and vacuum in the condo. If you would like cleaning or bed changing services during your stay, it can be arranged for a cost of $65 per service. 4. 3rd party booking are not accepted for legal reasons. Person booking condo must be an occupant of the condo for the duration of the booking period. Owner Shelley was wonderful and even set up a Christmas tree for our use which we enjoyed. Resort was quiet and restful even though was busy over holidays. Enjoyed the St. George area as there was much to do and see.

The condo was great and in a great location. It was extremely clean, everything we needed was there (even spices) and it was beautifully furnished. The TV, using HULU, was a bit challenging for us but we eventually figured it out with the help of the owner who was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

This condo is super comfortable & cute! It is very clean, well stocked & quite. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is beautiful! We enjoyed the outdoor covered space with table & chairs. There is ample parking right outside the door. The location was perfect. We did day trips to Zion & Bryce National Parks and went to several state parks in St George. This was our first time visiting St George. Everyone was friendly & welcoming.

We stayed at this property for an extended weekend and it was wonderful. The unit smelled great and was clean with updated decor. We also really enjoyed how close it was from the entrance to the unit to covered parking. Shelley was amazing to work with and answered any questions we had very promptly.

Super cozy condo with a lot of nearby amenities and fun activities. The host has gone through lengths to making this an easy process for visitors. The only complaint I have is that I believe the drain in the sink in the bathroom needs a good cleaning. A rather unpleasant odor emits from the drain. Plenty of bedding and spacious room.

We booked this quiet and comfortable unit for a long weekend so we could see some local plays. Despite the large complex, the unit was quiet. The king bed was super soft and comfortable. The covered parking was located close to the unit. We received ample communication from the property owner and found everything as expected. The unit was clean and functional. We would absolutely stay here again.

The photos dont due the condo justice, the condo seems a little dark in the photos. However the condo is super cute and very well maintained. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed very well equipped. The bathroom was set up wonderfully and very clean. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, the sofa bed was ok for 2 kids. it made it much better once I read the binder with all the instruction and found the extra cushion. Lol. Over-all I look forward to a future stay. Loved the location.

The best thing about this property is how quiet it is. I was quite surprised because it’s located in a very large complex. There are two different outdoor sitting areas on this property and one has a table as well. Shelly was great to communicate with and our overall experience was positive. I am very honest in my reviews and so I must say that the reason I didn’t give Condo Du Jour a 5 star rating is because there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom sink and the cabinets in the bathroom appear to be dirty but the vanity was very clean. My favorite thing about this place is how very comfortable the king size bed is.

Nightlights through out. A lot of NICE bath towels in bathroom. Very clean. Plenty of toilet paper. Nice to have a king size bed. Very comfortable with nice CLEAN pillows. Nice soft CLEAN sheets. Decor simple and nice. Has complimentary Netflix. Such a beautiful area and nice to stay in a place where the owner cares. Hopefully we will be back. Thank you.

My husband and I go to St George every year for the Rural Utah Water Conference. We have stayed in different condos in Sports Village for the last three years. This one was by far the best. I am visually impaired and the steps have always been an issue - this one just had 5 steps down to the condo and was well lit. Inside was very bright. Decor was beautiful, couches very comfortable and TV was easy to use as we have have Fire Stick at home. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the bedroom was a little tough for me but we wouldn't figure out the fan light on ceiling but it was fine for my sighted husband. The bathroom was large with good lighting and a large tub. The kitchen was dark for me and I had to use a flashlight to see in the dishwasher and in cupboards but would be fine for normally sighted people. We always have Hello Fresh (meal delivery) delivered our second day there and I cook for 3 nights. The condo had everything I needed for all the meal prep. Trash dumpster was close by. I do a lot of walking and there are sidewalks all around the complex. The pool was closed this time due to a leak but the hot tub was open and it was too cold for the pool this year anyways. I always feel safe at this complex and it's always quite. If the weather was warmer I would have sat out on the patio which was very nice. There was actually two of them in this unit. Another plus for this condo- my husband started class at noon on Monday, check in was 3pm. They allowed me to check in early which was so nice. Will try and book this one early next year!
