Great location and staff

Apartment is very clean,spacious and comfortable. I really liked the location amongst the restaurants and near train st. Everything else is only a short walk away! Really enjoyed our stay here.

家族も大喜びでとても満足でした。

ロケーションが良かったこと。サービスアパートなので、広くて、キッチンがあって、ベッドルームが別になってること。窓が３方向にあり、風通しがよく気持ちがよかった、また、ハノイの街を見渡せた。

当然アパートの住人もいて、目の前に洗濯物が乾してあったりと、生活感があることが気になる人もいるかもしれません。初日と二日目に間違ってノックする人がいた。「Do not disturb」の札をだしてからは、間違う人はいなくなった。

Good location, spacious room

Good location. Next to the Railway line, the room is spacious and well organized.

The railways passing by is an added fun. Our child enjoyed it but not one for early sleepers.

Amazing

I can’t recommend this place enough. The location is right beside train street, so central. From the bedroom you can see the train passing. Everything was so clean and so spacious. Very good value for money.

It can be loud when the train is passing but it’s worth it for the experience.

It was one of the most exceptional stays I’ve enjoyed in the more than two years I have been traveling.

The staff was attentive and helpful from the moment I booked the reservation. When I arrived their support continued. The room itself was bright, clean and well organized. I felt safe and the staff were clearly paying attention to my needs. It is very well located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and proved to be a good location from which to explore much of the city.,

櫃台人員非常親切。住宿空間很大而且很多鏡子跟插頭。

客廳沒有空調，但是剛好是冬天的時候去，所以影響並不會太大。

Расположение отличное. Не смотря, что находится над железной дорогой, которая обязательна к посещению. Находится на улице с ресторанами и кафе, что очень удобно. Удобства все есть, кровать удобная. Персонал всегда был к услугам, помогли в покупке экскурсии и трансфера.

愉快的度過三個夜晚

公寓式的酒店，讓人覺得有家的感覺！洗衣機、小廚房這些設備對我們住三個晚上來說非常有用。著名的火車街就在酒店後面，每天早晚都能聽到火車經過的聲音，但這對我們來說並不會造成困擾，反而覺得是很酷的體驗！總而言之，這是一次很棒的住宿經驗，如果有機會再到河內，希望有緣分再次入住Wecozy❤️

Would definitely stay again

Excellent location, very comfortable, amazing value for money, excellent proximity to food and supermarkets.

Only downside is there is no taxi access to the door, it is about 30m away. Everything else is great

Great location

The location was great as it was right smack in the centre of the food street. The train street is also a stone's throw away. There are quite a bit of reviews saying that this place is noisy but we didn't think so. It gets quiet at night. The place also provides ear plugs for people who are sensitive to noise.

Our main door did look like it was falling apart. There were little holes in it =/

Comfortable stay inbb N the heart of everything

Fantastic location, adjacent to train street and right in the middle of a number of restaurants and bars. The restaurant next door was particularly good offered a wide variety Vietnamese and western meals. The western food was welcome after 4 weeks in Vietnam and it was done very well. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed in two different rooms one at the front of the building and one at the back overlooking train street. Despite this the trains didn’t bother us and we didn’t even use the ear plugs provided. Would recommend

Great experience of the old quarter, authentic experience of living beside the train street.

Receptionists were all very responsive and helpful. Good location with a lot of amenities nearby. Very cozy apartment.

Certain items were not functioning well but staff quickly rectified when we notified them. Cleanliness could be better especially for the price (e.g. dust was present on the shelves).

It’s was brilliant. Definitely coming back. 11 points out of 10.

We absolutely love it. Rooms are spacious. Our room equipped with washing machine that has dryer mode, and all sort of things that made it’s convenient like home. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to train street and surrounded by restaurants and cafe.

Wall between room are quite thin. If you talk too loud, you might disturb guests next door.

Dû à sa localisation (très bien situé) mais à côté du railway, le train passe la nuit et peut gêner pour les personnes qui ont le sommeil léger

Location in Old Quarter was excellent right next to Train Street. Apartment had a huge balcony with great views.

Chairs and table on the balcony would have been nice.

We loved how easy it was to access and how clean everything was! Also the interiors were really well done.

Good choice if looking for an apartment

We picked the standard two bedroom and it was spacious, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the sectional couch. The kitchen was nice for breakfasts. We liked the street it was located on with all the restaurants and closed off to cars. We stayed for a week. Staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated the drinking water refill station.

The trains were noticeable as we were on the side overlooking the tracks. The rooms overlooking the street might be a better choice. The internet was mostly good but would occasionally cut out or significantly slow down.

Loved this place!

Nice accommodation at the edge of old quarter

I love this place. It's so spacious and well thought through, with a washing machine, a separate kitchen area, and plenty of room in the bedroom. The apartments are right above train street, but it wasn't too noisy at night. Nice area. Staff are in the house 24/7, plus the automatic locked door makes it very safe.

They only gave us one key for a two-person studio (even after my explicit ask), which given our 8-day stay wasn't enough.

Nous sommes restés + d'une semaine dans l'appartement 3 chambres (nous sommes 6), au 4ème étage. L'appartement est très grand, très propre, très bien équipé et avec un grand balcon. Chaque chambre possède un grand lit double et elles se trouvent à l'étage, avec 2 salles de bain. Nous n'avons pas du tout été dérangés par le bruit. Les personnes qui travaillent à l'accueil sont super agréables, très aidantes et de bon conseil. Une super adresse que nous avons énormément appréciée, merci !

Très confortable !

Avoir son petit appartement est agréable surtout avec un bébé. L’appartement était propre et confortable, joliment décoré. Le personnel est sympathique. Nous avons demandé un lit pour bébé qu’ils ont bien voulu nous fournir.

A huge duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms was plenty of space for our family of 5. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were enormous. It was a really great stay in Hanoi and right by the rail street which is great if you fancy visiting that. Plenty of eating and drinking options right outside the front door.

For such a beautiful apartment the showers were so bizarre - over the bath and with no option to move them so it ended up an in the hand shower. Petty check in times - we admittedly arrived early but I did ask them that but they insisted on checking in at 3pm. Way too late

Flexible, proactive and friendly staff with an amaxing location

Amazing location right next to the train tracks, staff goes the extra mile to make their customers happy, very flexible with arrival and departure times regarding storing luggage and remaining open for you. All in all amazing value for money.
