De vraagprijs is niet in verhouding (met wat je krijgt)

Leuke appartementen complex en is gelukkig niet ver van de airport.

Ik zat in eerste instantie in D gedeelte en had totaal geen (mooi) uitzicht op de tuin noch zwembad zoals wordt aangegeven op de website van booking.com. Ik heb de volgende dag een andere kamer gekregen B010 en ging van slecht naar slechter. Het matras was keihard, het bed was kleiner en het b gedeelte is zo gehorig en luidruchtig zelfs ook in de avond/nacht.

Great experience and safe space

Nice location in the embassy district it seems. Nice & tasty breakfast, but I wish the restaurant was big enough to accommodate more people -- I had to take my food back to my room to eat. The hosts were professional and quite helpful.

Embassy gardens

The Apartment was a great place to stay in. Very comfortable, with contemporary and up to date electrical appliances. The cleaners are reliable clean your room three days a week, fresh clean towels and bed linen.

The facilities management,reception and security staff are rude and unhelpful. They had their heads down on the mobile phones, speaking in their native language, mocking at the foreign guests.Their appearance is poor. They are not smart in their uniforms are untidy and sweaty. There is no enthusiasm or motivation. There is a lack of discipline and serious misconduct amongst the staff. I cannot understand how they're getting away with it. They have also caused a very bad reputation and this establishment in disrepute They should all be replaced by overseas experienced, qualified.staff who are fully professional mannered at all times.

Never again!

Not far from everything. Nice pool and gym. Friendly host.

Room not as indicated as in the booking. So you always have to pay attention and complain until an other room is found. Had to change three times my room in 4 days. First room with balcony door which couldn‘t be closed. Second room ok but still not indicated as in booking (roughly 15-20m2 instead of 40m2). Third room smelled like a dead rat was cooked.

An extraordinary, wonderful and pleasurable trip back home.

I recently had an excellent stay at Embassy Gardens, Accra. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and decor was impressive. I had a comfortable and restful sleep throughout my stay, thanks to the cozy bed and quiet ambiance. One standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. The concierge was knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for dining, on-site gym, and tours and activities. The housekeeping team kept my room in good condition throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at Embassy Gardens was outstanding, largely due to the friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience. I can't wait to return for another visit.

Great facilities and excellent location to all the inner city popular areas. There was that one person's that made my family’s trip to Ghana, Accra unique and provided an outstanding experience. His name is Chester. I had the pleasure of meeting Chester who picked up my family and I from Kotoka Airport, and I can't express enough how he made my trip truly unique and special. From the moment we crossed paths, Chester went out of his way to accommodate our needs and ensure that my holiday was unforgettable. Chester not only shared his extensive local knowledge, providing insider on tips on hidden gems and must-visit places, but he also acted as a personal guide. Chester was not just a personal assistant but also a friend(a brother). He made my family and I feel welcome and included in his world, introducing me to his culture, customs, and traditions. This added a layer of richness to my experience that I wouldn't have had otherwise. What stood out most was Chester’s genuine warmth and hospitality. On the day of arrival he took my family and I around town to pick up a birthday for my youngest daughter, and shared stories and laughter. These moments created memories that will stay with me forever. In every way, Chester elevated my holiday from a typical trip to an extraordinary adventure. He kindness, knowledge, and genuine friendship turned a great vacation experience. I can't thank him enough for making my holiday so unique and special. Chester many thanks and stay blessed.

Find a decent hotel elsewhere. Avoid this.

There was nothing positive to say about this place.

Breakfast was poor, failed to open on time, and was a take away affair with a limited set budget. Poor. Wifi only available in bedrooms. Needed for lobby. Staff tried to get me to stay in a neighbouring property on my second visit after a long day. I was warned of this. No reception staff, only security guards. Not good value.

Facility and apartment were nice and clean.

The rentee is truly going out of his way to scam you for extra money. Will never do business with this person again. Paying $29 a day for breakfast and you receive a sandwich 🥪 and a smoothly.

Great value for money, beautiful garden & pool. Decent room and extra friendly & helpful staff. The washing machine in the room was an excelkent bonus.

No porters on standby on arrival but Mavis our host was excellent and available anytime we needed assistance via Whatsapp.

1.Broken bed resuled in noisy bed. 2.Service at cafe was unreasonably lengthy 3.A lot of noise by cleaning staff early am 5am onwards resulting in disturbed sleep 4. Scuff marks around room. 5. Room was too near staff accommodation.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful property only minutes from airport. The staff is wonderful - our host, Patience, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful with our requests throughout the stay. Highly recommend staying here!
