this was our 4th stay at trendy host and never had a bad stay until this one which was a nightmare especially dealing wi

The location and front desk and security guards were helpful and very nice

the people in charge of the apartments weren’t helpful at all especially Miguel, was given the wrong apartment twice. I asked for single bedroom king size bed. but was given a two bedroom apartment with queen bed and other bedroom with bunk beds. then they moved me to another two bedroom with king bed and other room with bunk beds. was supposed to be ocean front but couldn’t see the ocean cause other building blocked our view. also in the second apartment the oven wasn’t working and sliding glass doors were hard to open. I mainly asked for one bedroom king bed because the shower is bigger but was never given that. Miguel told us he was only responsible for the key so when the oven and sliding glass doors weren’t working he told us to go to booking.com to file the complaint and wait for answer from supervisor but they were taking to long to answer us.

Loved Lima, its sights & its people. I feel the apartment & view were great. Customer service sucked

I did not like the customer service. I did not appreciate the fact that the hotel would not hold my luggage for 6 hours, as my flights were cancelled within 24 hours of my original departure. I did not like how I had to pay more for one night, as I had to extend my stay, due to an airplane crash on the runway in Lima, causing 5 people to die. I did not like how the hotel wouldn't offer me a late check out on my last night's stay, as I paid an increased value of 25% from the prior three nights booked and I asked customer service to work with me and they refused. Lastly, I didn't like pagolink, their pay service. Their site denied my card 6 times, and after an hour and a half of time wasted, I was told by their customer service that the issue was mine, and that my card was the only one in the day that was compromised.

Good location, spacious appartement, but very noisy

Good location, big room. Nice view.

The street (with sea view) is very noisy. Even with earplugs you here the honking cars.

The bed was a litle uncomfortable. Not a king size but two twin beds put together.

excellent reception staff, what is sheets, good communications with host, good safe location, coffee machine,appliances worked in this apartment 1405, large bed, spacious, value for money

filthy stove range hood filter and smelt terrible in the kitchen so could use the stove because the stem made the smell worse. I stay in 3 Part,met in this balding last 2 weeks amd all had the same issue., very slippery shower floor which other reviews have commented, generally needs a good clean .

Good location and exceptionally friendly/helpful reception staff

exceptionally helpful reception staff, white bedding, room to move, quiet if attack of building, full kitchen, good location, safe area.

kitchen needed a good clean (range hood filthy) so there was a terrible smell when steam came off the stove when cooking; appliances either didn’t work or where faulty, bed squeaked badly, walk-in robe light didn’t work, too minimalistic in furnishing in general eg I used the 2 stools as coffee table in loungerm. Desperately needs a heater as it’s winter (a/c is only for cooling), electrical adaptors we’re needed to use power outlet so bring some otherwise you can’t get a power outlet to work.

The flat was very cold and there was no heating. Also, we found some hair of previous guests in our duvets.

Location was nice - walk north to Miraflores, walk south to Barranco.

Even though we were on a high floor, the traffic noise was LOUD. People use their car horns all the time, and we heard every one.

Oceanview luxury in a convenient location

We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment and views were stunning, and the location is close to all the best Miraflores and Barranco have to offer — parks, museums, cafes, shops, and the ocean. We loved staying here and we would definitely return.

Luxury apartment with gorgeous views

We were blown away by how nice this apartment was and how amazing the location is. There was a gorgeous view of the city and of the ocean, and the apartment was within walking distance to amazing cafes and parks, and the Museum of Contemporary Art is right across the street. The apartment was very clean and the front desk staff was kind and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation and we would recommend it highly!

well located modern apartment for a nice stay if you don’t mind the street noise

good location in between Mora Flores and barranco. easy access to the coastal highway and walking distance from the heart of barranco. the property is modern and clean

too much noise. the unit is on a very busy avenue and has no insolation at all. hence the noise and the traffic smell if you don’t tightly close the window. it was also cold as there is no heater

Exceptional

We needed a place to stay comfortably to work in remote from Lima for a week, and the flat was simply perfect under every aspect. The wifi was working without any slight issue. The flat was in perfect conditions, super comfortable and modern. The location is great too, in a high building with swimming pool on top, in the nice new residential area of Barranco. I would recommend these flats to anybody. Ah, also, I did not find the check-in procedure complex at all. You simply pay on a secure link (I don't remember the name, but it's the payment platform that every business uses in Peru), and send your IDs via whatsapp. That's it

Very nice and safe location

The location is perfect! Nice and comfortable to go anywhere with good places to eat and drink in neighborhood. There was not really a reception but more guards in the building, but the staff was very responsive on messages and help arranging the payment online for early check-in.

We stayed for 4 nights, we had to request extra toilet paper and missing pillow. The sofa bed is very short so it is hard to sleep with your legs straight and there is no blinder in the salon (so light wakes you up early). No changes of bedsheets or towels were offered (would be nice to get them replaced after 2-3 days).
