Situated in Oak Island, this lovely condo for $330 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ** 7-day minimum stay between Memorial Day and Labor day ** Seasonal Turnover Day: SUNDAY NEWLY RENOVATED 2021. Start your morning watching the sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee and end your day watching the sunset with a glass of wine from the private, covered balcony. (yes, see the sunset over the water on the East Coast as OKI is south-facing!). Sea la Vie is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 7 that offers the convenience of being located on the first floor elevated (only one flight of stairs!) and does not have any units above (no noisy upstairs neighbors!). • Linens and guest towels are provided for 7 guests. • Community pool (seasonal), outside showers and private access to the beach through the gazebo - steps from the condo. • Commercial grills and picnic tables • Covered parking SPECIAL NOTES: - Sea la Vie is non-smoking and does not allow pets. - Sunday change over day for weekly rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day. - Minimum night stays: 7 nights between Memorial Day and Labor day and 2 nights all other times. This property was a little gem with walk out access to the beach and a wonderful dune front view. It was modern and clean in the kitchen and common spaces. Since it is an end unit, it was pretty quiet and easy to access.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach was wonderful, the pool was never overcrowded, and the evenings were quiet. The accommodations were great with everything we needed, which is a must because if you travel to Oak Island in the summer you better be prepared to eat at home because restaurants are limited. Also the second bedroom was plenty big - much roomier than the pictures let on.
If we come back to Oak Island we would definitely stay here again!

The view from the condo and the minute long walk to the beach cannot be beat. We had a great stay at Sea la Vie and would definitely consider returning. Everything was accurately described, and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I was disappointed by (and the owners have no control over this) is that the pool closes at 8pm. At other places we’ve stayed, we really enjoyed evening swims but we couldn’t do that here. Overall it is a very nice condo in a perfect location.

After many years of vacationing at a large high-rise resort in Myrtle Beach, our family gathered at Oak Island/Long Beach Memorial Day weekend, in three 3BR units at Southern Shore Villas. The lovely ocean views and no upstairs neighbors made Sea la Vie our favorite of the three condos, but all three were very comfortable. Highest compliments to the owners, this condo is incredibly well stocked, with everything a family could want or need for a relaxing week at the beach. Comfortable beds, good coffee maker, books, games, and a great outdoor locking storage room with chairs and beach gear, and covered parking. An extra bonus was two grocery stores within walking distance and many restaurants and shops, but it's still quiet and dark on the beach at night. A sea turtle laid eggs near the condo, and the little ones in our group got to see the tracks in the sand where she came out of the water and went back in. I watched the International Space Station fly over from the beach one night because it's dark enough to see the night sky, amazing. There is a nice community park, playground, and water play area less than a mile away. Sea la Vie is just a really comfortable, quiet, well-appointed beach rental, looks exactly like the photos. Highly recommend.

Just needed to relax after a move. This was the perfect spot I loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean. I’ve stayed in a lot of Vrbo’s and this one is one of my favorites it’s very clean and well maintained. It’s perfect for a small group to relax and enjoy the beach.

My sister and cousins (also sisters), enjoyed the perfect just because cousins (Just cuz) getaway! Our stay at Sea la Vie was perfect, decor was lovely, and a wonderful view.
We particularly appreciated the well secured hooks in the bathrooms. Such a small thing, but it allows us to hang our cosmetic bags off the counter and away, but still easy access.

My friends and I stayed here for a girl's weekend. The pictures of the beach view don't do it justice. It was in a great location and the owners were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be back.

Even though the weather was not ideal we had a terrific stay at Sea la Vie over Thanksgiving. The location is perfect, access to the beach is a few steps away, and the unit fit our needs perfectly. Dan and Tracy are friendly and easy to deal with. We will be back next summer.

The Condo was just wonderful! The ocean views from the balcony were amazing! Easy access to Oak Island beach and the parking was under the building so our car was not too hot when venturing out. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen, games, TV and was remodeled recently. We would definately rent again.

Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo! The location was super convenient to the beach and to other activities, like ice cream, arcade, and mini golf.
This is the closest condo to the beach at the facility, has a fabulous view, and the walk was easy for our young children. The outdoor closet was stocked with chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards.
Dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided.
The air conditioner went out one day we were there, and it made for one hot night. But Tracy was very responsive, and It was fixed within 24 hours.
The only suggestion we would have would be for the community: an extra outdoor shower/rinse-off station at each building would have made coming off the beach easier.

Perfect spot right on the beach
We absolutely loved our time at Sea La Vie. The property itself is ideally located on the end of the unit. We felt we had more privacy less noise than units that had condos above them. Beach access was so close! And the views were excellent. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and we really appreciated the small things like the hair dryer and shampoo etc. There was also plenty of chairs and things for the beach. Our kids loved the pool and all the games in the condo on rainy evenings and mornings. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay and hope to come back again someday.

Perfect for family get-a-way.
We were visiting the area for a family wedding and wanted to enjoy some time on the beach, which is exactly what Sea La Vie was. Tracey was wonderful to work with, the place was well done, the view amazing and the time had wonderful. Nice quiet area that gives you access to a beach, a pool, groceries and easy access to lots of areas.
If we ever head back to Oak Island, we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

It doesn’t get any better! The views are spectacular and the condo is perfect and SO close to the beach. My husband and I enjoyed a rare weekend away with no kids and couldn’t have asked for a better setup. We didn’t want to leave.

Comfortable home with views of pristine marsh and beach
I stayed with my sister and my friend (her stepdaughter) for three nights for our annual girls' getaway (which, sadly, had a two year hiatus due to Covid-19). The property was everything we had hoped for and more. We loved the ocean views including the moon setting over the ocean and the brilliant stars at night. Falling asleep listening to the ocean and being awakened by the gulls for our early morning walks were priceless. I slept in the cute bunkbed room and loved being able to unpack completely and NOT live out of my suitcase for the long weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and linens, toiletries, and paper products appreciated. We loved relaxing on the balcony overlooking the natural beauty. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Amazing
The weather was freezing, but the condo was amazing. It was the best place to sip coffee and look at the ocean. The renovations are amazing and the open floor plan in the living area are so nice. If you can't spend all day on a warm sunny beach, the next best thing is seeing it from every place you sit or stand.
We loved our time at Sea la Vie and Tracy was so communicative. Can't recommend it enough!
